A beautiful room with slate blue walls and a green center island that stretches to the ceiling with a bar and a few grey stools on either side of it sits in the center of the room. On one side of the island sits a few tables with grey chairs sitting around them. Paintings sit on the walls as well as plants are here and there around the room. On the other side of the island is a full kitchen, with a large coffee maker, refrigerator and even a microwave with instructions sitting on the top of it, for anyone who is unsure of how to use it.
On one wall of the break room is a large flat screen tv with a game console in front of it. There with lots of games to choose from, that has a sensor bar and controllers as well.
ooc: It's a Kinect so your character's can play, and bring games to play as well. There's any game you wish here, and it can be used by the controller or by the motion sensor, takes pictures, etc. HAVE FUN!!!
Claudette entered the break room biting on her lip and holding her breath as she looked around the quiet and empty room. No document in sight. Eyes tearing up she walked over to one of the tables.
Climbing on top of the table with despair written all over her face Claudette pulled her legs up to her chin and buried her face against her knees letting her blond her fall down to mask her face.
How was she going to explain this to the boss? She had misplaced a very important document. The document was nowhere and she knew because she had literally searched everywhere possibly imagined on the level. This had been her last chance. It wasn't here either.

There were new faces everywhere. It wasn't that Cassie minded of course, it was fun having new people around to meet. And of course it was always good to have extra employees. There was just the small issue of remembering names, and connecting them to the proper faces. Cassie was pretty good at it but she was getting older and her memory was not quite as razor sharp as it had been when she was a teenager.
She had a coffee every morning, of course, but that didn't mean she could make it all day without another one. Luckily this was one such day where she had a bit of time to stop in and make herself a coffee. There was only one other person in the break room when she entered and Cassie smiled at her as she passed on her way to the coffee machine. At first she didn't notice anything wrong because she was so focused on getting her coffee started. But when she had time to pause and think she took in her pose. Knees to her chest and head on her knees. Not a lot of people without a problem sat like that.
"Hey, are you okay?" She asked.

So, the official working days have begun. All Rani could say was that so far, everything seemed to be great. She met great colleagues during the orientation and even bumped into not-so familiar faces as well. Anyway, Rani wasn't exactly sure on what to do yet, considering Great Britain didn't have much relations to do yet. Just this Summer, the Under-17 Quidditch Championship was held here in Exmoor so that was a great deal too. She wondered what other activities they were yet to discover. Should keep it interesting here while she did the foreign relations.
But for now, she decided to settle for a break. After fixing up her own desk in her working area, the twenty-four year old made her way to the break room for grab a cup of coffee or two. It wasn't a busy day... not yet, at least, but there was nothing wrong with getting her daily dose of caffeine. It was also another way to possibly bump into someone here at work, so even more "yay" for that.
Oh, a YAY indeed! There were people in the break room. Better than being lonely, definitely. Rani put on her best smile and went towards the two ladies in the room. She noticed the other woman, Claudette, from the orientation. It was comforting to see a sort of familiar face in a new working place, really. "Good morning, Claudette," she nodded towards the blonde. As for the other woman, Rani smiled at her too. "Good morning to you, as well." See? A great day indeed!
"Is everything alright?" Claudette didn't seem to look so cheerful today. Oh whatever seemed to bother her? Hopefully not another stain to her dress, perhaps?

Stepping into the break room for his usual fix of coffee to replenish the caffeine level in his blood, Charles went over to the coffee machine with his cup and while waiting for some to be warmed, he looked around and saw Claudette on the table. He stayed back, listening to everyone else fussing over her and waiting to see if he could help. Being the quiet, unassuming man he was, he just nodded to the other two women and leant back against the worktop to listen for Claudette's problem.

Katja entered the break room, shaking her head slightly at the sight of the bright green island in the middle of everything. This room was in dire need of redecorating, preferably in some combination of blue and magenta! She'd known a warlock back in Denmark who was particularly famous for his interior designs... She made a mental note to discuss that with Mr. Yenorin later; now she needed a quick chocolate fix!
"Good morning, ladies and Mr. Taylor," she greeted the others in the room, nodding to each of her colleagues in turn as she crossed the room to the refrigerator. Thankfully, no one had taken the chocolate cauldron cake she'd hidden in the back. She took a seat, daintily unfolding a napkin into her lap, but as she glanced around the room, she noticed Claudette seemed out of sorts this morning.
Katja's mind warned her not to get involved. People who were upset often lashed out or otherwise reacted in less than dignified ways, and having her pride wounded by getting snapped at was not her idea of a good start to the day. But for some reason, that didn't deter her. Her chocolate cauldron cake momentarily forgotten, she turned to Claudette. "Whatever's the matter, Ms. Poignant?" she asked.

With her face buried against her knees Claudy shut everything out as she tried her best to accept the sad truth. She had lost the super important document listing all immigrating employees and diplomats and other important people that boss Gid had personally asked her to put together.
This was so embarrassing and wrong and hard and she just wished that Luc could be there, hug her and help her and do what a good boyfriend would do. But he wasn't there. He was away on auror training in some tunnel somewhere. This was her mess.
Hearing multiple feet and voices coming into the break room she didn't move. She kept her face buried against her knees. It was until Katja arrived and spoke in such a formal way to her that Claudy raised her head to look around at her colleagues. As the tears started to fall down her face she sniffed out in a sad voice that cracked after each sentence. "I lost a super important document. The boss is going to be so mad at me. He asked me personally for it. I don't know where it is. It is nowhere. It is all mess."
Hiccupping and sniffing Claudy wiped away tears from her cheeks.

