"I thought you might want some, since it's still so early in the morning." she grinned, and then, the half-Veela took off. |

"Oh that's a pity, I've always wanted one. Never mind, guess I could always come back after I've left Hogwarts and buy one? I'll just go and get a telescope..." Trent walked over to the far wall and picked up a telescope which looked a bit dusty but nevertheless he needed one so again kept the information to himself. He walked back to the counter with the telescope. "How much will this be, please?" Trent asked the shopkeeper, making sure to put please on the end as he didn't want to come across as being rude. |
After looking around at the many fasinating objects, Lisa goes to the counter and pays the shopkeeper for one telescope. |

Beth shuffled to the counter, weighed down by the objects she held in her arms. When she reached the counter she smiled at the woman standing behind it. "I would like to buy this cauldron, pewter standerd size two, and a telescope . . . oh and a magical trunk," she said, still grinning. |

"Thankyou," she said as she handed over the amount asked for. "Is that right," she said frowning at the money trying to make sure she hadn't mistaken sickles for knuts again. |

Wasn't it time for these kids to be getting back to school yet? Oh, she couldn't wait. |
"Hello!" Heather walked up to the counter and said with her squeaky eleven year old voice. "Could I please get a telescope and a two-way mirrors set?" She asked the shopkeeper. Heather was bursting with excitement of starting her first year at Hogwarts. |

Roxy frowned. Her coffee was done. So that mean no warm yummy goodness, and that of course lead to her being tired. She really needed a never ending coffee cup. The assistant smiled at the young girl who came up to the counter. Huh. Another kid who was too lazy to go get her things? Roxy had half the mind to tell the girl that a shop meant you picked up the items and THEN bring them to the cash. But she was too tired because her coffee was done. Roxy waved her wands as she levitated the items to the counter. "That will be 8 galleons." She said putting the items in the bag for the small girl, with a smile. |

Jaina walked into the shop hoping that she would catch someone in the shop. She picked out a telescope from the far side of the shop, but didn't see the magical trunks that were advertised in the window. Hmmm, must be closer to the counter, she thought. She approached the counter and sat her telescope down. "Um, hi, just this and a magical trunk, please." |

Diagon Alley was mostly empty now that all school-age children were...well...at school, making Elinor feel a little exposed as she entered Wiseacres--a little unfarmilliar with the layout of the shop--and approached the counter. Her hair was back to it's normal brown-reddish, and today she wore a monochromatic outfit--black slacks, a longsleeved white dress shirt under a black vest, and her black leather boots. In her pale fingers she clasped a manilla envelope, slightly wrinkled. "Excuse me," she said softly, stepping up to the counter. |

Until this woman decided to interrupt her. "Yes?" |

"There's four photographs in all," she nodded, reaching into her pocket and setting a stack of five Galleons on the counter--more than needed for the rate of eight sickles a photograph. She slid the coins towards the woman. "I would be very grateful for your help." |
Oh. So she was a customer, and not just some obtrusive annoyance. Well, she supposed she could put off her paperwork for a sale. The woman stared at the envelope, before reaching out and picking it up. "It will be a few minutes." She replied, standing from her stool, and magicking the papers back into her office. "Feel free to.. browse." She waved her hand at the store and turned off, walking into a back room. |

She took a deep breath, fidgeting slightly, and realised that the shopkeeper probably would've thought she was a nut if she continued like this. Elinor calmed herself, waiting patiently in the empty shop. |
It was really no time at all before Dakota returned to the counter with an envelope full of pictures, "1 galleon and 15 sickles." She eyed the money that the woman had put on the counter, and scooped it up, handing back the change. |
WHHHHHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?! *guilt* Quote:
"Oh, thank you so much. Thank you," she nodded, and started to turn, when she saw the woman hand back the change. "No, no, no, no, no, she muttered, almost adding that she didn't have the time for change, but in her frenzied state, merely added, "just....keep it," She fully turned from the counter, bade the woman good-day, and stepped back out into Diagon Alley, immediately forgetting the entire visit. ooc: * LULZ! |
Idril grabbed all she needed and set them down on the counter which included: 5 pictures for picture development 2 pounds of Floo Powder 2 sets of two way mirrors... Idril smiled and said Hello I have 5 pictures that need to be developed, 2 pounds of Floor Powder and 2 sets of two way mirrors..And thats 8 galleons and 6 sickles am I correct? She picked up her purse and took out 8 galleons and 6 sickles and waited fro the shopkeeper... |

"Hullo there!!" Ringing up the total she grinned at the lady. "Close, it's actually 8 galleons, 5 sickles and 38 knuts. Better on your part actually." She picked up the pictures and grinned. "I'll be back in a sec with your pictures all set." With that she quickly ran off to the back. |
