They're gonna read her diary??? This should be interesting!!!

Holiday Stories Part 4

James and Sirius opened the diary to Christmas day, it said:

Dear Diary,

I had a very interesting Christmas this year. Keely gave me the bookQuidditch Through the Ages It was really interesting because I've never actaully read the rules of Quidditch before. Keely is in love with the game so she taught me a few pointers. Peter got me a box of Chocolate Frogs, and Severus gave me the book, Facing the Dark Arts He know a lot about them so helped it really helped me a lot when he was tutoring me for Defense Against the Dark Arts. I geuss he's helping me with DADA as a thank you for helping him in Potions. I really didn't know what to give him for Christmas ("How about some shampoo?" Sirius sniggered) So after dinner, I took out the Water of Time and showed it to him-
"WHAT?!" James shouted at the same time.
"Shut up, James!" hissed Sirius, "You're gonna wake up the whole castle! Let's read what Snivelly read in the future."
-and I saw him in his twenties holding a baby boy. He had green eyes like mine, I wonder if Snape and I actually get together and Dumbledore's wrong about me and Potter? I better get to bed, the Blonde Crew need to do their 'beauty sleep.'

"I OFFICIALLY HATE YOU!" James shouted at Lily on Saturday morning when she was talking to Keely.
"Ooh, did the eggs hatch?" asked Keely excitedly as she held up a muggle camera. James gave her a confused look and asked, "What eggs." Keely put the camera down in disapointment and said, "Oh, it's nothing."
"What's got your wand in a knot?" asked Lily
"How can you show Snape the water of time?" asked James angrily, "And how can you think that your going to end up being with HIM?!"
"How'd you know that?" Lily yelled, standing up from her seat, "I didn't even tell Keely about that, so how could YOU know unless..." she gave it a moments thought and yelled, "DID YOU READ MY DIARY?!" The color drained from James's face. He looked around at Sirius who was sitting next to Remus and was sinking his head to his knees so Lily and Keely wouldn't notice him

Chapter Eleven: Valentines Day

It looked like Lily and Keely were never going to be friends with James and Sirius again and vice versa. And it certainly didn't help when James and Sirius found out what Keely meant by eggs hatching when they found hatched Blast Ended Skrewts under their beds. James and Sirius had to stay for a whole night in the Hospital Wing for their burns to heal. Meanwhile, Lily was studying for the exams during every break she had even though the exams were only a few months away.
"Maybe you should take a break from studying." Peter said to her at the end of January, "The exams aren't even for a couple of months from now."
"Are you kidding?" asked Lily, "The sooner to study the better. Even the fifth years think so."
"That's because they're taking O.W.L.s." said Keely, "Ordinary Wizarding Levels are just a start to the difficult tests. The tests will probably be really easy for us since we’re first years.”
“With that kind of cocky attitude and you’ll probably fail your exams.” said Lily, packing up her books and leaving the library to the Gryffindor common room.
“What’s THAT supposed to mean?” asked Keely angrily.
“Just let it go, Keely.” said Remus, “She’s just really worried about her grades, she’s also hasn’t had enough rest from all the studying.”
“She’d study all night if the stupid Blonde Crew didn’t make her turn off her light for their dumb ‘Beauty Naps or whatever.” said Keely.

On the thirteenth of February, Lily and Keely walked by a girls bathroom during lunch where they met their friend Meg.
“There are girls in the bathroom making love potion.” she said to them, “I think they mentioned something about giving it to James Potter, Remus Lupin, and Sirius Black.”
“But love potion’s against school rules!” said Lily.
“That’s true, but if those girls are giving it to Potter and Black, then think about how fun it would be to watch them makes fools of themselves.” said Keely
“No, Keely. It wouldn’t be right. I know that them reading my diary wasn’t right,” she added when Keely opened her mouth, “But we can’t stoop to their level. If you fight fire with fire, you just get a bigger fire.” Keely thought about it for a second and said, “Alright, we won’t make Potter and Black look like complete morons. Who are the girls making the love potion, anyway?” she added, looking at Meg.
“It’s the Blonde Crew.” said Meg.
“Dammit, we should’ve known.” said Keely.
“How are we going to stop them from giving James and Sirius love potion?” asked Meg.
Lily thought about it for a minute and said, “I know just the thing, when are the Blonde Crew going to give Potter and Black the potion?”
“Tomorrow morning during breakfast, they think it’s the perfect day since it’ll be Valentine’s Day.”
“Then we don’t have much time.” said Lily, “We’ve got to get to the Gryffindor common room and go over the plan.”

