| | |  Dan Radcliffe confirms filming nude Deathly Hallows sequence & Seven Potters
France's One magazine released a new interview with actors Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson from the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows set. Dan spoke about filming the Seven Potter scenes and how confusing it got; Emma feared having to kiss Dan for the fantasy Harry and Hermione sequence; and Rupert revered Dan for his hard work, even whilst sick. A small scan of the interview (in French) and the article can be seen and a translation read below.  Quote: Daniel Radcliffe
"In the Deathly Hallows, you'll see Harry as you've never seen him before! For example, I shot a scene where I'm entirely naked. When I read the script, I thought that I would have underwear but no! I've already done it for Equus so it wasn't so difficult. I'm wondering how people will react, even if any things will be hidden on the screen!"
"Recently, we've finished a scene in which I had difficulty. It's the 7 Potter's scene! We had to shoot a take where I was a different Harry instead of the other actors. It was fun, but very hard, because sometimes I forgot who I had to be ... That made me crazy!"

Oh I absolutely LOVE that photo! It was really weird reading the translation though, they used alot of exclamation points  I am so excied to see this though!  I bet Dan would get confused during the 7 Potters scene. Hmm...I knew Dan would be nude, but I thought at least he'd have some boxers on...I'm not against it or anything, just intrigued to see how this all works out. Hopefully the kiss between Dan and Emma won't be too awkward, though I imagine that it would be Well we'll just have to see how everything goes before judging it

Awesome I can't wait to see this movie!! I love that Emma has now kissed both Rupert and Dan. Love it. I bet she will get questions about which one is the best.
The seven potters scene will be amazing, especially if it's in 3-D. And I'm glad they kept in the nude scenes from the book. They could've easily taken those out. | |

This interview seems mostly like old stuff rehashed and compiled to make it seem new. Emma talks about kissing rupert as if she hasn't filmed it yet. That was June of last year, so this is kind of old.

Sounds like this was a pretty old interview from a while back... I have heard that the H/Hr kiss is maybe CGI as Emma and Dan apparently didnt film together that scene. Maybe that's what the original thing was gonna be? I really am confused why fans want to see H/Hr kiss when Hermione's true love is Ron. Ah well wont get into H/Hr vs. R/Hr debate. We all know who ends up with Hermione :-) R/E are gonna own DH with their scenes together as we will get to watch their awesome chemistry with each other!!!  | |

If the director handles this well and only shows Dan from the top half up during the nude scenes, I won't complain. But if it gets too graphic, I'm going to be upset. It would just completely ruin the movie(s) for me. Just because Dan had a nude scene in Equus does not mean he needs one in Harry Potter. HP is not Equus.
Other than that though, I'm pretty excited to see the movies.  | |
