Vaults 501- 600
Vaults 501- 600 are medium level security vaults. They are small and perfect for people who have a lot of valuables who need them to be well protected. It takes about 1 and a half hours by Goblin cart, to reach these vaults, situated a long distance underground. They are single vaults, small rooms ideal for individuals rather than for families. They are about the size of a medium-sized walk in wardrobe, with shelves lining the interior and a step ladder to help you reach higher shelves.
If you have one of these vaults you will have a bronze key with a moon symbol engraved on it with which to unlock your vault. You can only reach it in the company of a Gringotts Goblin and there are several curses and charms in place to protect your valuables. Very occassionally dragon roars might be heard echoing on this level of vaults.

Erik leaned back in the cart and held onto Kenzie as the cart started going again. Watching the scenery around him his eyes started to close and he leaned against Kenzie. It was a long right a nap wouldn't hurt right? Not to mention he'd done this so many times he wasn't shocked by all the dips, turns, and roars anymore. Pretty soon he was dozing off holding on tightly to Kenzie who happened to make a good pillow.

He must be exhausted, she figures. Kissing his head as he leans it on her she settles back in his arms, figuring if he was dozing off it would take awhile to get to his vault.
Sturnik barely sat down in the cart right before the cart zipped off. The cart had things to do. There was a certain piece of track that had a nice rust sheen that he wanted to get better acquainted with.
He patted the side of the cart gently as they rolled on and on going deep into the bowels of the bank. Though just how deep the bank went was only known to a few, Sturnik chief among them since he was head of security.
After the 3 hour cart ride, and a nice nap the cart slowed to stop and Sturnik was jerked awake. He climbed out and waddled over to the wizard's door. With his finger he stroked the door gently and a line blazed green before he placed his hand against the right side of the line. The door shivered and melted away.
He stepped back to let the wizard conduct his business.

Erik woke up as he felt the cart come to a stop. Opening his eyes with a yawn he looked up at Kenzie and smiled before sitting up. His eyes caught the goblin waddling over to the door and opened it. "Come on," He said to Kenzie before getting out too and holding out his hand for her. She might as well get familiar with it.
Walking toward his vault he nodded at the goblin and looked around. Coins literally were everywhere as well as objects. Paintings, collectibles and family heirlooms were stashed away carefully and in order of importance and age. A shelf lined one of the walls filled with unusual objects some confiscated from the guys he caught and others things he wasn't exactly meant to have but no one ever said a word about it here. Looking at Kenzie he pointed to the shelf lined wall and all the things along the wall. "Don't go over there." There were some dark stuff over there, some illegal stuff and he knew exactly what would happen if she touched some of those. "Feel free ta look around though. The paintings and artifacts belonged ta my parents. My uncle has been trying ta get a key ta this vault, or get his hands on mine, since I was little." He pursed his lips and looked around. His eyes landed on a dresser in which all his families jewelry were and he smirked letting go of her hand long enough to go over there and look open one of the drawers.
Looking through things he found a small box which he knew to be his mothers wedding ring and pushed it to the side looking for one thing in particular..... AH HA! Pulling out a gold necklace with a single diamond on it he smirked. The necklace was probably worth a lot more than he thought considering the size of the diamond but it was simple. Glancing at Kenzie to make sure she wasn't watching him he slid the necklace into his pocket and then went to do what he came here to do. Grabbing a handful of galleons he counted out a specific number and took his money pouch out. Placing the coins in there he stuck it back in his pocket and watched Kenzie with a smile, "Find anythin' interestin'?"

Not having fallen asleep during the trip, she was content to just relax there with Erik, while he and the goblin slept. It had given her some thinking time, time she was normally way to busy for.
As the cart rolled to a stop, and the goblin got out, she took Erik's hand when it was offered. Stepping out of the cart, she follows him into the vault. Her eyes widening at the amount of items in the vault, not to mention the variety.
"Ok." she murmurs, when Erik had pointed and said not to go near an area. Walking around she looks at the different paintings. Some were fascinating others a little odd, and some well...just plain ugly. She spots a vase nearby that was really pretty. Looking at the around at the little knickknacks, she smiles at the variety of different cultures in them.
Glancing up she notices Erik across the room busy with something else, so she continues looking around some more. Books that looked older then her parents were, she starts squinting trying to make out the titles that were very faded. Thinking back to the mention of his uncle once again, she wonders about him. It sounded a bit estranged.
Hearing Erik's voice again behind her she turns smiling at him. "A few things. I noticed a pretty vase and loved the knickknacks on the shelf over there." she adds nodding.

