Hi all! I'm sorry it took me so long to post! I have a few cheering competitions to go to this weekend, but I have vacation this week so I'll be able to post lots! Yay!

Here is the third part to the chapter.... but it's not the last part. It's the rest of Sirius's flashback, and it's pretty long.... so enjoy!

Part Three:

“Who is it from?” James asked. Sirius handed him the note, and he read it in a flash. “Let’s go,” he said. They summoned their brooms and were off.

They were flying at extremely dangerous speeds, and landed at Camey’s moments later.

After breaking into the house, they raced to the basement door (it had over a dozen locks on it).

“Camey, are you in there?” Sirius called.

Camey sighed. “No, Sirius, I’m not, I’m upstairs in the Jacuzzi.”

James snickered slightly as he attempted to unlock the door. “James, can you get me out of here, please?” Camey asked.

“I’m working on it!” he called.

“Stand back,” Sirius instructed. He waved his wand and shouted, “Bombarder!” The door actually flew off the hinges!

James’s jaw dropped. “Where did you learn that?”

“In McGonagall’s class,” he replied.

“Where was I?”

“You were there,” Sirius told him. “You were just to busy staring at your precious flower.”

James scowled. “Hey-”

“Err….guys I hate to interrupt, but could you help me here?” Camey called.

Sirius and James began walking down a flight of ancient stone steps. James said, “Yeah, sure Camey, sorry-”

“Bloody hell!” Sirius exclaimed.

The room had a solid dirt floor, and four stone walls with layers of green mold covering them. There were several pairs of handcuffs chained to the walls, much like the old, rusty pair that was clutching Camey’s wrists. Her face was smudged with dirt, her cloths were worn and torn, and her light blond hair was filthy and filled with clumps of dirt.

“What happened? Why-”

“This is my punishment,” Camey said. “My father joined some sort of evil cult….the death eaters, or something of the sort….and I didn’t want to join….and honestly, would you two mind unchaining me?”

“Errr… I don’t know any spells to break handcuffs,” Sirius said.

“Try the one you just used on the door,” James replied.

“Are you thick? I don’t want to blow her arm off!”

“Well, is there an axe or a saw anywhere?” James asked.

“I would prefer that you not chop my arm off,” Camey joked.

“Camey!”

“Oh! James, go check the woodshed, there might be an axe there,” Camey said.

While James ran out to the woodshed, Sirius stared at Camey momentarily. He felt that his life was a piece of cake, compared to hers.

“Does this happen often?”

“Usually at least once every time I come here,” Camey sighed, “which is why I wish I could go home.”

“Um, isn’t this your home?”

“No, Sirius, I was adopted the Jugsons [I did not make up this name; Jugson was a death eater in Order of the Phenoix] when I was almost 6. We had been living in Africa for about three years, my parents were muggle doctors bringing medicine to children,” Camey said. “But then they came down with the epidemic and they died shortly after. I was shipped back to England, and I somehow ended up with the Jugsons. I’m a mudblood, so I have absolutely no idea why they took me in, but they did.”

“Oh, jeez, why didn’t you ever tell any of us?” Sirius asked.

“For the same reason you never really spoke of your family.”

Sirius nodded, and then something dawned on him. “How long have you been like this?” Sirius asked.

“Oh, about two hours; why?”

“How did you manage to write to us?” Sirius asked skeptically.

“Lily,” Camey smiled. “She taught me a few tricks before we left school. You know, I’ve never been good at wandless spells, but I managed to summon a quill and some parchment. And Lily taught me how to enchant a quill to write down everything I say.”

“Where does Lils come up with these ideas?”

“Don’t ask me,” Camey laughed.

James finally came back, and they got Camey loose. She gathered her few things, and they left immediately.

James took the lead, and Sirius, with Camey on the back of his broom, fallowed.

“Sirius?”

“Hmmm?”

“What if he, my father, tries to find me?” she asked.

“Don’t worry, he won’t,” Sirius said.

“But what if he does?”

“Listen to me,” Sirius said as he turned to face Camey. “I’m going to protect you. James, Remus, and I, we are going to take care of you, I promise.

Aww, he's flash-backing, either that or really losing it. How many more posts left? Is there only one? *with sniffles, squeaks* "Pams."

*giggles at James* Nah. He is way more adorable than Harry Poor Camey! Must be fun, chained to a moldy wall, in a small dingy room. Luckily, Lily is brilliant and Sirius and James came to save her! I can't wait for that sequel Although, I'll be kinda sad when this story is over...

