Dates are set for the premiere screening of Rupert Grint's latest film, Cherrybomb, at the Berlinale film festival in Berlin, Germany. There will be three showings: Sunday, Feb. 8; Monday, Feb. 9; and Sunday, Feb. 15. The film has been listed as having a running time of 82 minutes.

Thanks to our partner site ICM for letting us know!

Patronus Charm 01-21-2009 07:24 PM

why germany?

Lestrange 01-21-2009 07:49 PM

I think because the "Berlin Film Festival" is a big and traditional film event, therefore perfect for a premiere. Im so happy, i will try to get there.

Paint.the.Limelight 01-21-2009 08:26 PM

Hmmmm. 82 minutes is kind of short for a movie, but I'm sure it will be 82 minutes of awesomeness not counting trailers.

finfin91 01-21-2009 08:30 PM

Yeh, I'd be interested in someone's critique of the movie. Please share your thoughts if you actually see it. Thanks.

Prof. McGonagall 01-21-2009 09:09 PM

WOW, talk about short...but I'll take it. I hope the movie does well so it can be shown in the US but especially for Rupert...he deserves a little recognition outside HP!

SancyPancy 01-21-2009 10:55 PM

There are movies that are a lot shorter than 82 minutes!! I wish I could see it, the only non-potter movie I've seen featuring Rupes is Thunderpants :P
