Daniel Radcliffe attends NYMF 2011 Awards, celebrates How to Succeed's 250th show
 

Actor Daniel Radcliffe attended the New York Musical Theatre Festival 8th season awards gala on Sunday evening in New York City, where he presented the NYMF 2011 Awards for Excellence to the producers of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Neil Meron and Craig Zadan. This past Saturday marked the 250th show for How to Succeed, and Dan along with his costars, including John Larroquette, Rose Hemingway, and more, posed before a massive blue-tie cake commemorating the milestone. Photos of the cast from the Al Hirschfeld Theatre can be found in our galleries.

Finally, Dan and the cast of How to Succeed will be performing at the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday, November 24th in New York City. The festivities for the event, of which more information can be found below, will begin at 9am EST. We will have much more on the performance Thanksgiving Day.

Taking the stage to help spread holiday cheer will be stars from music, film, stage, sports and television, who are set to perform for the nation at Macy's famed red star mark on 34th Street. Stars joining the festivities this year include Rodney Atkins, the Big Apple Circus, Mary J. Blige, Cobra Starship, Neil Diamond, Michael Feinstein, The Fresh Beat Band, Cee Lo Green, Avril Lavigne, Shelby Lynne, Mannheim Steamroller, China Anne McClain, Scotty McCreery, Ingrid Michaelson, the cast and Muppets of Sesame Street, Savannah Outen, Power Rangers Samurai, cast of Broadway's Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Daniel Radcliffe and the cast of Broadway's How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Miss America 2011 Teresa Scanlan, Willard Scott, cast of Broadway's Sister Act, cast of Broadway's Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, Straight No Chaser, US Naval Academy Glee Club, Johnny Weir, and Zendaya.

i wish i could see him in the parade! the city is only an hour away from me. maybe i can beg my mom to go in this year :]. but it does get croweded though...AH WELL XD. but the pictures are amazing <3.

:harry:I was actually pleasantly surprised when I caught a clip of Dan performing a scene from "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying," and he was really good! His dancing was great and vocally, he handled the scene quite well! I definitely plan on watching the parade on TV at Thanksgiving - hope they won't cut away from their number!!!! Grrr. Hate when they do that. LOL. But anyway, kudos for him and the other "How to Succeed" cast members for pulling off a very successful revival!!!!
