Home infested with creatures or plants? Want a building built in an environmentally safe area? Or maybe you just need to report a rouge Werewolf? Step into the Reception Area for Level Four where the receptionist, and any passing employee, can assist you. A curved mahogany reception desk is centered against the back wall between the entrances to each department, Environment to the left and Creatures to the right, a large black desk chair situated behind the desk for the level four receptionist. Off to the side a few comfortable chairs surround a mahogany coffee table, and beside them sits two racks full of informational pamphlets for each respectable department.

A notice board, similar to the ones in each of the Departments and just a tad larger in size has also been positioned in the reception area. Just in case you get lost. Included on the board is ministry and level four flyers and notices, and events held in the British Wizarding World, check here if you find yourself waiting for assistance.

For those of you entering with a plant or creature (or are classified as a creature yourself), don't worry about damaging any of the furniture in the room. Multiple protection charms have been placed on them and the room itself, making it virtually impossible to damage either.

Both Department Heads highly discourage wandering to the other rooms unaccompanied by an level four employee. Merlin knows what the Tree huggers and Creature lovers are harboring.

Feel free to post your character here if they need the assistant of either department or just wish to visit an employee. We have a receptionist now! Addison Longbottom (Lissy Longbottom) is a lovely lady that is happy to assist your character with whatever they need, but we do ask that you have some patience with her responding to your posts as her keeper does have a RL. Also, if you have any creatures or plants accompanying you, remember that they can't do any lasting damage to the room or furniture because of the numerous protection charms placed.

Katalin walked into the new department, she was so pleased to be back at work. She walked towards the reception because she wondered where her desk is.

She smiled when she saw her daugther "I am a junior pest advisor!" she told Joey, she was looking to see where her department is.

"Yes I would like that, remember your father is in the sports department?" she told Joey and said "Who is looking after Heather?"

Yeah I remember hes in that Department She nodded.She is with her step father Nataniel and were thinking about a baby together.I have two step children and there on school break.

"We are thinking about trying for another baby too! Oh well, I better go and find my desk" she smiled at her daugther.

Zach burst out of the lifts into the reception hall of Level 4. He smiled when he saw a person in the reception.

He approached the table and smiled then cleared his throat. "Greetings! I am Zach McMillan, one of the Ministry Advisers. I am wondering if the Magical Creatures Department Head, Ms. Erica Radley, in?" he said politely.

Appearing in the doorway of the reception area as if by magic, okay so she had happened to be walking past the room when she heard her name being mentioned and she didn't want to miss out on whatever this discussion was about and well.. He didn't know that did he?

The Blonde woman walked up behind him, silently, as slick as a panther before clearing her throat loudly. "May I ask what it is that you need her for?" she asked raising an eyebrow up high and looking him up and down. No she certainly had no clue who he was. "Her office is through the cubicles if you really need her" she told him. They were not chatting there and then. And she didn't know If he could trust him so she wasn't giving away who she was and he'd have to get past the protective spells that way.

Zach gave a little smirk when he saw the blonde lady he was talking to. Well, Ministry Advisers are meant to know everyone. Well in this case he do.

Zach sighed cleared his throat silently so as not to give a very bad impression and smiled. "My name is Zacharias McMillan and I am one of the Ministry Advisers." he said with a paused and then gave a smile and then continued.

"Can we speak in private, Ma'am?" he said as he ever so slightly stretches his coat and looking at the Department Head. She didn't really thought that I do not know almost everyone especially the Department Heads. he thought while still flashing his pearly whites.

Bloomin' Ministers employees, think they know everything. The Department Head rolled her eyes, before proceeding to turn around and walk towards the cubicles, heading in the direction of her office. She did not have time for others when he work was directed towards her own employees.

"This better be important, I do not have time for time wasting. I have a lot of work to get on with you know, an entire department to run" And that did not mean waiting around with some advisor talking about a load of rubbish that wasn't entirely important to her or the welfare of her department. She was a busy lady, he did understand that right?

Ma'am? It was Ms Radley to him. Urgh.

Ryuu stepped out of the elevator and on to level four. He looked around the room, scratching his chin. Errm. Now what?

Ms Radley was about to walk off for a small break outside of her Department. It often got pretty intense in there, especially now with the tree huggers consuming half of the area. Her eyes glanced over at a male she was not entirely familiar with. Certainly wasn't someone she had ever seen before on her Department. And he just seemed to be looking either confused or a little lost.

