Alfonso Cuaron, the direct of the third Potter movie, was at the BAFTAs in London just recently when he first heard of the rumours of him directing the Deathly Hallows movie. He described being able to do this as 'something sweet'. A video interview can be seen here

I really hope he doesn't, don't get me wrong I think he is an awesome director but I just don't think he is right for the HP movies, but hey thats just my opinion

he changed and cut out too much from PoA
the movie was good and funny and all but still, i hope someone else does it

oh know not him he made a mess of the 3 movite cut out lots of it great but hope it does a good job on the 7 one if he does do it

I agree i disliked POA aswel and i dont want so much left out of the last movie like it was out of POA...NOT for HP at all!!

Yeah that would be awsome!! I really think that PoA was the best move yet, but maybe OoTP will beat it?
