Alan Rickman talks Half-Blood Prince in new interview (UPDATED) While promoting his new film Bottle Shock, actor Alan Rickman briefly spoke of his role as Severus Snape in Half-Blood Prince in a new interview. UPDATE: In an interview with Moviehole, Alan refrains from talking about the Harry Potter films - stating that “I try to protect little children’s innocence about being able to hang on to their Harry Potter thing” - though confirms that before he begins work on the Deathly Hallows films next year, he will be directing a play entitled Creditors, after which he will star in the film adaptation of The House in Paris later this year. |

He is so great. It's a shame he doesn't laugh in HP, because he's got a great laugh. And good for him not wanting to spoil it for the fans. But would have been nice if he slipped what this revelation on Harry was. Dying to know. |

I'm glad that he's going to be in all the films, although it'll be sad to see him die. I swear the last three films are probably going to make me cry with all the deaths that happen in them. |
