People magazine have added a special feature to their best & worst dressed 2007 line-up called British Accent in which Emma Watson is featured positively for her outfits during the Order of the Phoenix promotional tour. I got that issue yesterday! I got into a natural non-drug induced high when I saw it. She does dress good sometimes, other times I question them...

Usually I'm horrified by Emma's taste in clothing but she was almost completely flawless during the OOTP promotions, in my opinion. Kudos to her stylist.

Oh come on, she looks cute. If anyone deserves a double take and a WTF for dress sense it's Katie Leung. She looks like she dresses with the lights turned off sometimes.