Smiling as he watched her looked toward where she had been looking. "Ahhh," moving toward her he smiled reaching over and grabbing the vase. "This belonged ta mah grandmother actually." He smiled fondly and looked at it. "When I was little me and mah brother used ta go out ta the fields and get wildflowers fer her, whenever we broke stuff so she wouldn't be mad. She always put them in here." Kind of stupid he knew but it was one of the things he remembered. "When she passed mah dad put this in here." He had remembered that because he had gone with him. "So it wouldn't get broken with two rowdy kids runnin' round the house."
He smiled at her and set it back down. "Funny the things ye remember." He looked around and stuck his fingers in his pockets. "If ye see anythin' ye like yer welcome ta it," lord knew she could put it to better use than he could.

"That's sweet!" she replies with a laugh, at the mentioning of them breaking something. She loved hearing the little bits and pieces of his life, that was happy memories.
Biting her lip, she wonders if he would mind having the vase at their home in Scotland. "Would you mind, if we brought the vase back with us?" Slipping her arm around him, as he looked around the room. She wondered how many memories were going through his head. Many she was sure.

Erik smiled and looked at Kenzie as she laughed. "Yup it was." He was getting over the bad and focusing on the good. That's a step surely. Seeing her bite her lip he reached up and ran his thumb over her lips. "Bring it back?" Well that one he hadn't thought of. "Umm...no don't really mind. If ye want ta I don't have a problem with it." He smiled at her and gave her side a squeeze.
He could remember a lot of things that he'd forgotten or just chose not to remember and he smiled. "Let's go home. Make some memories of our own, " he said as he leaned down and whispered in her ear. Smirking he grabbed the vase again and reached for her hand with his free hand. "Thanks mate," he said to the goblin with a smile a she got back into the cart.

Loving his touch, she smiles at him. She was sure they could find some beautiful flowers to add to the vase, from the field near the house. Remembering the field, brought a blush to her face, but she still loved the place.
Her face turning more pink, as he whispers in her ear. She couldn't wait to make more memories, she loved being with him and couldn't wait to see what would happen next. Smiling at the goblin she nods her thanks, climbing into the cart after Erik.
Snuggling up against him she waits for the trip back to begin.
He just couldn't stand wizards in love. That was worse than the sticky, little ones. He stood back from the couple and let them conduct the business. He had no interest in what was going on in that vault.
Once they were finished he sealed the door and replaced the charms. He waddled back to the cart. The cart was eager to get back and it shot off like a rocket as soon as Sturnik butt hit the seat.
"Oh okay you don't need to get your knickers in a knot." Trixe grumbled while rolling her eyes at the woman. Maybe if the old bat loosened up a bit she might not appear so...ugly. "Please follow me."
It was offical, Pandora really didn't like this Goblin!
As she follwed her through the hall and to a waiting cart, the lady mentally prepared herself for the extremely long journey that was about to begin. 'I could apparate there faster' she thought to herself as she stepping into the cart and with a flick of her wand, which she had prided away from the goblin's grubbing little hand , she conjured a copy of the daily prophet. "You don't mind if I read do you?" Pandora ventured, not really caring what the Goblin's reply was going to be.
With a jolt the cart began to move, Pandora sighing in resignment. 'It's going to be al ong day'

ooc: please post in the given thread
Four hours. Four hours. It was enough to drive Ian Hoshino mad. Except, he did so in silence. The man at one point let go of the sides of the cart, and crossed his arms in front of his chest. There were so many things he could be doing at the moment. He could have been in his office, going over the soon to be expired contracts. Ian could have been setting new deadlines and harassing the new employees. He would actually prefer to be arguing with Vexia Rumpos at the moment than to be sitting in this metal death trap.

