| | Edinburgh Castle HBP Conference details Bloomsbury, the UK publishers, have released some more details concerning the ' Half-Blood Prince' conference to be held at Edinburgh Castle on the book release weekend. They are, as follows: Quote:
* The cub reporters will arrive at the Esplanade outside Edinburgh Castle by horse-drawn carriage.
* About 2,000 Edinburgh school children and their parents will be seated in the Esplanade outside Edinburgh Castle to cheer on JK Rowling and the cub reporters as they make their way up to the Castle.
* Outside the castle there will be street performers, torch bearers, jugglers and entertainers.
* A giant image of the "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" (the book cover) will be projected onto the castle wall.
* ITV's presenter, Stephen Mulhern, will host a live 30 minute program, "Harry Potter at the Castle: Magic at Midnight," from 11:45 p.m. on Friday, broadcast live onto a screen (9x7 meters high/wide) on the Esplanade.
* There will be a photocall when Jo Rowling arrives at the castle but she will not do interviews
These details mean that the J.K.Rowling book reading, at midnight, will be broadcast live by ITV.

We spent time here. We made friends here. That's a part of us.
Cause Hogwarts is bigger than any of us, of any of it's founders,
and it's going to be around long after we're gone.
Maybe we'll see our kids come here one day.
That's the thing about Hogwarts.
No matter how long you're away from it, there's always a way back. |

Wow!!! It's just will be beautiful !!! I think all the people will go there and watch Rowling reading the book. It's fantastic..but OOOH! I'm not living in UK to go and see. It will be great to hear HBP from Rowling herself.
