Alecto Carrow cast in Half-Blood Prince (UPDATED) Stage actress Suzanne Toase has been listed to play Death Eater Alecto Carrow, sister of Amycus Carrow (being played by actor Ralph Ineson), in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
