Wow, that looked like a nasty cut. If the man hadn't explained more Roxy would have swore he got into a fight with the two boys who had damaged the store. "You're a Shop Owner? That's such a shame." She replied a small frown appearing. Who would have thought that Diagon Alley would be dangerous?

Ten pounds? Wow. Big order. She calculated in the new total of all his items. "Alright, soo that's 27 galleons and 16 sickles." Turning around she picked up two pouches tapped her wand on a old looking big box. The pouches began to fill up with the contents of the box until they were both full to the top. She tapped the pouches, sealing them shut until the man needed it. "Here you go. Hopefully with these you won't get anymore unwanted visitors." Because some cuts were cool....but that was just a no.

"Yeah, the Third Hand Book Emporium up the street," Daniel explained, but gave a slight shrug. "Git stole a book from me as well."

Yeah, forget the fact that you were crucio'd, Daniel. You just focus on the loss of a precious book.

The young man counted out twenty eight galleons from his major money bag and stuffed the pouch back in his pocket. "Keep the change," he smiled, before gathering the stuff in his arms, putting the floo powder on top. He didn't need bags, since he was only going up to the North end of the street. "And thank you very much," Daniel said, turning to leave.

"Maybe I'll stop by sometime." Just because she was out of school didn't mean that she didn't need a new book now and again. Stealing books? See even criminals needed to read. "Shame.." Roxy muttered again shaking her head in disgust. Criminals now a days...stealing books!

"No problem! Come again soon." She said smiling widely for the poor man. Picking up the money she put it in register. Yeah! Her first sale went awesomely!

Unsure of where to find a telescope, Aquila ambled over to the counter of Wiseacres, hopefully, to be pointed in the directions of telescopes.

Once she got at the front of the line, she asked the shop keeper "Excuse me, do you sell telescopes here?"

"hello there", Raven start, "i'd like to purchase this two, how much it cost "
*Raven raised his arm to show a cauldron and the scope to the shopkeeper, giving a simple smile*

Dakota pointed to the left, past the child's shoulder, "Over there, love." Then she went back to flipping through the Daily Prophet. Yawn.

Ah, another kid.

She sat up straight, but didn't move from off of her stool. Dakota waved her wand at the purchases, wrapping them up to be sure they wouldn't break, "Nine galleons, kid."

Jesse walked into the store and found some pretty interesting items, and items he needed for school like,

1 Crystal Ball
2 Mokeskin Pouches
2 Bags of Floo Powder (seen as his house had recently been connected to the Floo Network and they needed some, and his mother was a muggle, unable to obtain it herself)
2 pairs of two-way mirrors
1 deck of Exploding Snap
1 set of Wizard's Chess
1 Deluminator.
"Excuse me ma'am but could you ring these up for me please?"

"Hi," said Ava Jade, stepping up to the counter. "What different kinds of telescopes do you sell? I'll need one of those and also a crystal ball." She paused, then added, "And do you know where I could find an abacus, a lunarscope, or a rune set?"

Emily had wandered into the shop lost, hopeing someone would give her directions back to Gringotts. Instead she was about to spend the remaining money her mother had given her for school supplies

"Hi" Emily said nervously, placing a two-way mirror, a sneakascope and a deck of exploding snap on the counter "How much for all this?" then,turning red and feeling like a complete idiot added "and do you know the way back to Gringotts? Only, i'm a first year and I don't..." but she trailed off, embarressed about how stupid she must sound.

Raven still amazed to what he seeing, though, he didn't say anything, pretending he knew what is going-on.

he rapidly took 9 Galleons and give it to the keeper and say "here madam, thank for wrapping it nicely"

Raven took the purchase and skip smoothly in front of the counter, and walked down the street.

Nerida walked in and looked for her remaining supplies Telescope and protective gloves. Only one of those was here. Her mother caught up with her and she exclaimed Darling, dont run off like that, lets see then,I need some things for the house, get what you need and Ill get it for you we will meet at the counter...oh and get some games
Nerida made her way to the counter followed by her mum. Her mum said Hello, I would like some floo powder, everlasting candles, customizable clocks, 2 mokeskin pouchs,2 Sneakoscopes,4 hourglasses, what designs and styles and colors do they come in? And for you deary looking down at me.Nerida smiled and said Can I have Wizard's Chess, Two-way mirrors, and a Telescope? Her mum looked back at the shopkeeper Final price?

Another customer! "Yup! No problem." Roxy grinned at the young boy as he approached the counter with a bunch of items. "You must be pretty lucky if your parents allow you to buy all these things." Hopefully the boy wasn't spending all his parent's money in the shop. "Alright that will be 29 galleons, 9 sickles and 28 knuts.” Wait a second...Roxy recounted and ended up with the same total. That was like...300 dollars in Muggle Money. Did the kid rob a Muggle bank or something? Roxy flicked her wand and the items began to self wrap themselves and then pack into a bag.