Hello everyone! Here is the final part to this chapter! I think it's really funny, so I hope you do too. There are approximately 3 posts left to my story *tear*, and I might even post again tonight, so this story will deffinately be finished by the end of the week I hope you have all enjoyed this fic as much as I have have!

Part 4:

“James, I swore to her that I would protect her; I promised her I’d take care of her,” Sirius sighed. “I let her down.”

“Oh, stop it!” James exclaimed. “Just stop!”

“Excuse me?”

“Camey is gone, and it’s not just sad it’s horrible; it is really and truly terrible for all of us. But, Sirius, it wasn’t your fault; it was just her time. So now, you can get over yourself, and we can go help our friend, who is having a harder time than you; or you can sit here and continue to wallow in self-pity. What are you going to do?” James asked.

Sirius sighed. “Let’s go,” he replied.

As they walked inside, Violet and Lily both flashed James smiles of gratitude.

“Remus!” The men shouted, pounding on the door. “Remus! Come out here right now!”

“Just go away,” Remus said through the door.

"Remus James Lupin!" Sirius hollored "Don't make me call your mother!"

"Sirius, that isn't funny," Remus answered.

"Do I sound like I'm joking?" Sirius asked.

There was no reply.

“Remus please! It’s Harry’s first birthday! You don’t really want to miss it do you?” James asked.

“Don’t do it for us!” Sirius said, “Do it for yourself.”

“Please Remus,” James said, “Do you really think Camey would have wanted you to miss Harry’s first birthday?”

Remus sighed, and reluctantly opened the door.

“This just isn’t fair,” Remus said sadly.

“I know,” James said.

“But who ever said life was fair?” Sirius said, comfortingly.

Sirius and James ushered Remus downstairs, where Violet and Lily were placing candles birthday cake.

“Hey Harry,” Remus said patting him on the head. “Happy Birthday little guy.”

Harry looked at him and then looked around the room, slightly confused. “Aunty Camey?”

Remus took a sharp intake of breath, and the adults looked at each other worriedly. “Aunty Camey couldn’t come tonight, Harry,” Remus said. “But she told me to tell you that she loves you very much and to have a happy birthday.”

Harry giggled and looked to his mother. “Cake?”

“Harry Potter, you are just like your father,” Sirius said with a smirk; Harry gurgle with delight.

After singing ‘Happy Birthday’, and blowing out the candles, Lily gave everyone some cake.

Lily looked up from her cake, and asked, “Remus, aren’t you going to eat any?”

“Nah, I’m not that hungry,” Remus said.

Hallie picked up a small handful of cake, and looked to Harry and Hannah. Harry and Hannah smiled to each other, and filled their hands with cake as well. With a nod between each of them, they threw the cake, and each piece managed to land on Remus!

For several moments the room was deadly silent; and then………. Remus laughed! It was not simply a chuckle, but a roar of belly- jiggling laughter.

The adults sighed, oh how wonderful it was to hear Remus laugh!

James turned to the kids and whispered, “Good thinking!”

Harry, Hallie, and Hannah started giggling with Remus, and soon everyone joined in. Oh, it felt so good for them to laugh; for there hadn’t really been anything to laugh about in several years.

Way to go kids! *pats Remus* Poor guy...If you have Lucius or Draco in the second story I wanna be with one of them!

See, today we (my family) were painting my little brothers room; and just as we had all gone down stairs for lunch, my four year old cousin decided the room would be much prettier with purple squiggles all over the walls! So we had to start all over......and we just finished! Uh, it has been a busy, busy day!

All right everyone, this post is incredibly long, so I'm posting it in 2 parts. Here is part one:

Chapter 41: Peter's Plan (Part one)


“Peter!” Voldemort called.

“Yes my lord?” Peter asked, as he entered the room.

“Since it has become increasingly apparent that you can not follow order by yourself,” Voldemort stated coldly, “Severus and I have come up with an extremely simple plan, that even you should have no trouble following.”

“Yes my lord, thank you my lord,” Peter replied, bowing.

“This is what you are going to do: You will corner Black when he is alone, you will imperious him, and you will order him to convince the Potters to make you their secret keeper. Is any of this too complicated for you Wormtail?”

“No Sir,” Peter replied.

“James, Lily,” Dumbledore called, after the latest meeting had adjourned. “I need to speak with you, privately.”

Dumbledore ushered them into another room, looking grim. “There haven’t been any mass attacks, lately-” he began.

