Vaults 000-100

Vaults 000-100 are low level security vaults. They are small and perfect for people who often find themselves withdrawing their money. It only takes about fifteen minutes by Goblin cart, to reach these vaults, situated a few miles underground. They are single vaults, small rooms ideal for individuals rather than for families. They are about the size of a medium-sized walk in wardrobe, with shelves lining the interior and a step ladder to help you reach higher shelves.

If you have one of these vaults you will have a small bronze key with which to unlock it and you can only reach it in the company of a Gringotts Goblin.

SPOILER!!: vaults 000-100

Vaults 101-200

Vaults 101-200 are low level security vaults. They are medium-sized and perfect for those who need to withdraw their money often. It only takes about twenty minutes by Goblin cart, to reach these vaults, situated a few miles underground. They are double vaults, small rooms ideal for families or for businesses. They are about the size of a large-sized walk in wardrobe, with shelves lining the interior and a step ladder to help you reach higher shelves.

If you have one of these vaults you will have a small copper key with which to unlock it and you can only reach it in the company of a Gringotts Goblin.

SPOILER!!: vaults 101-200

Vaults 201-300

Vaults 201-300 are low-medium level security vaults. They are small and perfect for people who only access their valuables every now and then. It only takes about thirty minutes by Goblin cart, to reach these vaults, situated a several miles underground. They are single vaults, small rooms ideal for individuals rather than for families. They are about the size of a medium-sized walk in wardrobe, with shelves lining the interior and a step ladder to help you reach higher shelves.

If you have one of these vaults you will have a small gold key with which to unlock it and you can only reach it in the company of a Gringotts Goblin. There are several charms and curses in place as added protection of the vaults on this level

SPOILER!!: vaults 201-300

Vaults 301-400

Vaults 301-400 are low-medium level security vaults. They are medium sized and many of the vaults on this level are held by small business. It takes about 45 minutes by Goblin cart, to reach these vaults, situated a several miles underground. They are about the size of a medium-sized walk in wardrobe, with shelves lining the interior and a step ladder to help you reach higher shelves.

If you have one of these vaults you will have a small brass key with which to unlock it and you can only reach it in the company of a Gringotts Goblin. There are several charms and curses in place as added protection of the vaults on this level.

SPOILER!!: vaults 301-400

Vaults 401-500

Vaults 401-500 are medium level security vaults. They are large sized and many of the vaults on this level are have been in the possession of families for generations. Many purebloods have vaults on this level. It takes a little over an hour by Goblin cart, to reach these vaults, situated several miles underground. They are fairly large, with shelves lining the interior and a step ladder to help you reach higher shelves.

If you have one of these vaults you will have a small iron key with which to unlock it and you can only reach it in the company of a Gringotts Goblin. There are several charms and curses in place as added protection of the vaults on this level.

Then she took out enough gold to cover her costs for school and returned to the cart. She held out a galleon for Ratnik and said, "Here, for all of your help." She smiled at the goblin.

At last! Miss Howard eyed the goblin as he examined her wand, knowing full well that he had no real reason to do so, but she humoured him. It didn't do to aggravate a goblin, after all--especially one that was about to escort you deep into the caverns of Gringotts. When she had it safely back in her hand, she followed him through the door that led to the carts that would take them to the vault. If Miss Violet P. Blackthorne had dawdled around so long in the book shop, she would have been doing this herself; instead, her vastly over-worked (and underpaid) governess had to take her own time to make the deposit of her charge's quarterly allowance.

Roxanne followed the goblin through the door to find a cart. She suddenly felt very nervous. It looked like a muggle roller coaster, which she'd never liked. She climbed in and waited for it to take off.

Miss Howard emerged from the door leading to the carts that went to the vaults, straightening her hair with one hand and tucking her reticule back inside her cloak with the other. She felt vaguely nauseous after the bumpy cart ride to and from Vault 251, where she had deposited Miss Violet P. Blackthorne's quarterly allowance from her grandfather. She never quite felt at ease when in Gringotts and was glad this chore was over. It had taken quite enough of her time, too, and she still had a number of...private business transactions...to conduct in Diagon Alley before returning home. The school year was nearly over and she would have Violet on her hands again soon enough. Miss Howard sighed, wondered if she had enough time for a Firewhiskey at the Leaky Cauldron, decided she didn't, and headed back to the main doors of Gringotts.

Melanie already felt nauseous even by a quick look at the speeding carts, but she stepped into the cart anyway with the goblin. She closed her eyes and prayed that she won't need to call in sick later this week after the ride to her vault.

Good. Ratnik liked it when he didn't have to tell people to get into the cart. It seemed rather obvious to him that those would be his instructions given that there really wasn't anything behind the doors other than the cart...but Humans will be humans.