Sturnik watched the wizard in mild interest. He seemed upset about something and he kept switching positions in the cart. "Late for something are you." he grunted with a wicked grin as the cart plunged deeper and deeper beneath the earth. The actually started to warm up.
Tarog reached forward and snatched up her wand with an odd gleam in his beady little eyes. Ah what he would give to have one of his very own. He turned to the filing cabinet and pulled out the woman's file and compared her wand to the description that was written down.
Closing the drawer with a thud he turned back on his stool and faced Mrs Hudson again. "All seems to be in order." He said sliding the wand back over to her, his long fingers lingering on the wand a little longer then necessary.
He gave a little sneer at her. "Follow me to the carts...please." She didn't think that he was going to get her money for her, did she?
With her wand back in her bag, Pandora followed the Goblin across the marble Hall, and into the cart room, where she found a cart waiting for them.
Sliding into the cart, Pandora dipped her hand into her bag once more, and withdrew a silk scarf which she quickly tied around her head, the bow fastening beneath her chin. She had spent her morning doing her hair, to have it blown apart by the cart journey. "Ready when you are."
With a sigh, Pandora wrapped her hand around the handle bar, and waited for the cart to move off into the dark cavern.

As he slid in beside her Tarog refrained from rolling his eyes when she pulled out a scarf and tied it around her hair.
Seriously why was it always him that got princesses of the wizarding world? "Be sure to keep your arms and legs inside the cart." He placed his long fingers around the lever. "But I guess you already know that." He said pulling the lever down and the cart took off like a rocket.
They barreled along the tracks, taking the corners at the same break neck speed, twisting and turning, going deeper and deeper underground. Rounding one particular corner there came a faint roar from the lower levels.
After an extremely long time, the cart came to a halt and Tarog jumped out of the cart and trotted over to vault 711. He waved his hands over the door, breaking through the protection spells and then stepped back to allow Mrs Hudson to unlock the door with her key.

Thank Merlin for her head scarf, was all Pandora Hudson could think as the rocketing cart, lurched and leaned it's way through the hair-raising turns that lead to the family vault.
As the cart snapped to a halt, Pandora took a moment to compose herself, then stepped out of the cart, into the echoing chamber. Following the goblin, she stood back and watched as he rid the way of protective charms, then once again withdrew her key. Holding the moon tightly in her hand, she slotted it into place, and turned.
The door melted before her eyes, revealing the mountaneous stacks of gold, silver and bronze as well as other splendid things, that were priceless. She spotted her wedding dress, as well as the complete collection of Caravaggio masterpieces and the various relic from Magical communities as old as time.
Stepping into the vault, she scooped up some gold, and a few silver coins, which she deposited straight into her wallet. Taking a quick swipe of the vault with her eyes, Pandora ensured that everything looked as it should, then turned to the Goblin, "Thank you, I am done."
Returning to the cart, she retrieved her key, and checked her scarf.

Tarog had positioned himself against the wall while he waited for Mrs High and Mighty to make her withdrawal. He was starting to get hungry. It must be nearly lunch time. He hoped that this was not going to last much longer.
And just as he thought that, Mrs Hudson made her way out of the vault. Tarog waited until she locked the door with the key and headed back to the cart before he clapped his hands together and replaced the protective spells over the vault.
He slid back into the cart and pulled the lever down and they took off once more. Only this time they were heading upwards. Once they were back on ground level, Tarog hopped out of the cart. “Just need you to sign some papers and then you can be on your way.”
Serena was cold and bored. Her vault was one of the ones deeper down. "So," she asked the Goblin "What next?"
The cart careened forward at a break neck speed, passing the 100s, 200s, 300s. A few times it even teetered on the track as if it would fall over into the abyss any second only to right itself on its own and magically keep moving forward.
Sometime later the cart came to an abrupt halt. "What next?" Climbing out of the cart, Bijou waddled over to the vault door. Stretching out one finger and turning her back on the young witch Bijous stroked it down the side of the lock watching the enchantments melt away with ease. Stepping back, she gestured toward the door.

"Now you visit your vault."
Serena nodded and walked into the vault. It was smaller than she remembered it, but she had herself been a lot smaller then. She walked towards the mound of gold and scooped up a few of those, along with a couple of sickles and knuts. She almost forgot about the necklace she had come down here for. Once she had finished collecting everything she needed she asked the Goblin "Do we go back now?"

