 When your shopping experience, or stay has come to an end, please make your way to the front of the shop, where the check out counter is located. Check out of your room, make your purchases, request gift wrapping, or direct general questions to the shopkeeper.
Once you leave the shop, you will find yourself on the South End of the Street. We hope you enjoyed your time in Wiseacres, and that you come again soon!
OOC: Under no circumstances should you RP for the Shopkeeper. Wiseacres is a very large store, and I may be busy with another customer, please wait your turn patiently, everyone will get the proper amount of attention.
Invisibility Cloaks, Flying carpets and timeturners will not be sold to underage children, and must go through Ministry clearance. The shopkeeper reserves the right to deny sale of any item she deems worthy.

Pixxi, now quite irritated by her brother Felix who had dragged her through the entire shop, pulled her hand away from his when they came to the counter. "Slow it down, will you?" Felix looked at her and said, quite irritated, that they had to be quick. He put the brass telescope on the counter and told her to find the money. Slowly, she pulled out her wallet and stared at her brother while mumbling "We can't buy anything without the shopkeeper to assist us anyways. Stupid brother." They started their annoying neverending glaring contest while waiting for the shopkeeper to assist them.

Boon looked at the shiny brass auto-focus telescope and then at the magical trunk in her hands as she carried them up to the counter.
"Hello," she said to the shopkeeper. "Just these two things for the moment, please."
Boon grabbed 8 galleons and 3 sickles out of the pocket where she'd set it aside. It occurred to her that she hadn't factored in the possibility of extra cost for the auto-focusing ability of her telescope. She took a deep breath and reminded herself that the kindly-looking woman standing there would probably give her a total.
Boon lifted her eyes, said "Thanks," and waited for her word.

Damien was a bit concerned with Gemini's safety... to say the very least. Heh. Considering he had just assigned his team and some of Dacs' to keep watch on the South End of the Street, perhaps a bit was an understatement.
He cast a glance over his shoulder at Sabel and stopped. "She's going to fuss over you, you know. She might try to force you to come live with us again, which is fine by me... but just be gentle if you must refuse her. She made the dog pee on me because I suggested we get a nanny... Pregnancy... what are you gonna do?" he said with a chuckle. His wife was full of the crazy lately, but he knew she would LOVE to see Sabel.

Then it was following Damien in and ducking a little off to the side so that the man and his wife could have some privacy when they greeted one another.

Rocky came running from the back, yapping at the two men before Gemini had even had a chance to attempt to stand up from her seat. He jumped at Damien and Sabel's legs and barked happily at them, not much of a watch dog at all.
Eventually, Gemini got out of her seat and waddled walked into the shop, too. "A surprise?" She clapped as she made her way over to the two men. "Oh! It's Sabel!" Eeeek. Gemini waved at the boy and went in his direction for hugs.
She sort of skipped Damien for now. | |

It was NO surprise that Gemini went straight for the boy... no surprise at all. Damien simply smiled to himself and scratched HIS puppy behind the ears. While he had comprehended the fact that Damien and Gemini had a puppy, he hadn't expected to be attacked at the ankles by one in the store!
Admittedly, he did a startled shuffle backwards, more in surprise at the barking than actual fear of the vocalizer. When he realized what it was and that it wasn't going to eat his shoes for dinner, a small smile progressed to his lips. He would never admit it, but he did feel somewhat better when Damien scooped it up.
He was in the process of reaching over to offer a scratch-greeting, when Gemini found them. All attention was drawn away from the dog to the woman, and he tried to remember when the last time was that he had seen her. Too long apparently, given she nearly completely ignored Damien; an action that had him turning a little red.
"Gemini." He returned the hug, albeit carefully. "You look well." How long before they had their baby? He couldn't rightly remember.

Awww. Sweet boy. Gemini was definitely more emotional now than she was before, but she was grinning so much her cheeks were already starting to hurt. She patted Sabel's shoulder and gave him one last HUG before letting go. "Thank you, dear. Though I'm sure I look more round than anything else." She laughed a little bit, "Have you been well? You know you're always welcome to come stay with us if you'd like. We both miss having you around."
Even if Damien wasn't as ready to admit it as she was.
Finally, she turned her attention to her husband and kissed him, then patted Rocky's head, "What brings you boys to my shop today?" | |

"Round?" Sabel drew back a little to consider her for a good moment. "No. I'd say ripe with joy and love." ....Maybe ripe wasn't the best word......
"I've been fine." His eyes glanced at Damien before returning to Gemini with a small smile. "I miss you too, but I do need to start standing on my own two feet." And while two Aurors in the house was better than one, Sabel wasn't yet a full Auror and wasn't sure if he wouldn't be more of a hindrance than anything else.
When Damien brushed off the topic of why they were there, Sabel slipped past the two of them and quietly excused himself to a point in the store where he could keep a discrete eye on the street.

"Ripe?" She giggled and looked at Damien, and then she giggled some more, "Do you hear that, honey?" Hehehehehe! How flattering!
But her giggles died down and Gemini made a little frowny face at Sabel's decline of her offer. Even though she really hadn't expected him to take her up on it, and she knew he was right.. still, frowny face. If he didn't know by now that the offer was always, always open, then he never would. But Gemini knew that he did.
She watched the boy walk a bit away and figured that he was just perusing the shop. Anything he wanted, she'd just give to him for free, anyway.
But that word caught her attention back to Damien. "Muffins?!?!" Gemini gasped and squealed like a little kid in a candy shop. "Ohhhhh! Blueberry muffins with the little crumbly things on top?" If Gemini could bounce properly, she would have just then. Being the good sport that she was, she did at least give it a try. HEHE. "Daddy brought us MUFFINS, Rocky!" He puppy barked happily and Gemini looked expectantly at Damien.

Damien made himself busy scratching his puppy...until he heard Sabel decline Gemini's offer to stay with them. Sheeesh. If she reacted anything like she had at Damien they needed to take cover immediately. Heh.
But of course she wouldn't send a dog to pee pee on SABEL. He was golden. Feh. Heheheh. Damien smirked with satisfaction when Sabel went to patrol the shop and keep an eye on the street. Good lad, that kid. Good lad indeed.
Damien couldn't help but laugh heartily when Gemini became to ecstatic about the gift of muffin. AHHHHH. Muffins were love after all. Setting Rocky on the counter and patting his little head he pulled the tiny bag out and unholstered his wand. Tapping the bag it grew in size as did the muffins inside. "Sorry love... From his lookout point in the store, Sabel had a good view of the street and most of the interior space. It was difficult to force himself to try and appear like he was being casual, rather than being on high alert. His fingers played with one random item or another, attempting to look as though he was considering the items of the shop and trying not to interfere on Damien and Gemini's personal discussions.
He must have convinced himself at least somewhat of his cover, for when Gemini called out to him, he started from his thoughts. Blinking over at the couple, he took note of Damien's lack of dexterity hoping onto the counter and the mention of cream cheese. On muffin's? He frowned a little before quickly swapping the expression with a small smile. "No, thank you though. You enjoy them."
...When had Damien had the time to pick up muffins? Sneaky thing he was.

She watched him as he took interest in something on the shelf, "Those are on sale this week." she added, through a mouthful.