Katja listened patiently to Claudette's troubles. This is exactly why one must always have at least one back-up copy of all important documents, she thought to herself, though she was too tactful to say such a thing out loud. rummaging through her vibrant magenta handbag, she pulled put an ornate embroidered handkerchief and handed it to her distraught colleague.
"Where is the last place you remember having it?" she asked. "I could try a summoning charm if you'd like." She hoped Claudette hadn't taken it home to work on, otherwise it would be out of range of her wand!

It seemed the break room was a busy place at the moment. Most of the people who came in were newbies, she noted. Cassie made sure to give each one a pleasant smile. Charles got a nod. Cassie was not sure if she should introduce herself yet or not, but it did seem like the right time. She'd seem them all around, but had not spoken to all of them individually before so she did not know all of their names.
"Good morning," she said with a smile. "I'm Cassie," she said to the woman closest to her. The others were included, of course, but she wasn't sure if they were really paying attention because they seemed to be focused on the woman who was upset. Now that she learned what was wrong it certainly did seem like a good reason to be upset.
"I'm sure he won't be too mad if you just explain what happened." She tried to sound as reassuring as possible. In her experience, Gid was a pretty reasonable man. But of course losing a document was never exactly good so it would be nice if she could find it. Retracing her steps and summoning were exactly the things Cassie would have suggested so she simply stayed back and waited for her coffee, hoping the situation could resolve itself without too much trouble.

"Good morning, Miss Westergaard." Charles replied to the woman who had greeted him by name. "Good morning, Miss White." He also greeted the other lady who spoke up. His eyes focused completely on the distraught Claudette though and he listened to her problem. Once he heard it, Charles let out a soft sigh. For Merlin's sake! Stepping forward and away from his lifeblood that was still in the coffee machine, he approached Claudette and tried to ignore the simplicity of Katja's question. Surely Claudette had already tried that.
"Now, Miss Poignant, you know that if you have a problem such as this, you can always come to me." he moved to sit in a chair right next to her so she didn't feel like he was talking down to her. Mhmm. "This super important document, do you mind if I ask what it is? Maybe we can just get another copy or re-do it." Of course he would help the poor woman. "Gidyun is not an unreasonable man" His wife was unreasonable though. Maybe he'd been learning from her? Oh, he really hoped not. "And I'm sure he will understand, but if we can rectify this before he can find out, that would be the best course of action to take, correct?"

So, it was a lost document that started all of this commotion then? Well, Rani didn't know what to do about that. It was up to Claudette to remember where she last placed it. Otherwise, it might not really be found? Rani thought of a different way of trying to get it back. She did say that it was important, so the twenty-three year old was positive that Mr. Yenorin wouldn't be too pleased if ever it was really lost. "Hmm, try the Summoning charm like what she mentioned? Maybe it will work?" It was a helpful suggestion, but she was sure the charm had its limitations too so she was not sure if it would be effective in finding anything that was misplaced.
As more employees in level 5 poured in the break room, Rani couldn't help but smile as they entered. Each and every one of them received a smile and a "good morning" from the woman. Introductions would have to happen later on since this wasn't the kind of aura or atmosphere she wanted for making new friends and acquaintances in this pool of colleagues she was with at the moment, when it felt like something was wrong. So yes, getting to know would have to be reserved at a later time, obviously.
And what the man had said (Charles) was right. Rani nodded in agreement. There was still time to make a second copy if ever there really was another record of it. If not, then maybe a search party in the level would work. But, you know, it didn't seem that practical - it wasn't like they were trying to capture a criminal whatsoever - so she kept the thought to herself.

Raising her head just in time as Katja handed over an ornate handkerchief to her Claudy murmered "Thanks Katja!" before she wiped her tears from her face and blew her nose in it. Feeling how wet it got she blushed at Katja saying embarrassed. "Sorry, I think I made your hanky all icky and wet." Would she want it back in its state that it was now?
Shaking her head at Katja and Rani's offers Claudy said "It would be no good. I've already tried using a summoning charm unsuccessfully." Several times she might add. Wherever the document was whether it was still on the level somewhere or in someone else's hands it couldn't be summoned.
Turning her teary eyes toward Cassie she hiccupped and said doubtful "Really? You think the boss would take it well? I've never gone to him to confess a mistake. Have you?" So Claudy didn't know what kind of reaction to expect at all from boss Gid.
Still sitting on the table in her huddled position Claudy was surprised when Charles took a seat in a chair next to her, almost fatherly. Turning to look at him over her knees as he talked to her she raised a brow in surprise. "I can? I didn't think i could you aren't my closest boss." They weren't even in the same division.
"It was a document I've put together with information about all the immigrating employees, DH's, diplomats, delegates and other people of interest currently staying in England." It had take hours to compile it together. Glumly she nodded in agreement. "Making a new document seems easiest i just hope nobody has stolen the other copy. It held classified information." The last she whispered to Charles so the other's didn't hear it.

Doing his level best not to roll his eyes at some of the suggestions, Charles kept quiet as Claudette answered them all, but nodded at her question. "Of course you can. I'm obviously the division head for my division, but I'm also available to anyone who needs me. I think you need me today, hmm?" If she didn't agree and didn't want his help, he'd leave her to her own devices.
Listening as Claudette explained what the document was, Charles took a deep breath, but looked thoughtful. He nodded at her final whisper and didn't answer for a minute or so, then he finally focused on Claudette's face and a small whisper of a smile that hadn't graced his face since he was half the age he was now finally appeared. "We will find it. I assure you. Do you know what Mr. Yenorin used to do before he moved into this division and what his wife does?" It seemed completely irrelevant, but in fact, it was pretty important. They had super creepy finding skills!
