People en Espanol has published their “100 Most Influential Hispanics” list and Prisoner of Azkaban director Alfonso Cuarón is one of four directors being honored for his innovative film work. According to Cuarón: Quote:
You have to work in film for the correct reasons – for the love of working in film, not for fame. The fundamental thing is honesty and finding your own voice.

And here’s an interesting tidbit from the Bay Area Reporter: Quote:
Directing the third Harry Potter movie, Cuarón came away with a strong impression of the red-haired but bashful Rupert Grint as the likely future star out of the Hogwarts trio. The director noted that it was interesting to observe Grint's shyness with girls.

i'm so glad that cuaron's work is getting noticed more and more, he is a great director with a great view and is truly passionate about the work he does (see his quote) whih also makes him a great influence on people like myself who want to be film directors as well
