On the left side of the counter, beside the plain feathered quills sits an old tome. It's hardback cover is worn and slightly tattered, and a few of the pages are permanently creased from overuse, despite this it's still good as new, kept together by magic. There for the customers, this tome is a reference to every book sold in the shop, and where to find it, should they find themselves without the assistance of a shopkeeper.

Of course the owner of the shop realized long ago that it can be tasking to search through its many pages, and has charmed the tome to assist you itself. A person would only need to tell the tome of a few identifying objectives of the book in question and it will flip to the appropriate page.
