Dennis gasped. 'I'm here, Lindsey!' he smiled, patting her arm gingerly.
'I'm sorry, Dennis...' Lindsey said, sitting up. 'Something came over me, I just had to get you safe...' Lindsey groaned, as she clutched her head. 'Ach, my head's killing me!'
'I can fix that!' Madame Pomfrey smiled, as she waved her wand. Lindsey felt her headache go and sighed with relief. 'Can I go now, please?'
'No, I'm afraid not...'
'But, I've got mentoring today!'
'Hmm... How do you feel now?'
'Fine, it was just my head!' Lindsey grinned sheepishly. Madame Pomfrey thought it over for a minute before saying;
'Fine, you may leave...'
'Thank you!' she grinned, before getting up and walking out with Dennis. She looked at her watch. 7PM! 'Oh my Godric, how long did I... You know...'
'Kidnap me for?' Dennis chuckled 'About 10 hours. The teachers got lost, and Hagrid had to help them out, and even then it takes ages to get up to the cave without a horse or Heliopath!' he laughed. Then a silvery mouse burst in front of them. 'Mr Creevey, you are to accompany Miss Jenkins to her mentoring session at 8PM!' Professor Spinnet's voice rang through. And after that, it dissolved.
'Right... We'd better get you back to the Common Room. You'll have to see the girls.' he said, not taking his eyes away from the place where the mouse had been.
'Alright then, let's go!' Lindsey sighed. They ran along the Corridors, hurrying to the Common Room and climbed through the portrait hole. Dennis looked at her properly for the first time that night. He gasped. 'Merlin's Pants, look at your eyes when you get there! I'll meet you here at quarter to eight!' he told her. Lindsey grinned and nodded.
'Alright, see you!' She ran up the stairs to the girls's dorm. The girls looked at her fearfully. 'It's alright, Dennis fixed me...' she mumbled. They all sighed with relief and she was covered with girls hugging her. 'Need. To. Breath!' she laughed as they all pulled away. 'I'll be back in a minute, bathroom!' she smiled. They nodded and she ran to the bathroom. She looked in the mirror and gasped. Her once brown eyes were now a bursting orange... They still looked like flames, not as bright as before, but they weren't going. She was stuck with them. 'Oh my Godric, look at my eyes!' she shrieked as she ran back in.
'Yeah, we noticed... I think you look nice in them!' Nat giggled.
'You guys, if I hurt you, I didn't mean to. I really didn't...' she mumbled. 'Something's happening...'
'We know-' Leyla started.
'But what!' Kate finished.
'Lindsey?' Holly piped up. 'You know, we should go and see Ben, we only see him in class now!'
'Yes, we should! You guys wanna come?' Lindsey asked.
'Sure!' they all nodded.

Lindsey looked at her watch. Half past 7! 'We've got quarter of an hour!' Lindsey said as she walked out, followed by the girls. They went to the boy's dorm and knocked on the door labeled 'First Year Boys' 'Come in!' a boy called. They opened the door and a blond haired boy with glasses put his book down. 'Yes?' he asked.
'Where's Ben?' Holly asked eagerly. Lindsey raised her eyebrow.
'Bathroom, OI! BEN! Some girls are here for you!' he yelled, a hint of accusation in his voice.
'Well, I'll be there in a minute!' Ben replied.
'Well, I'm Simon!' Simon grinned.
'I'm Nat, this is...' Nat looked at the twins for a moment. 'Leyla and Kate.' she decided. 'Holly' she said motioning at Holly. 'And-'
'Lindsey, yeah, you control fire, right?' Simon said, cutting across Nat.
'Yup, that'd be me...' Lindsey said sadly. She really needed to learn to control herself... As Ben walked in, all the girls, except Lindsey, jumped. Holly smiled at Ben, seemingly unable to speak. Lindsey nudged her. 'Hey, Ben!' Lindsey grinned.
'Lindsey!' Ben beamed. 'Holly! And you must be Natalia-'
'-Nat!'
'-Nat, and the twins Leyla and Kate?' Ben guessed.
'Other way round!' Kate laughed.
'Oh, sorry! How've you guys been then?' The girls exchanged a look.
'Well, I just went mad and nearly blew these guys to bits, then kidnapped Dennis!' Lindsey admitted grudgingly.
'I don't like that Dennis...' Ben muttered, a look on his face no-one could place.
Lindsey raised an eyebrow. 'I wouldn't be here right now if he wasn't there.' She told him.
'Oh, I didn't mean to offend you, it's just I didn't think you'd hang out with him-'
'-Whyever not?' Lindsey demanded.
'He just seems a bit off!' Ben shrugged.
'Well, we don't think he does, and we'd best get going.' Lindsey glared at him before storming out. She could feel her hands were heating up and she tried to cool them down. The girls followed her, Holly seeming more reluctant. They went down to the Common Room and sat opposite Dennis.