This human was of the smarter variety.

The cart sped around underground and halted at vault 76. The goblin climbed out first and opened up the vault. "Make your deposit," he said.

Carigan hopped out of the cart, barely phased from the ride. Her family, however, looked nearly green as they stumbled out of the cart.

Carigan steped into the vault. She let out a gasp with ho large the vault was and it echoed inside. Her mother came up from behind her and opened her extended hand bag which she merely turned upside down and shook and a huge mound of coins fell out. Galleons, sickles, and knuts flew out onto the floor creating a great jumbled pile of mis-matched coins all over the floor.

Then Carigan's father opened his extended brief case and began pulling out the antique furniture. An old end table with beautifully gilded legs being their star piece. Next came a mahogany box which opened to reveal the family jewels. Carigan was surprised at how much they really had seeing as they lived in a log cabin in the woods by a lake just outside of a very small town. Her parents still worked for a living and they made almost everything they used. On second thought, no wonder they had so much... they never used it.

Once all of the coins were sorted into three piles and the furniture stacked neatly Carigan and her family walked back out of the vault.

"Finished here, sir!" Carigan saluted to the goblin as they got out.

Kammy waited patiently. Usually, she wasn't so patient...but she had to be, since he was a goblin and scary and all. Finally, he began to lead the way...to her vault, yes?

Kammy quickly staggered after him, a little taken aback by the size of the place. The last time she'd been here had been YEARS ago when she still lived at home. It was truly an amazing sight, here.

"We're going to my...new vault?" she asked, nervously, sure that the goblinguy was going to snap back with a sharp retort...gaaah.

Melanie opened her eyes and immediately felt regret for closing them for the whole cart ride. The whole world seemed to be spinning before her as she stumbled out of the cart and almost falling if she hadn't held on to the wall for support. When the vault opened, Melanie took out a rather large bag, full of galleons and a smaller pouch that contained her family heirlooms and placed them inside her new empty vault. When she was done, Melanie smiled weakly at the goblin to let him know she was done and slowly made her way back into the cart.

Ratnik...wasn't expecting this - all of this - to be deposited at once. But he waited, silently, just outside the vault as piece after piece of furniture was pulled from the briefcase, and the girl sorted through all those coins.

"Into the cart," he instructed once the family was finally finished.

When the family and the goblin were all inside, the cart sped off, climbing back up to ground level.

It came to a stop where they'd originally entered. Ratnik said nothing, but nodded to show they were done here. He let them go through the doors first, before entering the main hall himself and resuming his post at the counter.

Kammy climbed into the cart after the goblin, which proved to be rather difficult due to her obnoxious heels. Why had she worn them today, of all days? Gah! When she finally managed to sort of fall into the cart, she smiled warmly over at the Goblin. She didn't even know his name...

...she wasn't about to ask, either.

After the rough ride, Kammy staggered out, and began to dig around in her purse. She pulled out a sack that was much larger than her purse from out of her purse and peered inside...it sure looked like it was all there...? She threw the sack into the vault and sighed with relief. No more worrying about being robbed! Yay!

"er...thanks...Mister..." she said, loud enough for him to hear, and nodded her head in his direction.

She maneuvered herself back into the cart with more grace than before, thank goodness. She hoped the ride back would be brief...this goblin was starting to give her the creeps!

Cody did as she was told, and followed the goblin to a cart that would take them underground. Her parents had never taken her to their vault before so she was a bit apprehensive. She was holding the new key she received for her vault and couldn't help but feel happy that she was on her way to something that was her's and her's alone. She was well on her way to prepare for being a highly successful witch. At least, she thought so.

Glad the woman didn't take long, Ratnik followed her back into the cart...Which immediately took off, making it's way to the Entrance Hall level.

It stopped and Ranik climbed out, waiting for the woman to do the same and leave. He wasn't letting humans - especially this particular human - loiter around back here unaccompanied.

Good. Ratnik locked up the vault and followed the girl into the cart. It took off, returning to the surface.

Jayden followed the goblin into the depths, doing just as she was told, waiting for the cart. The worst part ever. Everything was always so awkward. She never knew what to do, or say... it was as if the goblins were judging her or something.

The cart whizzed down through the tunnels at speeds that made the eyes water. After many a hair pin turn and an almost 90 degree descent the cart began to finally slow down so that the passing numbers on the stone were visible. Tilting his head as the young miss spoke up, Quizzit nodded. "Oh yes, yes. Especially during this season."

The early 200s passed steadily until at last the cart came to a halt. Hopping out of his seat lantern in hand, Quizzit walked straight up to the door and waved a hand over the intricate locks. One by one each came unlocked until all that was left was the one lone key hole. Turning the key, he stepped back as the door swung open. "Please proceed."
