Scottish actor David O'Hara has been cast as Ministry of Magic employee Albert Runcorn in Deathly Hallows. Runcorn was the dubious official whom Harry turned into via Polyjuice Potion in order to break into the Ministry and get the locket Horcrux. Photos of David can be seen here:

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows will be released on November 19, 2010 and July 15, 2011.

I think he looks like someone who could be a Death Eater, a bit like a Jr. Lucius. Just because he's a DE doesn't mean he has to be ugly, look at Snape

Jessica Hynes is a briliant actress so i really hope they keep her!

I LOVE this guy!! I just saw him in the movie THE DEPARTED! And I'm so excited he's going to be on the Tudors too! I love that show!! This is great news! But when I was reading DH...I thought Runcorn was a big, black guy? Oh well, still cool!!