“Isn’t that a good thing?” James interrupted.

“No,” Dumbledore replied. “It means Voldemort is planning something; something important. My sources tell me, he is planning an attack.”

“An attack on whom?” Lily asked.

“You,” he answered gravely. “The Fidelius Charm must be preformed almost immediately.”

“Immediately!” Lily exclaimed. “But it’s still the middle of August! We were supposed to have another month and a half.”

“I know,” Dumbledore said. “I’m dreadfully sorry, but it is of utmost importance that we act quickly.” “I could be your secret keeper, if you wish,” Dumbledore offered.

“Thank you sir,” James replied, “but I think we’ll have Sirius be our secret keeper.”

Dumbledore nodded.

Violet and Remus had apparated back to the house; but Peter and Sirius had stayed behind, waiting for James and Lily. Harry was contently playing with the teddy bear that Sirius had given him for his birthday. Peter slowly started to pull his wand out from his pocket, and suddenly both Hannah and Hallie started to cry.

Peter jumped and Sirius whirled around, but Peter managed to hide the wand behind his back.

“Here,” Sirius said handing Hannah to Peter, “take Hannah.” Peter looked completely bewildered. “All you have to do is rock her,” Sirius told him, and Peter only nodded.

Sirius picked up Hallie, and started dancing around with her. “Shush, baby girl,” he said soothingly. “It’s all right, daddy’s here.”

Peter glared at Hannah and she threw up all over him!

Sirius chuckled, and Peter looked murderous. However, before Peter could act, Dumbledore called, “Sirius, Remus, Peter, can you come in here please?”

After erasing the vomit with his wand, Peter followed Sirius into see Dumbledore, muttering something about stupid kids, and why on earth would anybody want them.

“All right,” Dumbledore began. “Certain information has come to my attention, and I believe that Voldemort has a new goal in mind.”

“Oh that’s just super,” Sirius said sarcastically. “What is it this time? Completely rid the world of muggles?”

“No Sirius, he has all ready tried that, remember?” Lily said.

Dumbledore sighed. “It has gradually become evident that Voldemort’s new target is the Potters.”

“What?” Sirius asked, “Are you sure?” He felt his knees threatening to give out, so he slid into the nearest chair.

Meanwhile, Peter was desperately trying not to laugh (the evil git).

“Unfortunately Sirius, there is no doubt about it,” Dumbledore replied regretfully. “The Potter’s must go into hiding as soon as possible; therefore you will have to find a new place of residence, will a week be enough?”

Sirius nodded.

“All right,” Dumbledore said, turning back to the Potters. “James, Lily I’ll leave the rest to you; although I do suggest you perform the ceremony randomly, so as not to be interrupted.”

Lily jumped up to hug him. “Thank you, thank you so much, for everything,” Lily said, tears threatening to fall.

Dumbledore patted Lily on the head; his eyes were glassy as well. “My dearest Lily,” he said, lifting her chin. “I have dearly cared for each and every one of my students, but none so much as you.”

As Lily let go, Dumbledore shook James’s hand. “James Potter, thank you.”

“For what, sir?”

“For making my school so much more enjoyable,” Dumbledore replied with a twinkle in his eye.

“It was my pleasure sir,” James replied with a small chuckle.

Dumbledore turned to baby Harry last (Hannah and Hallie were in the playpen in the next room); Dumbledore rumpled his hair a bit before saying, “You…. you will be a great wizard someday.”

As Dumbledore took his leave, two tears strolled down his cheeks; for as much as he didn’t want to believe it, he knew that he would never see James or Lily Potter again.

Chapter 41: Peter's Plan (Part two)

“How can you possibly hide?” Peter asked (he was really a very good actor). “No one has been able to hide from you-know-who.”

“With the Fidelius Charm,” Lily replied.

“Which is why you are here,” James began. “Sirius we need a secret keeper….”

“No,” Sirius replied.

“What?” James questioned.

“James,” Sirius sighed. “Really, how hard would it be for Voldemort to figure out that I’m your secret keeper? I would be the first one he’d suspect.”

“But Sirius, we know you’d never betray us,” Lily replied.

“Lils, he could imperious me or torture it out of me; it’s really not safe for me to be your secret keeper,” Sirius stated.

“All right,” James said. “Then how about Remus?”

“Where is Remus?” Lily asked.

“Oh, he and Vi went home after the meeting,” Sirius answered.

“Should we call for him?” James asked.

