Hey, guys. Here's a thread of random poems I write when I'm bored. Hope you like!

Dost thou know what I shall write?
Dost thou know of thy dearest's plight?
Dost thou know of my internal fight?
Dost thou know of my love?

In the dusty moonlight
The lonely, fragile moonlight
Thy love is bound against a wall
Fighting an internal squall
How dost thy cope with thy love?

Thy divine love fights to show it's face
Thy love is pushed back without a trace
Thy love is scearching for a space
Thy love is screaming to escape

In the snowy winter
The cold, harsh, icy winter
Thy love longs for thy's return
Thy passion, fire, love shall burn

While the moonlight's lonely child
Thy pallid, wide eyed child
Waits in the darkness for thou's sweet love

Therest in the darkness
The damp, dark, eerie darkness
Thy blade glimmers in the night
Waiting to end thy daugher's plight
Waiting to shine with dark red blood
Red blood like thy rose of love

Fits of love
Fits of hate
There in the darkness thy blade shall await
Thy bitter death

Thy death swoops down during the nihgt
Thy silent, starry, moonlit night
Thy death pleads to replace
Thy sweetest love
Thy death pleads to feel the rush of blood

Down in yonder dungeon
Thy damp, dark, moldy dungeon
Thy love is bound against the wall
Waiting for thy blade to break thy fall
Thy fall of letting love prevail
To love, I darest not let hail

Bound in rusty chains
Thy broken, rotting chains
There inside my love shall lie
Chains of death consume thy love
Thy knife's thirst for blood is quenched
Thy love is dead.

A little disturbing... but it's my best work!! Plz reply to tell me what you think!!

Two short ones for you this time:

Dost thou wind darest say to thy trees?
Dost thou wind darest say to thee?
Dost thou wind cry its lonely plea,
"I beg thee to love me, tree,
for I am doomed by immortality."
All day, I shall whistle through thy linbs,
Around thy world I float, I swim.
Dearest tree,
I beg thee
To love me as thy wind I am.




In the bitter darkness,
Thy fleeting, swift, black darkness
I shall stand outside and wait
To live the outcome of my fate

In the dark thy knife shall fall
Past thy death thy spirit crawl
Roam thy earth for restlessness
Mourning daughter's fallen crest
Weeping, for thy life is doomed
Thy life ends under shining moon

Thy sheer poetic justice brings
Thy break of winter
Bloom of spring
Thy sheer poetic justice calls
Thy heat of summer
Leaves of fall

Thy daughter breathes her very last
Thy life flashed memories passed
And all is over much too fast
Thy poet's daughter breathes her last

Amidst her long and thick black hair
Thy cutain keeps a secret there
And secret love chose her to share
A pine green ribbon to thy hair

Thy last sweet gift of thy secret love
Thy ribbon stained by sudden blood
And while she lay in eternal sleep
Thy daughter's secret love shall weep...

Mourning over lost sweet nothings
Sneaked kisses
Embraces
Long caressing

Thy lover thy sweet face caress
And o'er her, his hand shall bless
Harsh relization, nonetheless
Thy poet's daughter embraced her death

Hmm... maybe I should stop using "thy" and "thou"... it doesn't seem to be coming off very well... =/

Raining, raining
Sky is saying
Someone loving
Someone hating
Someone lonely
Someone paying

Paying with a fragile life
Taken by stroke of a knife
Laying, rotting, on the road
Waiting for a story told

Pallid daughter's face is white
From the tragedy of last night
All is done out of pure spite
Pallid daughter's face is white

By her lover, she's betrayed
Body cold and clothing frayed
Happy child who once played
Lonely child died afraid

Daughter's lover, hear her call
You'll pay dearly for her fall
Never cease do you apall
Daughter's lover, hear her call

Sky is gray
Old trees sway
Wind is late
As is fate

Storm rages on
Life is gone
She is sleeping
People weeping
Lover's guiltly face is keeping

Secret of betrayal
To her memory hail
Trying not to voice
That it was his choice
To her, he's disloyal
Daughter of great royals

There are no smiles for a poet's face
Emotions swept away without a trace

Alas, too few rays of sun
To dry a poet's tears

Alas, no solace, for there are none
A burden borne for years

Darkened dreams weight a poet's mind
Hopefilled longings, no one finds

Cloudy, ceaseless, senseless doubts
Fill a poet's thoughts

Crying, sobbing, endless pouts
Solitude is sought


As I said.. not very long... I think I'll post another one.. wow you guys are lucky!! Or unlucky if the case is you dont like my poetry...

