Setting: Summer Ron is going into his 6th year



Ron hated summer because he wasn't at Hogwarts with his best mate Harry and his friend Hermione who he secretly missed more it was awkward because they never got along. She was coming over at dinner time he pretended he couldn't have have cared less because he was the one that asked could Hermione come over, And he was sure that Fred, George and Ginny were all suspicious, perhaps Ginny more. They asked him questions and Fred and George kept on making kissing noises he just told them all to shut it. He knew Hermione was coming soon because it was almost dinner time because his stomach was rumbling. So he ran down stairs and walked in causally in the kitchen as if he never ran down the stairs

''RON DINN- Oh sorry I was just about to call you, Well sit down'' said Molly and Ron rolled his eyes as if she thought he didn't know that. He went over to one of the chairs and sat down Fred and George were there for dinner he couldn't wait untill he went to their shop

Just then then there was a knock on the door It has to be dad and Hermione thought Ron. Arthur opened the door ''Sorry were late'' Arthur took of his hat and put it on a muggle hat stand ''I had-'' he began ''Work at the ministry we all know it's like your only excuse'' said Fred while Hermione was left staring at them all probably feeling awkward. So Ron got up and walked over to her and then Ginny did the same ''Hi'' said Hermione and she wrapped her arms around him to give him a hug when she let go she went bright red and they were left staring at each other awkwardly. So Ginny hugged Hermione ''Good summer?'' asked Ginny ''Pretty good'' Hermione replied and they walked over to the table while chatting about summer. Girls thought Ron while he rolled his eyes.

He walked back to his seat and ate his dinner. When he was done he went to his bedroom and thought over things.

Chapter 2 Harry's arrival


Next Morning Ron got out of bed. He barely had any sleep the whole night he was thinking about his feelings for Hermione and why he enjoyed the hug she gave him the day before. It was awkward to think about it but the more he did the more he thought of Hermione and he couldn't stop he was either thinking one thing or the other he couldn't get the thoughts out of his mind.

He walked into the kitchen Hermione was there her hair tied up in her pyjamas and she was whispering to Ginny. Ron was pretty sure it was about him because they looked up at him and then started whispering again. He'd normally ask them what they were talking about? And why they were whispering? But he didn't want to. ''Morning'' said Ron ''Morning'' she said back. ''Is Harry coming today?'' she stopped whipering to Ginny and looked up in interest and Ginny went over and picked up a book.

''Yea, Why?'' Ron asked feeling annoyed and he was trying to hide it ''Is something wrong? I was just asking sorry'' Hermione twiddled with her thumbs ''Why were you asking?'' asked Ron eagerly. But then Harry walked in with Mrs Weasley. Ron knew that she wanted to see him first. Then Ginny put down her book and walked over to Harry and hugged him. After the hug they had the same awkward pause as Ron and Hermione when they hugged. ''Harry!'' said Hermione and she hugged him. Ron felt jealousy spread everywhere in his body and nodded at Harry but he would have loved to punch him. Ron forgot about what he was feeling when Harry and Hermione hugged. He just thought about her for the rest of the day

Chapter three! The wonderfull suprise!

After a nights sleep Ron decided he'd pretend that nothing happened what so ever even though he had no sleep that night in the second day in a row he was going to relax that day and forget about Harry and Hermione just the thought of it made him want to scream with rage! But no he wasn't going to today he was sure Ginny sort of noticed him getting jealous the day before.

Ron wasn't going down to the kitchen today he was going to stay in his bedroom for the day exept for meal times and he'd keep his space between Hermione and Harry perfect way to spend the day well he thought anyway he sat down on one of the chairs and took out a piece of paper even though he was trying to forget about Hermione he couldn't before he knew it he was drawing her... After a few minutes it was done but then Hermione came in ''Ron din...''Hermione started and saw the picture Ron hid it as soon as he could Hermione blushed ''I just came in to tell you your mum has dinner prepared'' Hermione explained she was now pink she opened the door to go out but went back and kissed Ron on the cheek and walked out slowly. Ron had the best feeling in the world a swooping sensation it was the best thing ever he opened the door and followed Hermione out the door

Sweetie our little Ronnie is growing up i'm not gonna cry i'm not :cry: Oh I get the title now smart!!!!

Chapter 4

Ron had the best day in his whole life! When ever Hermione looked at him she blushed and giggled and it gave him the most wonderfull feeling in the world he didn't notice Harry or Ginny anymore but he didn't want to go find them. Nah he was happy the way he was although what he didn't know was he was not going to have a very pleasent day!

When he went down stairs for breakfast Hermione totally ignoored him then she went upstairs to read Ron didn't really mind cause she usally did that but then he knew that she was completely ignooring him because she'd bump into him with out saying sorry or i'm a cluts somthing like she'd usally say but know she just came down to get another book and bumped into him again and went upstairs he followed her knowing he probably shouldn't be

She went into Ginny's bedroom and then Ron came in ''Yes?'' Hermione said coldly ''Did I do somthing wrong'' he asked Hermione rolled her eyes ''You didn't do somthing wrong it's just...'' he was pretty sure that was why Hermione was avoiding him ''We can't be together!'' Hermione blurted out Ron's eyes widened ''Like what??'' he asked and he knew what she was going to say and he had an answer even though he did not like it ''Ron you know what I mean don't make me say it'' said Hermione in sort of a pushy voice ''Like that NO way'' Ron lied quickly and he had the worst feeling in his stomach. Tears ran down Hermione's face and she looked away ''Phew!'' and Ron knew she was lying then he went out the door and looked back Hermione was back to her reading there was no point in saying a thing what was done was done!

Ughhhhhhh nooooo please undo that Jess please :D brilliant chapter though :glomp: Poor Ron :(

Chapter 5 Secret admierer

It was a week after Hermione and himself had the chat in Ginny's room and funny enough he didn't care anymore if she didn't like him he didn't like her but one thing he had to do was to make her jealous somway somhow and the only way to do that was to pretend that he was into another girl (So technacallly he was trying to make Hermione jealous just so she'd find out that she actully wanted to go out with him)

He thought about it and thought about it and he figured out before when he went to diagon alley a few days ago Lavender Brown fancied him she followed him everywhere and it was most annoying cause it look at her and she'd annoyingly giggle was it just him or is that the way you get a girl?

Ron went over to his table and started writing her a secret admiere note ''OKAY what the hell do I write'' Ron asked himself trying to think he scribbled somthing down and then put a love heart on it cause he thought she'd like that then she gave the letter to Pigwidgeon and he flew away. Totally regretting it and hoping somway somhow he'd get lost and give it to Hermione insted