Valentines Day Part Two

On Valentines Day when Meg, Lily, and Keely went into the Great Hall for breakfast, they saw Hannah, Hillary, Amber, and Ashley talking to James, Sirius, and Remus at the Gryffindor table.
“I hope we’re not too late.” said Meg as she, Lily, and Keely hurried towards the Gryffindor table.
“Hey, Lily, Keely.” Said Remus, smiling.
“Hello, Remus,” said Lily, “This is our friend, Meg Huff. She’s also in Gryffindor. Meg, this is Remus Lupin and they are Ja-”
“We already met her, thanks.” said James
“Great to meet you Meg, now leave.” said Hillary.
“Oh, before we do, we’d like to give you guys something since today is Valentines day.” said Meg, she reached into her bag and pulled out some small packages full of sweets.
“We’re even giving some to James and Sirius too.” said Lily
“Are you serious?” asked James
“Actually, I am.” Said Sirius
“Sirius…” James, Keely, Remus, and Lily cried out together, “That joke is so old!”
“Okay, whatever you’re giving them make it quick.” snapped Hannah, impatiently.
“Oh, we have something for you guys’ too.” said Keely, putting on a forced smile. Meg handed out the sweets to the group.
“Chocolate for the boys and gummy worms for the girls.” said Meg, “My dad sent a lot of them to me and so I thought, ‘Hey, why not give some to my new friends?’”
“So sweet of you, now can you please leave?” snapped Amber.
“Okay,” said Lily, shrugging, “No need to be snippy.” And she, Keely, and Meg hurried down to the table and sat next to Peter.
“Hey, Peter. Why aren’t you sitting next to James, Sirius, and Remus?”
“Those girls over there didn’t really want me to sit with them.” said Peter, bitterly, “Apparently I’m not cool enough to sit next to my best friends.”
“That’s horrible.” said Meg, “Here, have some of my chocolate.” She took out a chocolate bar, snapped it in half, and gave one of the halves to Peter who said “Thanks.”
“Look, the Blonde Crew are about to give the boys the potion.” said Keely. She, Lily, Meg, and a confused Peter watched the Blonde Crew offer pumpkin juice to Remus, James, and Sirius and the boys drinking it. Immediately after drinking it, the boys started to stare at the Blonde Crew. The girls suddenly started to giggle and bat their eyelashes at them.
“Could somebody please tell me what’s going on?” asked Peter
“The Blonde Crew gave Remus, James, and Sirius some love potion.” said Lily
“So we’re not going to do anything about it?” asked Peter.
“We already did.” Said Meg, “See that chocolate over there in front of the guys? Apparently the cocoa beans inside chocolate is another antidote for love potion.”
“Brilliant.” said Peter.
“You have seen nothing yet, my friend.” said Keely. They went silent and watched James, Sirius, and Remus continue talking to the Blonde Crew until the boys took a few bites out of the chocolates Lily, Keely, and Meg gave them and the boys suddenly looked really surprised and looked as if they didn’t recognize where they were. The Blonde Crew, who didn’t notice this, all started to eat some of the gummy worms Meg gave them until they suddenly screamed. Every head in the Great Hall turned towards the Blonde Crew as they continued to scream and spit out the now real moving worms out of their mouths. James, Sirius, and Remus got up and went over to where Peter, Lily, Keely, and Meg were sitting.
“What just happened?” asked James.
“We’ll explain later.” giggled Lily.

Chapter Twelve: Friends

During the rest of the morning, in the Gryffindor Common Room Lily, Keely, and Meg told the boys what they did. After they finished, James said, “But why would you help me and Sirius? I thought you hated us.”
“I actually wanted to let you guys make fools of yourselves but Lily talked me out of it. She said something about fighting fires or something.”
“If you fight fire with fire, then you get a bigger fire.” said Lily, smiling.
James smiled at her and said, “Thanks.” He and Lily smiled at each other for a moment until they heard stifled laughter and looked around to see Keely, Remus, Meg, Peter, and Sirius looking as if they wanted to burst out with laughter.
“What’s up with you guys?” asked Lily.
“Is this the moment?” asked Keely.
“What do you mean?” asked James.
“Is this the beginning of a beautiful-and maybe nauseating- relationship?” asked Sirius.
“Oh, shut up.” James and Lily said at the same time which made Sirius, Remus, Keely, Peter, and Meg burst out with laughter, soon James and Lily joined in with the laughter. It went on for several minutes until Sirius said, “Lunch has probably started, anyone hungry?”
He, Remus, Keely, Peter, and Meg got up and left the common room.
“Are you guys coming?” asked Meg before going through the door. Lily got up but James grabbed her arm and said, “We’ll be coming in a minute. I just want to tell Lily something.”
“Okay, see you in the Great Hall.”
When Meg shut the door, Lily looked at James and said, “What is it you want to tell me, James?”
“Thanks for what you girls did.” said James, “It would have been humiliating to go through that whole Love Potion thing. Too bad those girls know full well that Remus, Sirius, and I don’t want anything to do with them.”
“No one does really.” said Lily, “So is that it? Can we go down to the Great Hall then?”
“That’s not it, there’s one more thing.” said James, he suddenly looked as if the thing he was about to say was going to be too painful for him, “I-I’m s-s-sorry for that trick Sirius and I played on S-Snape.”
“Oh, I’m glad to hear that. Thank you James.” said Lily.
“Please just don’t tell Sirius I said that.” said James.
“I would never.” said Lily, and she and James walked over to the door he opened the door for her and said jokingly, “Ladies first.”
“Why, thank you kind sir.” said Lily, also joking as she left the Common Room first followed by James and they walked down the corridor together discussing and laughing about the situation at breakfast.