Oh, someone's definitely jealous !

HEE HEE HEE! I know! People probably thought they were gonna get together at first! Now they may not! *gets a :banana:*

poor Ben! he doesn't get to be in too much of this story, and the part he's in is all bad! lol at least Lindsey hasn't figured it out yet...

'Ah, you're early!' Dennis laughed.
'Well, we were visiting Ben, but we left. I was getting to "burn something in the room" stage...' Lindsey grimaced.
'May I ask why?' Dennis asked, raising an eyebrow.
'He didn't trust you, and didn't like me hanging out with you!' Lindsey said angrily.
'Lindsey, hands!' Dennis warned. Lindsey looked down to find them on fire. The rest of the Common Room didn't say a thing. They were all used to this by now. She had allowed them to know, she didn't mind. She shrugged and put them out. 'Thanks. Come on then, let's go.' she sighed.
'You're welcome.' Dennis smiled and got up.
'Bye, guys, see you later!' Lindsey called behind her.
'My dear girl! Are you alright now?' the Fat Lady asked. 'I saw you leave and you were on fire!'
'Oh, yes, I'm fine now!' Lindsey smiled. 'We must be off, we have a meeting...' Lindsey explained.
'Oh, all right, poppet!' the Fat Lady smiled. Dennis and Lindsey waved back at her and ran to the Great Hall. They walked in and over to Harry who was drinking some Butterbeer. He handed two to them as they came forward. 'Want one?' he smiled. Dennis, having had it before, took it straight away, but Lindsey took it more reluctantly. 'It's nice, I promise!' Harry grinned. Lindsey took a sip out of the bottle and gasped. It was delicious! 'Nice? How about lush!' she beamed. Tempted to say Supermegafoxyawesomehot there!
'So, hello! Who's this?' he looked over at Dennis. 'No...' he gasped.
'Yes... Harry, this is Dennis Creevey...' Lindsey bit her bottom lip.
'My word, you've changed a lot!' Harry smiled. 'And... I'm sorry about Colin, Dennis... I didn't tell him to come back, he just did!' Harry assured him.
'I know, Dennis wouldn't have been able to forgive himself if he didn't fight. At least he died a hero.' Dennis smiled.
'Definitely. He was very brave. So... I heard about you today... Did Firegirl go loco?' Harry grinned as he twisted his finger in midair.
'Just a bit...' Lindsey flushed. 'I-I kidnapped Dennis. He calmed me down, that's why he's here.' Lindsey admitted. Harry laughed.
'Right, we'd best get started! McGonagall's given me a list of things to try... Now, Dennis, you stand next to Lindsey and make sure she doesn't go loco!' Harry grinned. Dennis walked over to Lindsey and put a hand on her shoulder. 'Now, can you set your hands on fire?' Harry asked. Lindsey nodded and looked at her hands. They set on fire and Harry grinned. 'Right.' he said as he ticked it off the piece of paper. 'Extinguish them?' Harry asked. Lindsey nodded again and put them out. 'Now. We need to train you in the next thing... You won't like this... I want to see if you can shoot fire out of your hand.' Harry said nervously. 'Dennis, come here.'

Lindsey opened her mouth to argue but Dennis said ‘It’s alright, I’ll be fine!’
‘Now, Lindsey...’ Harry grimaced as Dennis stood beside him. and Harry stepped away leaving Dennis in a clear space. ‘Try to shoot fire at Dennis-’
‘No.’ Lindsey scowled.
‘Look, if you manage it, I’ll cast a shield spell!’ Dennis smiled. Lindsey trembled as she raised her hand. She concentrated all of her energy to go to her hand. She felt the warmth travel from the rest of her body and rush to her hand. She gasped at the feeling and held it in her not to shoot. She got ready to release it, but as she was about to, she turned er and to Harry. ‘Take it yourself, Lightningdude.’ Lindsey growled as she pushed he energy out and a fireball shot out of her palm. Harry took his wand out and non-verbally put up a shield. The fireball bounced against it, until Lindsey pushed more energy out. The second fireball merged with the first and passed through the shield. Harry’s eyes widened comically as he jumped out of the way. The fireball hit the wall and made a hole. ‘Merlin’s beard! Reparo!’ Dennis jumped. The bricks flew to the wall and resealed itself. Harry got up and smiled weakly as he brushed himself off.
‘Go back to her Dennis.’ Lindsey sighed with relief as Dennis walked back and hugged her. ‘That was exactly what I thought you’d do. Well done!’ Harry grinned.
‘I’ll do the same again if you make me attack Dennis...’ Lindsey growled.
‘Alright, alright, point taken...’ Harry frowned, looking at her eyes. ‘Dennis?’ Dennis turned in front of her and looked at her eyes.
‘Lindsey? Your eyes are on fire...’ Dennis smiled nervously. ‘Don’t worry, we all knew you wouldn’t hurt me...’ he beamed. She was confused until she saw the flame in her eye. ‘Oh! Sorry, I didn’t notice!’ Lindsey said. She had thought she was so angry she was seeing red! ‘Don’t worry!’ Dennis smiled as he watched them go back to new/normal. He stepped to her side again and Harry frowned. ‘But they’re still bright orange!’
‘They’ve been like that ever since “Firegirl went loco”’ Lindsey said bluntly.
‘Oh. Well. Lindsey? I’ve heard you have a.. Well... a pet?’ Harry chuckled.

