| | GOF Recognized with 'American Values Award' 'Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire' has been recognized by an organization called Magic Picture Frame Studio with their own 'American Values Award'. These awards are given to film and television productions that they feel: Quote:
...reflect the traditional values that Americans hold dear. These are movies and TV shows that celebrate love, honor, marriage and family, discipline and commitment, personal responsibility, and the drive for excellence and achievement. These are stories of the triumph of good over evil, the triumph of right over wrong, and the triumph of the human spirit over adversity. These are movies and TV shows that remind us to live a life of purpose, and to do the right thing even in difficult times. These are movies and TV programs worth watching.
GOF is described: Quote: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, a story of loyalty, friendship, and the forces of good prevailing over the forces of evil.
The entire list of winners may be seen here.
Thanks to The Leaky Cauldron for the links! |

We spent time here. We made friends here. That's a part of us.
Cause Hogwarts is bigger than any of us, of any of it's founders,
and it's going to be around long after we're gone.
Maybe we'll see our kids come here one day.
That's the thing about Hogwarts.
No matter how long you're away from it, there's always a way back. |

That's pretty cool! Quote:

Don't suppose that organization would nominate Brokeback mountain...too much against some of those traditional values....
