Hello Sophie. before I get in to telling you how great you writing is and how much I love your story, I must first address this: I am honored that you was such a loyal reader. It was a great joy for me to write that, and it was a greater joy reading your comments. You, Emily, and Katie always made me want to post every Thursday. It was a joy. And your dedication of this post to me humbles me. Thank you. Sophie, this was very mature of Ginny! I was so happy not to see her throw a fit. I'm sure this will make it easy for Harry to see that he can't live in fear for Ginny. If he did he would take away everything she could enjoy about life. I do hope they get this sorted out. Ginny needs to tell Hermione she heard what she said. And Hermione needs to find out why Ginny is angry with her. Even if Ron told her, she needs to explain what she was going on about. I'd like to know myself. Hermione was WAY wrong to say what she did. I wonder if maybe Hermione was counting on this to rattle her cage. It isn't very nice though is it. That was just way cool! Sophie! I hope you're not serious. I think you're doing wonderfully brilliant! I love your story. You always present it perfect, you tell the story with careful consideration to your characters and you make us want to read your next post always, because you write with maturity.
Umm let's see. My vote on the dress is the first one. I think it is beautiful. The color is gorgious, and the design, although a little mature for my liking, is still tasteful. Luna's dress is breathtaking and I love it so much! And Hermione's dress is lovely also. I liked the first one you picked out. I think it's beautiful, although I'd like it even more without all the flower clutter on the top. But still, it is beautiful even with it. You have very good taste.

I knew that Harry would pick me for the team. He's such a push over when it comes to the little unimportant things in life. But I still had to try my hardest in order to show everyone else how capable I am. I was trying out for chaser. I didn't enjoy being a seeker as much last year after Harry got banned by Professor Umbridge and I was to take his place. I like being more involved in the game. Harry split the group into two teams and poor Ron was so nervous trying out for keeper, that it only made things worse when Hermione had taken a seat in the stands to watch the trials. I shook my head. I knew what her little game was- she wouldn't rest until everyone else was as miserable and boring as herself. I was glad to see the familiar face of Katie Bell who was also trying out for chaser. We make quite a good team if I do say so myself! Instead of our usual and traditional quidditch attire, she had opted for a much more feminine set of robes that were black and bright pink, with a silvery metallic stripe down the side of each arm and leg. The little third year boy kept on glancing our way occasionally; I couldn't help but laugh. He was a typical little teenage boy who just hated all girls as it seems. I smiled politely only for it to be returned by an icy glare. He was trying out for beater. We really needed someone good now that Fred and George had left school though.

Once the game started, Katie and I worked well to get the quaffle past Cormac, each time we neared the goals. I was getting ready for Katie to pass me the quaffle. I went flying along the right hand side. I spotted the little third year getting ready to swing his bat, making the bludger come straight at me. I thought I'd dodged it but before I knew, I was falling to the ground. I was screaming. I felt like something had ripped a hole right though my body. Then everything went black. I felt myself land with a soft thud on the ground. Then I really passed out.

"Ginny" I heard a voice; I recognised it as Ron. I could feel people. I could sense them all around me.
"Gin. Can you hear me? It’s going to be ok." It was Harry. I could hear the panic in his voice. He squeezed my hand tightly then brought it to his lips. He kissed my knuckles and began running soothing circles along my fingers.
"We need to get her to the hospital wing Harry."
I then heard a different voice. Hermione. She was panting. "Is she ok?"
"Like you'd care." I heard Harry grunt.
"Harry please. Not now! Is she ok? I tried to slow down her fall."
I felt someone try to pick me up, "Owwwwww!!!" I whimpered and began to cry. I opened my eyes as Harry put me back down quickly.
"Harry, go and get Madam Pomfrey. The rest of you scram."
"Ron I'm not going anywhere! I'm not leaving her."
My eyes opened. My head was thumping. I felt really dizzy and wouldn't have been surprised if I had birds circling my forehead.
"I really wish you two wouldn't fight." Everyone was staring at me. "Bloody hell! I need help." I cried the tears staining my face and my eyes welling up for another round of water works!
"Where did you get hurt?"
"My ribs. Please don't move me. It hurts so much."
"I'll go and get Madam Pomfrey since none of you will!" She run clumsily into the building.
"Ok everyone listen up!" Harry shouted clearly to get everyone’s attention. "You all did very well today. As soon as I've made up my mind I'll post the list of those who made the team inside the common room on the notice board at the door. Please don't go ranting and raving to everyone if you made the team because we don't want the other houses knowing about the fantastic Gryffindor team we'll have lined up." He grinned.
"Umm Harry!" I said frustrated. "I'm glad to know you've got your priorities right." I sobbed. "I can't feel anything below me neck because I'm in so much pain and your talking about quidditch! Bloody QUIDDITCH!"
"Aww Ginny breathe. You don't know what you’re saying. When men talk about quidditch, we can't help ourselves."
"MEN! You two are barely responsible children never mind men."
"I know what I can do!" Ron pulled out his wand and pointed it at my body. "Brackium Emendo"
"What are you doing!" I said as my eyes widened. But before Harry or I could stop him I could feel my bones dissolve from beneath my skin and my body became shapeless.
"Ron! What have you done?!" I yelled poking at my body. It had turned into stretchy flab.
"Where on earth did you learn that! That’s what that stupid Lockhart did to me." Harry shouted at him.
"WHAT!" I screamed, remembering what Harry had to go through. "Aw Merlin, My head's spinning. I feel sick." And I passed out for the second time.

So...how was it... :S

Is it bad that I laughed at this? I'm still waiting for her to explain herself to Ginny.
No one will be as good as them though...

Hello Sophie. I enjoyed your post so much! Very well written. I hope the little third year is remorseful. And I hope Ginny still makes the team! Harry wouldn't not pick her would he?
It's a good thing Hermione was there to slow down her fall. I do hope they can clear things up between them. Sophie, I love the way you express your writing! Loved this so much! And I'm sorry to say Ginny is correct. I think, although I'm not sure really, that this is my favorite part. Ron was probably just trying to relieve Ginnys pain. And now, at least she can be moved without damaging anything.

Hey Everyone. I'm sorry I haven't posted in so long. I've been too busy and I've got exams and stuff. TBH, I'm finding SS a really big distraction so what I think I'll do is post sometime this week when I get the chance and then it will be about Christmas before I post again. I'm really sorry about the wait. I have evrthing wrote for a good bit, it's just trying to fit in the studying-Yuck *sticks tongue out at Mr.SQA. * But I'm really really sorry for how long it has taken me and if I happen to have a sudden dissappearence from the site for a bit, please don't be too surprised.