Standing patiently beside the vault door, Bijou resisted the urge to peek inside the young girls vault. It wouldn't do if the girl had a priceless goblin made artifact, now would it? But no, she probably shouldn't just for the common courtesy of the matter. And heaven knows common courtesy was a rare thing these days.
Rocking back on her heels, Bijou let her eyes roam over the darkness. Goblins had very sharp vision in the dark you see, so odds were if anything came out of the pitch blackness a goblin would spot it first.
But that wasn't the case today because soon enough her customer was done. "Yes child," she replied patiently since it seemed it was a knack for this girl to ask obvious questions. "Into the cart with you while I lock up your vault."
Making sure the vault door was secure, Bijou efficiently snapped her fingers grinning in satisfaction as the wards sprang back up.
Climbing into the cart, she turned around once just to make sure the girl was safely in the cart before reaching out and pulling the lever. With a small groaning sound the wheels reversed themselves and the cart took off whizzing forward at an alarming speed. Logically the upward track would be a slower trip considering the cart was moving uphill, but Gringotts carts did not deal in the logical only in the fast. Fast and efficient. Rumbling along the tracks, the cart headed speedily back up to the corridor.
Belle found her vault and went into it to admire how much gold her parents and family deposit in here. She was smiling and immediatley went to get her gold and was ready to go since her bags were filled for her second year of school. She nodded to the goblin to tell her she was ready. She walked to the goblin that was near the cart to bring her back.
Virgo followed the goblin and rode the cart available. on her hand was still the book she bought from Knockturn Alley yesterday when she went shopping. She looked at the goblin and asked "Besides my money, can i please put in this book in my vault?" she raised the book for the goblin to see.

ooc: Oh no I linked the wrong thread. Was supposed to take you to the corridor My apologies.
Having led the woman to the carts, Quizzit made sure to give the general warning to please keep all arms and legs in the cart at all times. Once he was sure that she appropriately situated, he sat himself down right in front and snapped his fingers. With a jolt, the cart moved into motion. Dipping and winding, the cart whistled deep into the depths of the vaults
Sometime later, the cart began to slow down 460's, 70's, 90's, 502, 504,...and finally stopped completely at 509.
"Here we are." With a little hop, he made his way out of the cart and headed for the door. With his back turned towards her, he ran one long finger along the door. A grinding sound came from deep within along with the multiple clicking of locks being released. Eventually, the enchantments melted away to reveal the key hole. Inserting the key and turning it, he stood back as the door swung open.
Gesturing inside, he nodded. "It is your vault, you may place in it what you wish."

Waiting for the girl to finish her business, he locked the vault and off they went back to the surface.

OOC: really?
Virgo followed the goblins caution. She stared at the goblins back while riding there way to her vault.
Upon arriving Virgo watched the goblin as he did his job. Normally Virgo was used to have Gofer, their house elf, assist her in going to banks but not today. She was completely unaware that she gave the book to the goblin mistaking it for Gofer. As she realized it, she quickly took it back and said "I'm sorry. I--uhmm..." she didn't bothered explaining to the goblin.
As her vault opened she tossed the book she had on her hand and put in her deposit. After doing so, she turned to the goblin and uttered "that is all." leaving her vault.

ooc: Yup, but no worries this works to
Peering into the darkness around them, Quizzit gave the tracks that led to the lower vaults a wary glance. Deep in the belly of the bank, a distant roar echoed through the passageways. Feeling the need to show precaution, he reached into the cart and pulled out the clankers. Shaking them a bit for good measure, he snuck a few peeks into the girls vault. Ah, almost done. Good.
Resisting the urge to rush her into the cart, he gave her a nod and turned towards the vault. His hands moving in quick motions over the lock and door, he listened attentively as the locks clicked into place and the enchantments returned over the vault, the door appearing to slightly pulse with the magic.
With a few backwards glances towards the darkness behind them, Quizzit hopped into the cart hurriedly. "Mind your limbs." Only sparing a backwards glance to make sure she was all inside, he pulled the lever. Almost as if the cart knew of the possible danger, it hurried forward too. Hurtling up the dips and turns at an alarming speed that rushed against the skin on his cheeks as they made their way back up towards the surface. [/COLOR]
Ratnik took the paperwork and looked it over. Then the same with the wand, being sure to check that it matched what was written.
"Follow," he said as he handed the wand back to the girl and walked through a door off the side of the hall.
Following Ratnik's instructions India quickly followed him. Quickly she walked through the door after him, and clambering into the cart that was waiting for them. She had a two hour wait ahead of her. This was going to be an adventure.
Wonder if he'd mind if I hummed the entire way? she thought still as giddy as ever.
