| | |  First photos of Jamie Campbell Bower as Caius in New Moon (UPDATED)
The first photos of actor Jamie Campbell Bower (young Grindelwald in Deathly Hallows) from his upcoming feature New Moon have been released; the first is a studio shot of Jamie as his character Caius, a 3,300-year old vampire met by Robert Pattinson's (Cedric Diggory in Goblet of Fire) character Edward Cullen in Italy; the second is a photo of Caius and the Volturi (a group of ancient vampires in Italy). They can be seen below: 
The movie opens on November 20th. UPDATE: Summit Entertainment has sent over a high-resolution still of Jamie with the Volturi, which can be seen here:  | |

He looks stiff, they should have left out the robe, makes him seem like a statue  and very creepy, which is probably what they are going for hehe... He looks odd but they photoshop those pictures so much they look weird  He will be totally awesome in the movies I'm sure *hops*

Not on top of the Vampire movies but he sure looks the part of a vampire.  I agree with the comments that the make-up artists and stylists know their stuff. Also looking forward to seeing the 1st promo's of him for DH. | |

That was my exact reaction but I've been told that these cool-looking characters are only in it for about 15 minutes, with the rest of it being Bella/Jacob centred. Quote:

We're here to advocate and promote not only the Harry Potter books, films, and by-products, but those involved with the series, which includes the actors. Not everyone will be pleased with every story we report, but we aren't going to stop, either.

It's a feminine look. Reminds me of some old vampire movies...Especially "Interview with a Vampire." He looks exactly like the young lad Lestat dranks from at the ball. Tom Cruise was smokin' hot in that movie, btw.

He definitely looks like the stereotypical vampire, which I suppose is a good thing for Twilight (I wouldn’t really know I’ve never read the books!)
I’m still not a fan of him playing Grindewald though, with or without makeup I just don’t think he is right for that part. | |
