After eating Justin gathered his things and began the long anxious trek own to the dungeons to Professor Snapes office and knocked on the closed door. " Enter , Mr. Wellheart! " sounded Snape's voice from beyond the door.

Justin took in a deep breath as he opened the door and entered the room. "Good morning , Professor. " Justin said with a wavering voice. " I hope that I'm not late."

"No, you're actually on time for a change. " Snape said condescendingly. "

You must prepare yourself each morning for the stresses of the coming day. What happened this morning cannot happen again . The minister's office is watching your every move. As it is Minister Fudge has suggested to the headmaster that you be suspended from formal classroom lessons and assign you a tutor to give you your lessons. Dumbledore was able to sway him otherwise. So, with that being said, one more infraction on your part will have you expelled for sure. Shall we begin the lesson for today? "

Justin looked up from the floor and quietly answered , " Yes, Professor, I understand. But how do I prepare? All of this magic business is so new to me.

I've never had any training. Until a few weeks ago I showed no ability. Why does everyone expect me to know everthing? "

"Justin, there is no excuse for you to allow yourself to lose control over your own emotions! " Yelled Prof. Snape. Snape yelling at him startled him and he

jumped. "You have to ignore your feelings or get a grip on them. You can't let little things bother you so much. " As he said this to Justin Snape Got up from his seat behind his desk and began to tease Justin about his crush on Bertie. " So, you and Miss Thornhurst fancy each other do you ? Well, how could she like you ? you're just a skinny little bag of bones aren't you? "Snape said trying to get a rise out Justin.

Justin was becoming enraged with what Snape was saying to him. He could feel his ears turning red and felt body start to shake with anger. Before he could calm himself down Justin shot the professor a dangerous look and Professor Snape was hit by stunning spell an was knocked to the floor.

"That's exactly what cannot happen , Mr. Wellheart! " said Snape as he got up and dusted himself off. " We have an hour so, you better start trying or this is going to be painful for the both of us. "

For the next hour or so Prof. Snape continued to provoke Justin's rage .

Over and over Snape would be tossed about his office as Justin tried to learn

how to control his unusual powers. Frustrated as Justin was he continued to

allow his anger to boil over. No matter how hard he tried provocation enraged

him. Finally a battered Snape sat down out of breathe as the last blow Justin

gave him nearly rendered him unconscious.


" Mr. Wellheart, you do understand that you must look inside yourself for the

strength to harness your anger. To not inflict serious or even remote injury

to your fellow students and teachers. I will be the only Professor working

with you due to the injuries you inflicted upon his alleged harressment. Today

was a freebie, Mr. Wellheart. I shall not stand here again and allow you to

toss me about... Next time I will defend myself." said Snape in his deep drawn

out condescending tone. " I ...suggest you think about what or how you're

going to approach our next session. "

Justin looked up at Prof. Snape with an expression of shame. he didn't like

hurting people. He didn't understand why he wasn't able to control his anger.

Maybe there was spell or charm that could help him. Something he could do

every day that would allow him to attend regular classes without incident. it

was unlikely that he would find something like that to help. As he thought of

all of that Snape was still droning on about whatever it was that he was

saying. Then Snape was finished talking and asking Justin if he understood.

Justin nodded that he did and the sesion ended with Prof. Snape adding, "

You best come prepared tomorrow , Mr. Wellheart."


" Yes, Sir . I will try my best. Thankyou for your help, Professor. " answered

Justin as he walked out of Snape's office and headed for the Ravenclaw

commonroom. He was exhausted, but also hoped to see one of his friends.


As he climbed the staircase it began to move' Oh great! ' he thought. He

stood there on that staircase thinking about roberta and how her smile could

light up a room no matter how dark it was. Just as he thought of her the

staircase moved again and there she was with that enchanting smile of hers.

aww....poor wittle Justin. PAMS! great job!