"Hello there!" Roxy greeted as the next costumer came up to the front of the line. Types of telescopes? Well, there were all kinds! Hundreds! She couldn't possibly remember the whole catalog of names! She was only a Witch after all. "Well...we have different color's and brands." Nod. "But for you I'd recommend the collapsible brass telescope. It's good for Astronomy. You can find them in that isle over there." Roxy said pointing to her right. "As for those other items, I'm pretty sure that we don't have those in stock at the moment but perhaps your parents could go check out Knockturn Alley and see what they have." And yes she did put emphasis on Knockturn Alley, it was not a place for children.


Little kids were always adorable! She just wanted to give her a hug!! Roxy gave a big smile to the little girl who seemed to be blushing. "Those items will be 6 galleons and 28 knuts.". Roxy waved the girl off. "It's quite alright. Anyone can get lost in Diagon Alley. As a matter of fact, it was only yesterday when I wasn't able to locate the Leaky Cauldron! And I am way older than a First Year." Hopefully that would make the girl feel much better! "When you head outside, you're going to keep walking straight pass Sugarplums Sweet Shop. From there just keep walking in that direction and trust me, the bank isn't too far off, you'll see it." She picked up the items and dropped them carefully into a bag.

The shop seemed to be as busy as ever! The next costumers didn’t seem to actually have their items in their hands. “Sure thing, next time just pick them up from the shelves though.” Less work for her hehe. “Your total is 45 galleons and 15 sickles.” That, was a lot of money. The young assistant flicked her wand and the items followed, being careful to stay out of anyone’s path. She wrapped then and put them inside a bag. “There you go.”

Elnesiel took the telescope up to the counter to pay for it, waiting until the shopkeeper was not busy.

Nerida grabbed the bag while her mum took out 45 galleons and 12 sickles and looked at her daughter and mouthed I only have knuts and galleons, I smiled and mouthed back dont worry I got it. I took out 3 sickles and handed it to the shopkeeper and my mum then did the same. I said Thank you and sorry for the trouble. Have a nice day, Oh and do you know where we could find some protective gloves?

Sarassi got Gobstones,Self-Shuffling Playing Cards, Exploding Snap,Fanged Frisbee, a telescope, knowing her siser would forget to buy herself a trunk she would get one for her, 2 Magical Trunks, and 2 Magical Camera.

A simple order! Roxy hadn't gotten one of those in...well...ever. "Hello there! Enjoying your day so far?" She asked brightly to the young child. Taking the telescope from the girl she put it in one of the smaller bags. "That will be 6 galleons."


Roxy took the money and punched it into the cash resister. "It was no trouble at all! Don't worry about it." See, working here wasn't so hard! People were nice, Roxy liked it. Protective gloves? Hmm...she didn't want to send them on a wild goose hunt but..."Try Quality Quidditch Supplies, I'm sure they'll have some type of gloves that are protective in some way." She said with a laugh. "Have a good day now!" She said with a wave.

Roxy nodded. Oh no! Another customer who thought that she was the one who was suppose to get everything for her. "Sure thing but uh-in most shopping establishments, the customer is generally the one to pick up what they need and bring it to the counter." Hint, hint, nudge, nudge. Roxy would let it slide one last time. They next person however wouldn't be as lucky. With a flick of her wand she summoned the items that the girl in front of her had listed off, she made sure not to get in any other customer's way. Laying the items on the counter she flicked her wrist again and put the items in a large bag. "Please try and get your items before you come in line, it's very time consuming if I have to get it and it may slow the line down." Roxy smiled. Yup! She thought that she had made it clear enough. "That will be 20 galleons even." She said as she calculated the total.

Sarassi excalmaied Oh I am so sorry,its my first time here and well my dad was supposed to be taking me while my mum went with my twin. But my father couldnt make it, thanks She said blushing. Thanksshe said grabbing the bag, Sorry again..she handed her 20 galleons

"Okay, thanks," Ava Jade said. She picked out the collapsible brass telescope and then walked back over to the counter. "So it should just be this and the crystal ball."

