 For those who belong in Slytherin House, on the right side of the Great Hall is where your table awaits. Green banners containing an embroidered silver snake float above the polished table in honour of the cunning Salazar Slytherin. Already placed on the tables are silver plates with accompanying cutlery and goblets. All that is missing right now are the mountains of food and pitchers containing your favourite beverages.
Though your stomach might be growling as you take a seat on one of the long benches next to the table, it is important to not get hangry -- gnawing your arm away or jabbing your fork repeatedly on the surface of the table will do no good whatsoever. Give everyone some time to get settled in and wait for Headmaster Winterbottom to deliver his speech. Keep yourself preoccupied by catching up with your fellow housemates or those who are visiting from the other tables until it is time to sink your teeth into the hearty and delicious meal prepared by the house-elves.

JT entered the great hall with a big smile on his face. His house was going to win the house cup as evidenced by green snake banners everywhere he looked. He knew of course that it was a house effort, but he felt proud of himself for doing his part. JT took his seat at snake table and waited for his housemates to arrive and the feast to begin.

Jan was smiling when he entered the Great Hall greeted by the snake banners overheard. He thought they should be permanent at this point since they've won every term since he was a first year. He also couldn't help admiring his skintone to be back to its rich and warm colour. It was not as fun as one expected to be looking like a living statue.
He sat down by the first snake he saw, "Hey JT, how are you feeling?" Though they didn't snag the Quidditch Cup, he was a good teammate as they worked hard to get second place. He then looked around to see his little brother heading straight to the yellow table. Shaking his head amusingly. As for his own besties, Ary and Bry must be somewhere nearby too, he thought.

Not ‘going to’ win the House Cup, JT! But Slytherin actually had won! Ary was as pleased as his younger friend which was why there was a wide smile on his face as he made his way towards the Slytherin Table. After all, that and the fact that everything and everyone had been restored to colour, it was even for cause for celebration.
“Hey, guys,’’ Ary greeted brightly as he flopped himself down beside Jan’s other side. “I’m never taking colours for granted ever again. I’ve had enough of monochrome for the rest of my life, thank you very much.” What a school year it had been! And it would be for the next one, with OWLs looming ahead. | |

Bryony Rose entered the Great Hall with the brightest smile on her face. It was nearly summer break! She would be at home soon and able to fill her days with nothing but fun in the form of all the things that she wanted to do. Absolutely NO school work for two whole months!
Her sparkling blue eyes took in the green and silver decorations. They had won the house cup... Again. It was a fantastic feat for her house to achieve this several terms in a row. But what really made her happy right now was all the colors! Everything was back to the way it had been, bright and colorful! Nothing monochrome in sight. Speaking of everything all bright and cheerful... There was Ary!
"Ary!" Bry called to him, wiggling her fingers in their usual 'hello' fashion. Skipping across the hall, she plopped down on the bench at his side, her finger tips grazing Ary's lightly. Hiya Jan. Hey JT. How's everyone doing?" They were all in a great mood like her, yes?

It might have taken Ary a moment to catch on to what Jan was shaking his head about. He followed his friend’s gaze and immediately started to crack up. “Oh, man! That’s something my Dad Adi would do, except he’d be wearing red robes.” Because Dad Benny - and Adi’s bestie - had been a Gryffindor. “Id sure knows how to get creative.” Knowing Jan’s brother, the Gryffindor wouldn’t be afraid to get into any form of trouble over such antics.
Hearing his name being called, Ary turned his head to meet Bry’s gaze. “Hi!’’ He offered her the warmest smile as his fingers were wiggly-waved back. He watched her cross the Hall and take a seat beside him. Instead of brushing her fingers in return, Ary intertwined his with hers. “Almost done packing?” | |

"Right?" Jan agreed, the world was scary and boring without all the colour. "It was fun curing everyone, I will say." Getting to spray everybody? Yes, please. Even though he had to go through his hair care bottle to fix his texture again, smiling even brighter at Bry, "I'm doing great. How about you? Looking forward to the summer?" His eyes remained trained on his little brother. Yellow robes weren't going to disguise their head of hair. Something in his head clicked at an idea when Ary mentioned their parents being in the same predicament.
"Hmm.... I wonder. I feel like another mission is at hand with those two." Maybe it was his brother's protective vibes kicking in or the memories of all the fun he had following some adults reactivated something. Jan clapped with the rest of the students when the speech was made and congratulations went all around. "I feel this summer will be full of surprises." His smiling remained as he tucked into the meal that appeared before them.
