dear diary,
As you are a new diary I feel I should introduce myself. My name is Maisie Jane Emerson, and I am a pure blood slytherin. I grew up in America, in an orphanage until the end of my first year at Hogwarts when I was adopted onto a farm house in London. I now enjoy studying riding horses, causing mischief, spending time with my friends, and playing the guitar. I'm real outgoing, funny, and happy. But for some reason most people call me stupid, dumb blonde, and an idiot..can't imagine why though. Okay, maybe I could start studying more, and maybe it would help to start thinking through things before I say them. But, it's okay because nice people except me for who I am. So, today was an especially boring day. All I did was go to Diagon Alley with some friends. I ated some ice-cream, tryed on some clothes, and even had a butterbeer with a new friend! But yes, that is all I did. but I'm looking forward to a more..exiting day tomorrow, and the next few days!!

Dear diary,
As I'm about to go back to school, I went shopping at diagon alley...for books. Now, I do love to shop, but definitely not for books. So, Amy persuaded me to buy a the tales of beetle the bard. So I was thinking, "okay, it's just a childrens book, I can handle this! No problem, right?" WRONG! So then my friends decide I should start reading more often so I was then forced to actually read it! read it! Well, all I can say is it was torture. Having to listen to them giggle behind they're hands as I very slowly(like I said I don't like to read, I never became a fast reader) read through chapter after chapter. Finally it was too much, and I threw the book across the room. End of story. Lesson learned? Don't make me read. That is all.

Dear diary,
Don't you just HATE it when your best friend turns on you?? And dont you just DESPISE it when what you thought was a stable friendship turns into torture?? Well, right now it's two in the morning and im crying. I'm being left out by my two best friends and it stinks!! I guess that's just how girls work, huh? It's so crazy and complex how our minds work, yet we all understand each other... Well, I just hope this clears up overnight because I don't know who else I would hang out with at Hogwarts. Or maybe I should ditch them? Or forgive and forget? Or maybe just ignore the whole thing and Put up with they're backstabbing ways? Or get them back? What do you think? Oh yeah! I forgot! Your just a blank page... Well, not so blank anymore!!

I went to Diagon Alley today and bought books..thats really about all that happened. Exept I also found a new love of looking for fighting couples, and watching them!!

it rained today and I hung out with Amy and Joey. i desperately need to practice guitar but lately i dont feel like it. Even though my calluses are coming off and its really nasty..maybe ill practice tomorrow...

dear diary,
i got hit in the head with a broomstick today. it hurt so bad i screamed and everyone looked at me with disgusted faces...and also, they told me to suck it up. so im left with i big fat bruise on my forehead. this would have been really funny if it hadnt happened to me !!!

i jumped off the quidditch pitch pole today, cause i wanted to see what would happen. the landing was terrible, but it was worth that flying feeling.