“I don’t think that is such a good idea,” Peter said, thinking on his feet.

“You don’t?” Lily said.

“Don’t you think he’s been acting a bit strange lately?” Peter asked. “I mean, he showed up a little quickly after Lily had been captured, don’t you think? And he never really explained to us how he knew she was in the hospital….”

“Wormtail, are you seriously suggesting that Moony has joined the death eaters?” James asked.

“All I’m saying is that he has been acting strangely,” Peter replied.

James simply shook his head, unbelievingly.

“I think Peter’s right,” Sirius agreed.

“What?” James said.

“You do?” Lily asked.

“Camellia died,” Sirius said. “and Remus shut himself up in his room for a month.”

“Sirius, you or I would have done the same,” James said.

“But James, we’re talking about Remus,” Sirius replied. “The Remus I know, the Remus I grew up with would have wanted to be surrounded by his friends; he wouldn’t want to be alone.”

“Maybe your right,” James replied. “But then who-”

“Peter!” Sirius exclaimed.

James raised an eyebrow.

Sirius whispered only loud enough for James to hear, “Peter would be the last person anyone would suspect.”

James nodded. “Peter, would you be our secret keeper?” James asked.

“I’d be delighted to James,” Peter answered, with just a bit too much enthusiasm; not that anyone noticed, though.

“Wormtail, did you manage to imperious Black properly?” Voldemort asked coldly.

“Errr… no my lord,” Peter answered.

“What!?! You useless filth! This was our only opportunity, and you ruined it!” Voldemort shouted.

“No, my lord,” Peter squealed.

“You dare defy me?” Voldemort questioned coldly.

“Yes, my lord……I mean no, my lord……” Peter replied shakily. “You see, I managed to persuade the Potters, without magic.”

“Really? Did you Wormtail? Well, maybe you’re not as useless as I thought,” Voldemort stated.

Chapter 42: Goodbye

“Vi, honey, I’m leaving,” Sirius called, walking down the stairs.

Vi strolled in, carrying a sleeping Hallie in her arms. “All right,” Vi said, giving him a quick kiss. “Sirius-”

“Hmm?”

“Be careful,” she said.

“Violet, I’ve been doing this for the past 4 years; I can handle Moony,” Sirius said.

“I know, but James isn’t with you this time,” Vi said, “so please, just be careful.”

“Yes dear,” Sirius said, giving her another kiss.

Hallie began to stir. “Hallie,” Violet said. “Say ‘bye- bye’ to Daddy.”

“bye– bye Daddy,” Hallie murmured sleepily. Hallie giggled as Sirius rubbed his scruffy face against hers.

As he was walking out the door, Vi called, “And Sirius!”

“Yes?”

“Hurry home,” Violet replied. “We have wedding plans to attend to.”

Sirius smiled, as he opened the door, and called back into the house, “I love you!”

When the door shut, he heard the chorus of “We love you too!”

The night had been basically uneventful; but Remus had acquired some pretty bad gashes across his chest, back, and arms.

“Come on Moony,” Sirius said. “Let’s get you some coffee.”

Remus nodded, and winced slightly from the pain.

As Sirius’s house came into view, Remus looked up curiously. “Are the lights on?” he asked.

Looking towards the house, Sirius nodded. “That’s strange; Vi isn’t normally up so early.”

As they came to the door, Remus stopped.

“Moony what’s wrong?” Sirius asked.

Remus grabbed his arm and pointed up; there was a dark mark over the doorway.

“No!” Sirius yelled. He ran inside, with Remus close behind, both wands were drawn.

Sirius paused in living room, everything seemed normal, at first; Vi’s wedding plans were lying on the table, unmoved from when he had last seen them.

Seeing a bit of blood spattered on the floor beside the couch, Remus shuddered, and Sirius’s attention to it; they both knew what they were about to find.

Sirius walked around the couch, and he saw her. His beautiful fiancée, the mother of his child, was lying unmoving and not breathing on the cold, hardwood floor. Tears freely fell from Sirius’s dark eyes.

Remus put his hand on Sirius’s shoulder. “Sirius, I’m -”

Sirius suddenly jumped up. “What are you-” Remus began.

“Hallie,” he said simply.

“Sirius,” Remus paused. “I don’t think-”

“Please, just look,” Sirius pleaded.

Remus nodded. They searched the house again and again, and the entire order was sent out to find her…….but they never did.

I'm soooooo sorry, I had to do it. Ya'll don't hate me, do you?