Selina walked into her final stop for the day, after the longest day of school shopping she had ever done. After buying her necessary items like clothes, quills, books, and cauldrons and buying her not so necessary items like joke shop goods, beauty supplies, and quidditch supplies Selina entered wiseacres. All of the final tidbits of shopping was to be done here. Of course looking at the young first year the only indication of her long shopping day was in her exhausted expression. The rest of the evidence was hidden away in a small bag resting on her arm. The whole of her purchases lay in the bag with a heavy expansion charm on it placed by her mother.
As Selina looked around the shop she gathered all of the supplies that she was finally allowed to buy. Previous to Hogwarts her parents were weary to lend her their magical objects. Finally she would have her own to claim for herself.
Softly as she could Selina approached the store clerk. The woman seemed pleasant enough and quite engrossed in her work. So as quickly and quietly as she could muster she began to pile all of her goods on the counter for purchasing once the clerk was prepared.
Selina diligently put one anti-burglary buzzer, a fanged frisbee, a new wizard's chess set, a magical trunk that exuded Gryffindor spirit, and a pensieve on the counter plus her very own invisibility cloak and deluminator. She was enthralled with the story of the golden trio and how they brought the longest lasting peace in wizard history upon the world. Therefore she needed similar supplies to what they had to be great Gryffindors.
While the clerk was still busy Selina began to do the math of all of her purchases in her head. She calculated 25 galleons and 33 sickles. Still as softly as she could she took out the money and placed it plus and extra few sickles on the counter. Selina then awaited the girl to look up.
After several seconds of waiting the girl finally looked up and saw Selina. Selina smiled and said, "I saw you were busy so I just thought I'd give you your time. I rang up my supplies for you too. It came out to 25 galleons and 33 sickles. If you want to check go ahead. Sorry for not warning you sooner."

Nerida walked back into the store and thought How couldI be so light headed my mother and father had suggested it!! She grabbed what she needed and went up to the counter and said Hello again! I forgot that I was supposed to get some other things for me and my twin and my dad! She placed 2 Invisibility Cloaks, Deluminator, Remembrall , 2 Anti-Burglary Buzzer,2 Magical Trunks in Ravenclaw colors. Pensieve. I have gotten 2 Invisibility Cloaks, Deluminator, Remembrall , 2 Anti-Burglary Buzzer,2 Magical Trunks in Ravenclaw colors. Pensieve. Which is 37 galleons 13 sickles.

Emily smiled back at the woman. She was glad she wasn't the only one who got lost. "Thanks!" she said feeling better and handed over her money.
"I'm always getting lost! I'll never find my way anywhere at Hogwarts, my sister said there are moving stairs and secret passages and..."
Why was she telling a shopkeeper all this? She was just so nervous she had started babbling...

"Hello," Elnesiel said, smiling. "And, yes, I am." She handed the shopkeeper 6 galleons.

"It's quite alright! Have a nice day dear." Roxy scooped up the money and put it inside the resister, then gave a wave good bye to the small girl.

"Good choice of a telescope!" Roxy said jokingly. She had actually helped! Awesome! "So those items will be 10 galleons and 12 sickles." She took the items off the counter and wrapped them up. Carefully Roxy slipped them into a small bag.

Roxy blinked, confusion was clear on her face. How did the girl in front of her have time to actually calculate the total of her prices? Had the line up been that long? Or maybe she had just taken so much time? That was bad, clearly the Assistant would have be be quicker. "Ahh sorry for taking so long. You must be really good with math. Let me just double check that." Roxy gave a bright smile to the girl and turned back to the cash. Her eyes fell upon one of the items on the counter and a frown appeared on her face.

"Sorry dear, we don't sell Invisibility Cloaks to anyone under the legal age." She had to be 17. Shame. Picking up the cloak Roxy folded it and put it under the counter. "I'm sorry about that kid. Your new total is 19 galleons solid." There probably would be a lot of first years coming in wanting invisibility cloaks.


Roxy laughed. Back again? This store was obviously popular. "No problem. You must be the nice twin if you're buying all the stuff." She was only joking of course. And she had remembered to get the items! Roxy smiled with pride! Kids weren't so hard to get through to. She had added up the total too? Oh no, another child who wanted an invisible cloak. "I'm sorry kid, but we don't sell Invisibility Cloaks to anyone under 17." She felt so bad! Like she was crushing all the little kid's dreams!

Roxy flicked her wrist and folded the Invisibility cloaks back up and floated them (along with the one under the counter) over back toward their spots on the shelf. "That will be 21 galleons, 8 sickles and 28 knuts."

Putting the money in the register she shook her head. "Don't be silly. Everyone get scared about getting lost at Hogwarts. You just have to pay attention and keep an eye open." Yeah, it was harder to think about before they even started but....Roxy knew a think or two about it. "Trust me. In no time you'll know that castle like it's the back of your hand."

Roxy accepted the money, with a grin at the girl. "Well I hope you continue, to enjoy your day. Come back anytime now." She said happily.

Ava Jade laughed, then handed Roxy the 10 galleons and 12 sickles. "Thank you!" she said as she took the bag and left.

Emily smiled as she took the bag. "I hope so!" It seemed like people had been reasuring her all day about Hogwarts.
"Thanks! Bye!" And, waving to the shopkeeper, she left the shop remembering the instructions she had given her on how to get back to Gringotts.
