In an interview at the National Movie awards Dan Radcliffe expressed an interest in playing Bond some day, remarking that the character would then become short. Quote:
"It takes a big man to turn down the role of Bond," he said. "But I’m not sure the world’s ready for a short Bond. Maybe in the future, but the problem is I would still be a short."
Radcliffe, who also said he may be interested in gay roles in future, joked that Potter co-star Rupert Grint could be his Bond girl: "I would love to be the first gay James Bond and Rupert to be my first leading lady."

Can I just say that I can't read! When I read the headline for this thread on the main page, I thought it said "short blond" ... so then I was thinking "Oh dear! What did he do to his hair!?!?"
