The organizers of fan groups Convention Alley and HP Fan Trips made announcements today concerning their upcoming 2004 events.
First, the official site for Convention Alley has been released, along with the opportunity to register:
We are pleased to announce the start of registration for Convention Alley. You will find a complete list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about registration at the site.
Secondly, HP Fan Trips has announced the availability of chaperones for minors who wish to attend without a parent/guardian:
Participants who are under 18 but are at least 13 years old can sign up to attend with one of our chaperones. Just let us know if you can't miss the trip, and we will send your information to one of the two chaperones. They will contact you and speak to your parents or guardians. You'll need to sign some legal documents, such as medical waivers and swimming permission forms.
Convention Alley is being held in Ontario, Canada from July 30 to August 1, 2004. The premiere tour from HP Fan Trips happens the week of June 1 through June 7, 2004 in the United Kingdom.