Straightening out her skirt she walked over to him, tilting her head a little and raising her eyebrow. "Erica Radley, Department Head for Magical Creatures. May I help you?" she asked.

Ryuu turned and smiled. Just his luck - the department head for the department he needed! How convenient. "Actually, yes. My boss told me to come to your department. I need to be registered...werewolf thing," he said nonchalantly and shrugging too. It really was no big deal.

This Radley lady looked a little frazzled. "I can wait, though, if you were on your way somewhere. I'll just run and get a coffee or something and come back."

Werewolf? He was a werewolf? Well it wasn't particularly surprising considering the registry office was in her department and nowadays, well there wasn't a short supply of them was there? "Oh. Yes, that would be here" she stated tilting her head a little.

"No I was just going for a short break" she informed him. "If you'd like to follow me through to the registration offices and I'll make sure the officers are there" she instructed him heading out of the reception and through to the offices.

Ryuu paused to think for half a second. Officers? "Erm...entertain me for a second," he called after her and following her in. "Exactly what kind of officers are we talking about?..."

Entertain? Erica was not here for entertainment purposes, she was a rather important person and well.. The word entertain wasn't in her vocabulary. She turned around to look at him raising an eyebrow at his question. Why exactly was wrong with the word officer? "Thats the title given to my employees who's specific job is to register you, is there something the matter with that?" she asked spitefully, turning back around and continuing her walk.

"James will be seeing you today" she informed him. Why the tomato obsessed guy wanted and had experience with werewolves she would never understand, he didn't exactly seem the type of guy who would be able to handle them, still as her registering position was left open, Erica had no choice but to adjoin her support officer with this new role.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. What was with the sudden attitude?

"You know what? I'll find the room myself. Why don't you go and have your darn break, get some fresh air, put on a smile, and at least look like you enjoy your job. Or maybe prepare for the next poor schmuck of a werewolf that walks in here, because he has no choice, and at least let him have the peace of mind that the department head of creatures is not against werewolves."

Ryuu quickened his step and walked right past the bloody woman. "By the way, I'll make sure to let Mr. Alexander Greingoth of the Minister's Office, my floor, about the very poor attitude I have received by such a 'high ranked' person. Have a good day."

The Departments face fell into a huge frown, what was with everyones attitudes today? Did none of the other heads teach their employees to be respectful. Jeez. "I'm sorry but I don't quite recall ever announcing a dislike of werewolves in the last 5 minutes. If you must know, I actually know one and he is a very well respected friend of mine. So could we please not jump to silly conclusions and continue on our way" she informed him continuing her walk towards the room.

*Blink* She was a cultist, she could just tell Borr.

"Well in that case let him know of the disrespect you have just given me, the accusations you have just made and the amusement you had over my employees positions. We may not be on the Minister Levels but our jobs are still important" she folded her arms across her chest and walked back towards her office. She knew they were supposed to have bad attitudes but an employee of the ministry and utter rudeness did not bode well with her.

Ding!

The lift door opened and the pile of Magical Transportation workers, led by Armen, poured out of the metal doors and into the Level Four reception area. Armen looked around, appreciating the decor for a minute and then walked over to one of the comfy looking couches and plopped down. Now they just needed to wait for Rafa to show up. "Everyone take a seat or look around, but no one is to go wondering out of this room." He felt like a teacher...or you know a boss of a group of people. Oh.

Katrina followed her boss up to Level 4. She'd never been here before and everything around her was still relatively new for her. But it was nice. She looked around the level, feeling a bit out of place here. "Yes Mister Recard," Katrina said in reply to her boss. She took a seat on one of the couches and waited. Because there wasn't really much she could do now besides wait and retrieve the supplies to make the koi pond. Which she was still quite excited about, despite the amount of work that would be going into making it.

Rubbing his hands together, he waited for the door to open and for the others to file out before making his way into the level four reception area as well. So...this is where Gibby worked, huh? There was no way he was taking a seat.

He was going to be looking around! "Sure thing..." he muttered, taking a few steps around here and there, taking everything in. In a few more minutes, they could be having that koi pond up and built. Maybe he could stick one in his work space too? Miniature version...