‘You named it?’ Dennis chuckled.
‘Him! And yes. He is my pet, I would name him! Anyway, what about him?’ Lindsey asked.
‘Can you summon him?’ Harry asked.
‘Only if I’m in my loco mood with the flaming hair, armour and eyes!’ Lindsey frowned.
‘Try! Just give it a go!’ Harry urged.
‘Umm... OK... Hilee! Come!’ Lindsey commanded. Nothing.
‘Try again!’ Harry suggested.
‘Hilee! Come!’ Lndsey commanded again. Nothing.
‘Hilee! Come!’ Lindsey said in her other voice. Suddenly a flame burst in front of them and Hilee appeared, nuzzling her hand.
‘Wow! Can I smooth him?’ Dennis asked, awestruck.
‘Go ahead!’ Lindsey shrugged. Dennis walked forward and Hilee jumped in front of Lindsey and growled, or as close to a growl as a horse can get... ‘WOAH!’ Dennis jumped back.
‘Hilee! He’s fine!’ Lindsey scolded. Hilee looked at her as if to say “Really?” ‘Yes!’ she chuckled. Hilee walked forward to Dennis and reluctantly nuzzled his hand. Dennis smoothed him and Hilee relaxed. ‘I think he likes me!’ Dennis grinned.
‘Of course he does!’ Lindsey smiled.
‘Well, he’s amazing!’ Harry breathed. Dennis and Lindsey jumped as they remembered Harry.
‘Sorry...’ Harry mumbled. ‘Can I smooth him?’
‘Sure!’ Lindsey grinned and, unlike with Dennis, Hilee immediately walked forward to Harry and nuzzled him. Harry beamed and stuck his tongue out at Dennis. ‘Very mature!’ Dennis chuckled.
Harry snorted and stood back. ‘Hilee! Leave!’ Lindsey commanded after petting him lovingly. Hilee licked her before rearing into the air and bursting into flames.

Oh, so she was talking about the Heliopath.

‘He’s lovely, right?’ Lindsey smiled proudly. The boys nodded.
‘Right, that’s it for tonight! Your next mentoring session will be same time, same place, only next week!’ Harry grinned, then turned away remembering that ‘Same time, same place’ were the words on the last letter Sirius Black ever sent him. Lindsey cocked her head to the side, said goodbye, along with Dennis, and left for the Common Room. Halfway there, they saw Mrs Norris stalk out and watch them. ‘Dennis? We gotta run!’ Lindsy said fearfully. He nodded and grabbed her hand to pull her along.
‘What is it, my pretty?’ the heard Filch say gleefully from behind them. He turned and looked at them. His face turned into a scowl and he started to run towards them. Dennis pulled her faster, and they both ran as fast as they could. But Filch was FAST for someone his age! He grasped Lindsey’s collar and pulled her away from Dennis. ‘Go! Run!’ Lindsey called. Dennis shook her head and followed Filch, who was grumbling something about an... Umbridge? Dennis obviously heard him as well and spoke.
‘Aw, Filchie, we didn’t think you felt that way about her!’ Dennis said happily. Filch turned around and glared at him, so Lindsey could see his ears had gone red. When Filch had finished glaring at Dennis, Lindsey turned around and winked at Dennis.He winked back and they arrived at his office. He chucked Lindsey down, preparing to shout at her when he heard Dennis’ growl from behind. Dennis’ eyes looked weird. They were brighter than usual. Filch motioned for him to sit down and Dennis did so. ‘So! Out of bed! After curfew! Explain yourself!’ Filch snarled.
‘I had a mentoring with Harry Potter!’ Lindsey scowled. Filch was her least favourite person, even above Nivera! He was a cruel man, didn’t care about children being hurt, he wanted to hurt them!
‘Likely story!’ Filch sneered.
‘Ask McGonagall!’ Dennis piped up, his blue eyes back to their darker blue self.
‘I will!’ Filch snarled. He scuttled up to find her, and Dennis jumped up and ran to a drawer.

Very nice chapters. I really like your storyline, and your chapters keep getting better. If I may suggest, you may want to put a space between your paragraphs so it would be easier to read for those of us with reading disabilities. Something like this:
