#32 Common Room

“Aaah!” Brody screamed so loud the whole Common Room could hear. The spider climbed on her again. Had she not told him that he was not to have the thing near her? She was second to a spider. How ruuude!

“Torr! I told you not to have that thing near me!” she snarled as she slapped him on the arm. He was lucky that she didn’t do it harder. But she loved him, so she would be nice.

“What the heck?” he snapped as he was suddenly hit. She could be so hormonal at times.

She sighed at him. Boys.

#64 Nap

Brody was in bed sick again, and she needed Torin but he was at work. Why was he at his bakery all the while when she wanted him?

Sighing, she rolled over and thought about calling him. Maybe he would come home and see her so that she wouldn’t feel so bad. She needed him.

But then... There he was.

“Tor, you came home!” She was ever so happy. She smiled as he went over to her and wrapped her into a hug. She really loved him so much.

“Let’s take a nap together so that you feel better, baby.”

#17 Cauldron

Brody slammed the cauldron down on the desk while glaring at Torin. Yes, she was mad. Very mad.

“Brody, how many times do I have to say I’m sorry?”

“I don’t know, Torin!” She started chopping up the ingredients and adding them to the cauldron as the instructions stated.

“Brody, I didn’t do anything that bad.” He wasn’t sure why she was so angry at him. He hadn’t really done anything terrible.

“You made fun of my baking.”

“I’m sorry, baby. But you blowing up the oven was funny. Forgive me?

“Always.” Darn her stupid boyfriend.

“Good. I love you.”

#15 Room

Brody giggled as Torin got paint in his hair.

“Oh, shut up, Brody.” He smiled as he took the paintbrush and streaked orange paint across her t-shirt. “You look so much better now.” He laughed.

“You just ruined my shirt, Tor.” She pouted at him. “I’m going to need a bath now.” She giggled

“I can’t believe how messy you are when you hardly painted any of this room.” He had done most of the work today.

“Well, I am pregnant, Tor.” There was only so much she could do at this point and he was being mean. Bad boyfriend.

#56 Fight

“Take that!” Torin yelled out as he hit Brody in the face with a water balloon and watched it burst, soaking her with water.

He laughed like an idiot and ducked out of the way as she hurled one at him. She was too slow, and he got her with another one. “Loser.”

He was so going to get him for that one.

“Shut up, Kane!” He didn’t want to mess with a Summers, because that was never pretty.

She tossed two balloons at once and let them hit him in the face. “Now who is the loser, Torin?”

Smirk.

#100 Homework

Brody giggled as she came into the Great Hall and found Torin asleep on his homework again. He was doing that all the while, overworking himself yet again. Her silly boyfriend.

“Poor baby,” she said with a giggle as she took a seat beside him and started to rub his back soothingly. She would wake him up and make him go to bed properly. But he was such a sound sleeper.

She picked up the pile of his finished homework and lightly hit him on the head with it.

“Go to your dorm, you silly boy.” He needed proper rest.

“Now the hungry lion roars, And the wolf behowls the moon; Whilst the heavy ploughman snores, All with weary task fordone...”

Torin was trying to read Shakespeare, but Brody was making it a bit hard with her fidgeting. He sighed, and let her get more comfortable. Having a pregnant woman leaning against you wasn’t always the funnest thing in the world.

“Sorry, baby.” She pouted at him as she shifted once again. She couldn’t help that her back was hurting her. “Keep reading. I like when you read Shakespeare to me.” She was so demanding with her husband sometimes. Hehe.

#94 Allergic

Torin tried his very hardest to eat the cake that Brody had made him, but he was finding it really difficult to. She had done her best to do something sugar free for him by Wizarding baking, and he felt terrible that he couldn’t stomach it.

“Wow, this is so good,” he told her while trying to keep a straight face. He hated lying to her.

“You hate it.” She pouted. She didn’t like that he hated something that she made especially for him.

“It’s not you, baby. I’m just allergic to this cake.”

She rolled her eyes. “Whatever, Torin.”

#10 Arithmancy

Torin had a new favourite class now. Yep. Arithmancy.

The Professor was just so... pretty and... uninterested in him. It was quite attractive in a way. And did he mention really pretty?

He had a bit of a goofy grin on his face as he listened to the woman go on about Core Numbers and how to calculate them.

Since he already knew about this, he decided to sit back in his chair and daydream.

Until he was thwacked in the back of the head.

“What was that for?” He scowled at Brody.

“Stop loving older women instead of me!”

#18 Whomping Willow

It was a lovely day for a picnic.

Torin smiled as he handed Brody a sandwich. He was happy that he was here with her. The Whomping Willow was a rather pleasant spot for a date when you didn’t get too close to it. And he had made sure that he had set the blanket up far enough away.

Brody giggled as she took the sandwich from him. Tor, this is really good.” He could even make amazing sandwiches. He would be able to feed her all the while.

“You like?”

“I love. I love picnics.” And he knew that.

#76 Zap

Torin really wished that he lived in the days of Cowboys sometimes. He was hanging out in the wardrobe room of one of Brody’s fashion shoots. Since she was busy trying on some weird looking dress, he was rummaging through the costumes.

Tossing aside the feather boa he had been wearing, he picked up a cowboy hat and a water gun. He wasn’t sure what these had to do with fashion, but whatever.

As soon as he saw Brody walk back in, he pointed the gun at her and shot her with water. “Zap! Zap! Zap!”

He was so gangster.

#33 Classroom

Torin wasn’t sure what he had done to make Brody so mad, but apparently it was bad.

He raised his brow as he looked over to the fellow Hufflepuff who had walked into the classroom and took a seat at the very opposite side of the room from him. She was now busy sending him scornful looks. Whatever. He turned his gaze away from her.

That was a big mistake though, because that meant that he wasn’t paying attention to her. No one ignored Brody Dakota Summers. No one. And that was why she whipped a pen at his head.

Torin paced outside the closed door. He wasn’t exactly sure why Brody wanted to tell Tammy alone, but he would never go against anything that she wanted to do. Not even when it involved his best friend finding out news like this.

And how would Tammy take it?

These thoughts were floating around in his head as he paced back and forth. He felt that if he did this it would help him clear his mind.

Suddenly the door opened and Tammy came out.

“Princess!” She pulled him into a hug. “If you think I’m changing baby nappies, you’re wrong.”

Brody smiled at Torin. She really liked him so far. He was a nice boy and rather interesting.

Now she was happy that she had decided to come in the Quidditch shop because he was here.

“I’m in Hufflepuff. It’s an amazing House. Hopefully you will be there too.” He wanted her to, because then he could see her more.

“I dunno. Any House would be great.” She shrugged. She wasn’t picky. Hehe. But she would love to be in the same House as he was.

She crossed her fingers and wished the Sorting Hat would put her in Hufflepuff.

Brody was excited. She and Torin were going to be in a play together. Romeo and Juliet. She was going to be the best Juliet ever. She was so amazing like that. Hehe.

She knocked on Torin’s dressing room door. “Open up, Romeo. I want to see you before we go on stage.” Hopefully he wasn’t nervous, because she was even though she didn’t want to admit it. She wanted a hug to make her feel better.

She giggled as the door opened and he stepped outside. “You look so handsome, baby. And you’re gonna do such a good job.”

Brody couldn’t believe she had done it. What had possessed her to do it? She knew... but at the same time she regretted it. She missed him already. She missed how he would hug her and kiss her. How they would take pictures together and talk about random things.

It wasn’t her fault though. It was his friends. His friends who glared at her whenever she walked by; they were the reason why she had broken up with Torin. That and all the girls that liked him. She was jealous.

Girls teemed all around him, and he would replace her.

Brody giggled as she placed her clothes in her suitcase. Breese was going to be annoyed with her for having so much stuff in his apartment. But then he should have known what he was in for.

“Are you are sure you need all those clothes?” Torin asked as he stopped wrapping the delicate stuff that she wanted to take with her in newspaper. He was so whipped. But he didn’t care.

“I need all my clothes and shoes. Summers always have to look good.”

“Of course they do.” He rolled his eyes at her before going back to work.

Brody hated this lesson. Hated what she had to do right now. It wasn’t fair, and she wanted to leave the room.

But before she had a chance to turn and run, she was faced with her mother’s voice.

“Brody, I’m so disappointed in you.”

“I’m really sorry, mummy...” She had been bad, and it was hard.

And now her father was here as well.

“How could you do this to me and your mother? What happened to the nice pureblood boy we want you to marry?”

“I don’t love him. I love Torin.” A tear ran down her cheek.

Brody felt really bad right now.

She hadn’t wanted Torin to walk off on her and Dylan. She had wanted him to stay and talk to her. She wanted to be with him. She liked being with him. Now he was gone because she had kissed Dylan Denver.

But she wouldn’t feel bad. She wouldn’t feel guilty, because Dylan was hot, and he was nice. He just wasn’t Torin.

“So, Dylan... You excited to be going to Hogwarts?” She smiled at him sweetly as she tried to be interested in this conversation.

Meh. This sucked. She had made Torin angry.

Brody frowned as she was thwacked over the head with the paper towel roll.

“Torin, I’ve already told you that isn’t on. We’re supposed to be having a sword fight here.” She giggled. Her boyfriend was naughty and didn’t follow the rules that she had made up. He would have to learn his lesson later.

“But I wanted to hit you.”

Stupid rules. Next time he was making them.

She rolled her eyes at him, and he smiled, feeling himself ready to give in to her for the millionth time.

“Okay, it won’t happen again. I promise. Now we duel.”

Miranda really needed to stop daring Torin to do stupid things, because it was starting to freak Brody out majorly.

For instance, there was this very moment in the common room.

Her boyfriend had decided to jump up onto the table while wearing his Phantom of the Opera mask and cape thing.

“Torin, get down from there! You’re going to get into trouble.” What was he doing? Was he stupid?

Wait, she knew the answer to that already.

“I’m posing. What does it look like I’m doing, Brody?” Pfft. She had to be blind.

Okaaaay then. He was so weird.

#3 Transfiguration

It was time for them to do their Transfiguration homework. w00t!

Brody took another bite of the toast she had stolen from Torin, and then removed a clip from her hair. “Sorry. This is all that I have to give you, baby.”

And it would be okay really, as he couldn’t turn toast into a watch.

It was much better to eat. It was yummy. She took another bite, because she was becoming a toastaholic now.

“Thanks,” he said with a smile as he took the clip from her. It would make a good watch, he was sure of it.

Torin smiled as he came home with the baby kneazle in his arms. It was a gift for the children because they had wanted a pet. And Brody had said no more cats or dogs. Well, this wasn’t really a cat, so she couldn’t yell at him. Haha!

“Oh, Tor. Not another cat.” Why was her husband so naughty like that all the while? He needed to listen to her more. Stupid man.

“It’s a kneazle. And I want to call it Glitter.” That was an awesome name.

Brody blinked. She couldn’t understand what this man’s fascination with glitter was.

Brody did not care for this Guitar Hero game much. She was really failing at it, and she hated failing. Totally unfair.

“Torin, I can’t do this. Can I sit on the couch please?” She didn’t want to do bass anymore. She was missing everything. She had only managed to get one note.

“One second, I’m on a brilliant streak here. I’m going to x-tinguish you.” Smirk. He was so amazing at this game, and he was going to get a perfect score.

But then he was nudged hard and messed up badly.

“Ha! Serves you right, you stupid boy.”

Torin knew that Brody was sad now that she was away from her friends.

And that was why he bought her a nice pretty pink quill to use when she was writing her letters to her friends.

“Oh, Tor! It’s amazing!” She squealed and hugged him. It was a really nice quill, and pink was her favourite colour. Even the box he put it in was pretty. It was all perfect, just like he was.

“How did you know...?” She still couldn’t understand how he knew her so well.

“I didn’t want you to be sad anymore,” he replied simply.

This was going to be a big lesson for sure, but Torin wanted to teach Brody as much about Muggle things that he could since he was Muggleborn.

And that’s why he had set up a lot of Muggle things on the table in his dining room.

“Okay, first of all...” he picked up an item at random. “This is a toaster. It toasts bread. Hence being called a toaster.” He was sure that she would understand him.

“Right, toaster.” Brody smiled weakly and wondered how long she would have to listen to him talk. She wanted to make out.
