| | |  Alan Rickman completes Deathly Hallows filming
Alan Rickman was recently interviewed to promote his latest venture in the director's chair. Alan will be helming the production of Creditors in New York City's Brooklyn Academy Of Music; he first directed the play in London two years previously.
In the interview, conducted by the International Herald Tribune, it was noted that Alan had just finished filming his scenes as Severus Snape for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Alan is the latest person to have confirmed completing their turn in the Harry Potter film series. 
A photo of Alan directing two of his Creditors actors can be seen below; the full interview can be read in our galleries.  Creditors will be playing at BAM from April 16 to May 16, 2010.
Additionally, Alan will be participating in an Artist Talk at BAM on April 27th. Those interested in attending can find more information here.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows will be out on November 19, 2010 and July 15, 2011. | |

Wow! I can't believe he's finished with the series! It's soooo sad... I hope that his death scene is similar to the book, especially with the whole looking into Lily's eyes before he dies and the memories... This is depressing to even think about... Can't wait to see DH though, it will definitely be bittersweet :/

 I felt really sad reading that. We will probably hear more actors and actresses announcing that they have finished filming. I will be even sadder when all the movies are completed and showed. Harry Potter is truly brilliant and the fact that Harry Potter has been going on for nearly 20 years is historic and I hope people will in the future know what Harry Potter is and possibly still have great fans like today.

Oh noooo! It's ending too quickly! Well . . . he did an amazing job as Snape, and I look forward to seeing his final performance as Severus Snape in 'Deathly Hallows'. and I couldn't picture any other actor playing him. He's always been one of my favorite characters.

Oh, this is so sad.. T__T If Alan's done, then the others must be close to done too.. got a bit misty-eyed reading this. It's almost over. I'm going to cry the day we learn DH is a wrap. It hardly seems like it could happen, like it could be true... but all good things must come to an end..
Alan is so perfect as Sev, and there couldn't have been anyone else who played him better. Just a perfect role. Alan and Snape = <33.
