A small piece of new information about the filming of the Quidditch World Cup scenes, has emerged. A Bulgarian girl, Eliza, 16, was involved in the filming. Quote:
In an interview for Trud daily the teenage girl said that over 200 teenagers from the theatre school she attended went to a casting for the Harry Potter movie. They picked 5 or 6 people and I was among them, Eliza said. The young actress said that she was involved in the shooting of a quidditch match scene, which took them two weeks to make.

When asked whether she has met the other Bulgarian star in the movie Eliza said that she hasn't met him yet, but underlined that she will probably meet him during the shooting of some of the next scenes.
The girl is most likely a Bulgarian spectator at the match (as, at 18, Krum is the youngest player on the team) and, from the sounds of it, may also be present in scenes at the school and so probably doubles up as one of the visitors from Durmstrang.
The article also meantions that 'Goblet of Fire' is expected to be released in in Bulgaria, in December of this year.

I love quidditch and I wish I could be there. Not that I don't know what they have to do. But I assure you it must be fun. I would lurve to be in the movie acting as an extra. Ya don't need to pay me no money!

It's like we're on a roller coaster ride of anticipation, just waiting for the next HP release, whether it's the book or the movie!
So this means they are not done filming the Quidditch World Cup! It must be fascinating to be part of it, and then see how it is all put together on film.

has anyone seent the teaser trailer that fans made for the 4th movie? well i can't wait for the real trailer, and the quidditch world cup scene. since the 1st, and 2nd movie quidditch scenes were different from the 3rd, i wonder what the world cup world cup would look like with the vellas and everything
