VH1 have a run a ' Best of 2005' feature with celebrities stating their favourite movies and music of the year. Included are the opinions of Dan Radcliffe and Emma Watson. Quote: Dan Radcliffe
The best album of the year so far is Arcade Fire's Funeral. The title makes it sound like it's all doom and gloom, but it's actually not. The reason it's called Funeral is because seven members of the band's family died when they were making it. But it's just the most beautiful, sometimes sad and sometimes really uplifting album I've heard recently. Absolutely brilliant.

Arcade Fire is a great band. My friend introduced me to them and Jack's maniquin. I got really into Arcade Fire and then when I heard Dan liked them, I loved them even more.
Ya, Emma doesn't seem like a Hip Hop type of person. But I can definitily see her loving Julia Roberts and Natalie Portman, she is like a mini version of them especially in GOF

I didnt picture Emma to like Hip Hop. I'm a rock person myself. I haven't seen Closer or Nanny McPhee so can't really say much on that. I think just about every band Dan listens to, I've never heard of.

I liked the article but people DO need to give Rupe more credit. The boy IS a good actor adn has great taste in music. We'd all, I think for the most part, like to learn more about his taste.

Hip hop? Eww...I obviously like music Emma dislikes (classical). Oh well...I did like Closer. Good film. My mom saw the play too in London and said it was very good. Never heard of the band Dan mentioned.

I actually pictured Emma as a pop fan. It is not very shocking. Now if they said she liked rock, then I wouuld be shocked. But I think she is cool either way.
