They should. Goblet of Fire should be nominated for next year's Oscars. I don't see why not. I know Walk The Line will be huge next year at the Oscars and that's great but why not award the Goblet of Fire as well?

i hope they do win something this time round...it's time the harry potter series gets nominated by more than 1 award in the oscars! but i think it's going to be like lotr though...they only got all their awards on their 3rd film.

thats is an impressive list.....but Im disappointed that there are no acting noms on there.....I think Dan, Rupert and Emma have done a fantastic job on the films....But we cant leave out Breendan or Ralph either......Both also did a great job

The Academy still has a bias against fantasy films. I doubt it if HP would be considered for anything other than costumes or special effects.

i dont think a harry potter film will ever do well at the oscars. dont get me wrong, it was a great film, but i think the oscar peeps usually go for more... um... cant describe it! think brokeback mountain or veera drake. that sort of thing.
i could be wrong tho (hope i am) and it might clean up |