Dear World

There
Right now
I've done it
And I'm taking struggled breaths
I sit here with my eyes closed
Welcoming my death

Dear World,

I know that I sound stupid
But you pushed me to do this
Now I can go tot heaven where
My sadness turns to bliss

That's my letter to the world
Just thought that it should know
It's the reason that I'm dying

Let that sink in
Real slow

I am someone I am not
A face the world has long forgot
I am outside
It is day
But the world is dark
The sun will fade

And I won't see it dawn tomorrow
An eternal sleep for all my sorrow

For the final time
Blood leaks astray
I lay there
My struggle
My slip away

bahh these take me forever to write.... luckily i have no life so ive had alot of time on my hands lately:

Blinded by the lights
I revved up the machine
Driving down the road
Oh, the horrors that I see

All the fears I've ever known
The past nightmares of my life
Looking into sorrow's face
Toying with a knife

Pull into the safe place
Open up the gates
Creep into your bedroom
Run a finger across your face

A last goodbye to my sweet love
Dream happily in sleep
And when they find me spilling blood,
Promise you won't weep?

A longing sigh, a wishful smile,
You roll over in your peace
I don't want to disturb you
So I turn around to leave

My coat snags on your bedsheets
Your hand rolls off the bed
I stopped and stared a second
And this is what I said:

Isn't it just funny
How time seems to behave?
Rushes up in traffic jams
Or when you can't be late

Filling in the spaces
Between important dates
Marking up a journal
With things that can't be fate

My time has come, I've had enough
I love you all I can
I've seen my share and just can't deal

A daisy as a bookmark

A seat's reserved right at her side
A chair pulled just in case

But no one ever wanders

plz excuse the suckiness of the following poem... I wrote it at 4 am when I was tired and hungry and mad at my boyfriend... yeah



What's the matter with you, baby?
You're embarassed to love me when you're by your friends
What's the matter with me, baby?
Is it just not good enough to love you to no end?

'Cause you're the reason I cry at night
I love you like the flowers love and need the light
You sail my ship
You fly my kite

All I wanted out of this
Was a hug from you
That's all, no kiss
But apparently, you can't love me
When the others are around

God forbid, you look like you actually care about someone
But that night, you hardly cared much
When I wasn't loved enough
For you to put your arms around me

Need to hold you tight

This sucks so bad
I feel like I'm nothing
But then, maybe I am

I stood there staring at the back of your head

"But they're here."

Throw me to the ground and walk all over me?
Top it off
Finish your job
'Cause that's what you started, darling

And the wound is always gonna throb
Through the laughs, the cries, the sobs

I was asked in the car on the way home,
"Whats wrong? Your face looks long."
And I made up a lie about other peoples' stupid problems
When I should've said,
"Yeah, Mom. I needed his arms so bad and all he did was push me away."

Yeah, 'cause that's what you did, you know
Even when I'm standing there, almost alone
You could've hugged me back
'Cause I threw my soul into that embrace
But you didn't have the decency to even look me in the face
No, 'cause God forbid
Somebody sees that it's possible to care

Possessor of a loney heart

Unable to rise from the floor
But needing pain

Because she's afraid of blinding love

Sorry, I've had writer's block for the past 6 weeks.


The Pirate Queen



She was of strong mind

Of body, of soul

And of even stronger beauty



And there she resided

On her pirate ship

A leader was all could her crew see



She held her head high

And never complained

And laughed when the wind mussed her hair



But inside, her heart ached

She longed for a love

That had once been, but no longer was there



And then, in the rage

Of a battle so fierce

That many a man was lost



A tall dark –haired figure

Stepped onto the wood

And onto her deck, her crossed



He was suave, he was cunning

And good-looking, too

And he stole the girl’s heart in a second



Just as quickly as she

Had fallen for him

The battle was off, and he beckoned,



Saying, “Beautiful girl,

accept this hand.

It is you I wish to wed.”



She looked over him

And yielded to this

With a simple nod of her head



But he wasn’t just who

She thought he could be

He was evil, a lie, and a crook



He wanted her gold

But how could she know when

Her heart he had already took?



They were married that day

And he killed her that night

In the most horrible, bloodiest way



A knife to her throat

A rose stain on the sheets

And her spirit had died away



But one of her crew

A man who had loved her

Heard her screams in the night



And madly, he ran

To the outside of the room

Armed with his anger and knife



But before her could reach

For the knob on the door

It swung open, revealing the horror



Of a mangled body

Twisted in sheets

And the man who committed the murder



The fight took them

All the way up onto deck

Where, quickly, it was ended



A stab to the gut

Of the man who had loved her

And with this love, his wound was mended



With inhuman strength

And an almighty shove

And in mind, a particular notion

The murderous man was

Thrown back overboard

And his body cast into the ocean



The one of her crew

Put a hand to his wound

And felt the warm rush of fresh blood



And, smiling, he

Collapsed on the deck

Knowing he’d died for the one whom he’d loved.
