Founded in November of 2003 by Zymurgy, Cassirin and Lotus, this game began as a nasty little habit formed by the players of an old "Duck, duck, Goose - DARE" thread in Zonko's Joke Shop. The Evil Elite Fan Fiction Darers dared one another to write absurd incidents into their stories and make them work. It evolved into a whole bizarre subculture of comedy fan fiction writing here at Snitchseeker.

[b]Here's how it works:

Look to the second post of this thread for a current dare.
Choose a dare that interests you.
Post a reply to this topic saying you 'officially accept <member's> dare. More than one member may accept the same dares and you may accept as many dares as you wish.
Write the dare fic and post it in your very own EEFFD thread in the EEFFD subforum of the Comedy section. Once you create this thread, all of your dares will go in here as you write them.
All dare fics must be rated Sa13+ and lower and must comply with Snitchseeker and Grimmauld Place rules. Put your screen name in the title and remember to put the rating in the title.
Post in the EEFFD game thread with a link to your thread (the dare you wrote), once your thread has been validated by a FF Mod.
Once officially welcomed in your thread by an Evil Eliter, you are an Evil Elite, and may post your own dares in this thread. Your name will be added to the list below of Evil Elite members.
Make sure that the dares you challenge others with have no more than 5 mission elements in it (including a short list of words or objects to include, if you wish) and have a due date 10 days from the time you post it.
A mod (I, probably) will add your dare to the list on the front page, so that other Evil Eliters may choose it.
It's customary to post your story first, the dare it's based on goes at the end so the reader isn't distracted by trying to spot the dare elements.

-Neville must have an obsession with toes
-Harry must decide that he will save the world from Voldemort with...Underwear.
-Ron must fall in love with the Whomping Willow
-Ginny must say 'You know, you could always chop it off'
-Must all be based around a meal

* McGonagall is Headmistress, and paints the whole castle thistle purple.
* Dumbledore's Ghost follows Neville around.
* Slughorn poisons himself, can't speak anymore but can only sing.
* A 'red shirt' first year must die a ridiculous death (red shirt = nameless, brave other character we've never seen before)

Any Evil Elite member may post a dare at any time. You must be a member, officially welcomed in your EEFFD thread. There may be as many as 10 dares (by different people) posted at once and you may accept as many dares as you can write by their deadlines.

You may only accept dares listed on the second post though. They have to be put there by me or another mod.
