He walked into the boys dormatority to find Harry singing some Muggle song, with a hairbrush. Neville stormed up and stole the hairbrush right from Harry's hand and yelled
"STOOOOOOOOOP!! I NEED QUIET TO THINK OF MY EVIL PLAN OF REVENGE!"
Harry backed slowly out of the room, leaving Neville yelling "Hot chocolate! Hot Chocolate!! Hot Chocolate!!!"

After three days of scheming, Neville had finally come up with a beautifully evil plan.
"Mwahahahahahahhaah I will still ALLLL the Hot Chocolate in Hogwarts, It will be mine!!"
He ran to the Kitchen with a mad look in his eye. He tickled the pear and crashed in.
"GET OUT! GET OUT NOOOW" He screamed taking out his wand.
At the sight of the wand all the elves hurried out of the kitchen and Neville had total contorl of everything, but he only cared about the Hot Chocolate.

By the time Dumbledore got there the Hot Chocolate, Neville had taken over the Hot Chocolate.
"The Hot Chocolate is MINE! ALL MINE!"

Rather than fight with him, Dumbledore gave Neville control of the Hot Chocolate, so long as he gave out the Hot Chocolate fairly.
