I beat you this time, Lissy. w00t! First to post! Cool! I really like Fleur! She's not bad on the eyes either, if you know what I mean. I don't know what they were supposed to mean by that whole, "The crew creates the character." :erm: |
Cool new pic and article!!! |
3rd to post woot they shud have got sumone better for fleur based on looks cuz shes pretty but she doesnt have "the glow" no disrespect tho she got the part fair and square |
Cool! Is she the same one that will marry one of the weaslys |
^ Have you read the 6th book? lol Hehehe I think she looks just like how I thought Fleur to look like :) |

hilarious! nice interview! |
Very Nice Interveiw. |
I love that she said Rupert, Emma and Dan asked, "You came without your mum?" Adorable! The interview was a bit hard to read, but that little bit made it worth while. :D |

Seem like a great gal, but... She's right. She's too old for the part. At least she knew even if the director didn't.:evillaugh:eyebrows: Still, she is pretty darn cute. :moose::drool: |
^ If they didnt give her age we wouldnt of know, thus wouldnt of comented on it! OMG shes a yr older than me!! Shes got so much experience hasnt she!! She would of only just come out of school! But then again i dont know how French schools work! By the sound of it she had that place already! Shes got everything! She can speak Frence (obviously!), she can also talk English!, shes got that hair they were looking for. She wasnt what i expected first but now it makes sence! Good pick! |
that was an...interesting read. i had to put some of my own translating skills to test. hehe. she sounds cool "ut you came without your mum?" that was hilarious! and i dont like that she said playing fleur is not a challenge and needs little skill...might be a mistake. she isnt an ethereal beauty, but she is pretty.. |
So cool! |
wow....now that's one cool interview.... and when she said she was like a grandma...and absolutely love the part where they ask her about coming without her momma...... |
It doesn't make perfect sense becasue it's translated, but nice interview :) |
That's a confusing interview:dunce: |

i think she sounds really nice! and it seems to be a very positive and nurturing place to be! |
Cool!! |
the artical was so tiny i had 2 press my face close to my computer screen 2 read lol!!!!! shes very very pretty but like some1 already said she dosent have a vella glow 2 her sorta dull by its werid 2 explain cuz i imagined her glowing cuz she was spose 2 be really pale with a glow 2her taht made her not look like a odinary girl!! that gave her a vibe of magic!! |
I'm sorry, I'm sure the article is amazing and so is she, but it's rather poorly translated...that doesn't work for me....but still great right! |
:dizzy: Thats cool. :dizzy: |
I am really pleased with their choice of Fleur, it was marvellous. |
She's not how I imagined Fleur to look like but it's not like I can do anything about it:) I hope she makes a good Fleur. |

I think she's definitely pretty enough and does have long blonde hair, but it's not that silvery blonde described in the book. You think they would have done something to change it for the film. I don't know what - just something to make her more veela-ish. I wonder if they show the veelas at the Quidditch World Cup. Now that would be interesting. |
she is very beautiful, almost like fleur, but you know, she can't be the perfect fleur. she is like, a lot more beautiful than a normal human being. |
OMG she is going to make a perfect Fleur. Cant wait till Nov 18. |
Good, but it`s....usual, I`d say...but from the other side, what else could they ask her? :) |
great interview! |
coolio. |
i hope she does a good job at being fluer! |
She seems very professional and very cool. I'm surprised they chose someone older for Fleur...especially because the Harry Potter casting directors are so big on that whole 'be the age' thing...But she seems like she's going to do a great job. She's not exactly what i though Fleur would look like..i mean she's pretty but she's not drop dead gorgeous. Still though, it looks like they found a good actress-and most importantly one with tons of background, and one fluent in english and french. |
Ottery is on the search for his curly brown haired heroine... Quote:
And she's very pretty but I would have preferred to see her with long, chocolate brown curls... Hey! If Kloves can play with canon why can't I? |
that's cool. the translation could've been better but at least i got what she was saying. can't wait to see her in the movie! |
