McKensie decided to share a small and IMPORTANT piece of information with her companions. "When you get kidnapped, you get sold in some corner of Knockturn Alley for like a couple of knuts only." But Legend and Jude Second Year Ravenclaw did not seem to want to change their subject, and thus irrelevant things kept sprouting out of their mouths, so Greer just... zoomed out. Swinging the two fingers she'd hooked with Legend's hand, it wasn't until a familiar voice reached her that the girl snapped out of her reverie. "LULU!" Greer practically screeched, waving wildly at the other girl with her free hand. "THEY AREN'T BULLYING ME!" Went on McKensie, louder than before in order to be heard over the noise. "THIS IS LEGEND!" That small introduction was accompanied with a meaningful look that indicated the boy in question was their ally---or servant. "AND THIS IS JUDE SECOND YEAR RAVENCLAW, AND HALF GOBLIN." |
Having lived in his home for so long, Jude was used to madhouses. When so many people lived in one home, with virtually no way to escape, it was difficult not to grow used to the chaos with often ensued. Regardless, Jude hadn't exactly expected to step out of the fireplace into a sort of three-ring circus. Maybe once he'd boarded the Hogwarts Express later. But not in this moment, no. Nothing could be changed about it, though, so Jude merely mused to himself. Crazy people, he decided. How he found some of the oddest people right away, he couldn't fathom. Even the older kid was a bit on the strange side. Jude wondered if he knew Ambrosia. Probably. Maybe this boy was where Ambrosia caught the weird, yeah? Brows knitted, Jude glared at the older boy. "I'm a perfectly normal height!" he retorted, indignant. "I even looked it up." Admittedly, the book had said normal height for his age was a smidge taller, but he wouldn't say this to the boy. Besides, it noted that some kids might be under that height. There! "You weren't very specific about what you were inquiring," said Jude, a pointed tone to his voice. "If you wanted all of that, you should have said 'What are you doing, tell me everything'. You gotta be specific, mate, I don't know legilimency, how'm I to know what you wanted?" Honestly. That was as bad as his mum sometimes. He gave the same sort of cheeky responses when she was "What do you think you're doing?" and she always lectured him for her lack of specifics. How unfair was that. Jude couldn't follow whatever it was this weird boy was talking about. Kidnapers and receipts and returning and the such. Maybe he was Confunded, the poor boy. Didn't know what he was saying, rambling on about because he was out of control of himself. A sympathetic look settled on the boy's face. "But why would I follow kidnappers? Honestly, now, I'm not barmy." Though Jude was really wondering if this boy was. Before he had a chance to say more, though, a loud voice shouted towards them, not directed at the boys it seemed, though, but to the girls. Brows knitted again, Jude felt exasperation bubble within. "Does it look like anyone is bullying?" he questioned, though his voice was so quiet he doubted it carried much further than him. Violent this one seemed to be, too. Maybe he could just... slip off, yeah? He glanced about, checking the area, the thick crowd around, but Greer had already introduced him (and Jude had a feeling Jude Second Year Ravenclaw would stick around) and... "Half-Goblin?" he repeated, voice flat. "I'm all human, thank-you!" |

She should buy one. A half-goblin would surely come in handy when she took over the world. Quote:

Alright...maybe Greer needed a silencing charm. Just a smalll one for a tiny bit. So that Legend's ears could recover from her constant banshee screeches. "That's my name, don't wear it out... actually it would be great if you could even keep it down a bit." The could get arrested for disturbing the peace with Greer's voice. Goblin? They were calling Jude a Half-Goblin? Maybee..."So you're perfectly the normal height for a Half-Goblin?" Yeah? It made sense. Then he couldn't be a called a midget. He'd be called a normal heighted Half-Goblin. Holy Merlin's beard! Did these young kids need to know everything? Legend rolled his eyes trying not to act impatient...alright he wasn't really trying. "Aren't you a Ravenclaw suppose to understand the point of my question with out me being specific?" The kid didn't know legilimency? The cheek! Ah, it made sense though, he'd let it go."Yeah well, you seem barmy enough to go out in Diagon Alley all by yourself!" HA there he had made his point and had WON! Against a twelve year old, but that was fine. What was he a piece of met? Legend eyed the new girl-Lulu as she pointed at him. Little kid's these days just didn't know how to behave. Whaa...huh? Cost him? He didn't own the Gobli-Jude. "He's....a real boy. I don't own him. His mum does. Maybe some kidnappers too, I'm not sure go ask them. Greer says he was probably a knut." Or something like that. Did he normally act like that? HE JUST MET THE GUY! But maybe.."Alright I was joking I own him. I'll tell you what, you give me a galleon and I'll sell him to you, and you can train him." |
Greer soon found herself letting go of Legend's hand, and stretching as her pink mouth opened and she yawned like a cat. These people were boring her more than Colby did whenever his souffles didn't turn out as planned, and Greer was almost feeling it could be nap time. Slowly, the blonde blinked her brown eyes and stared almost blankly at her companions. She could not hear them at all. She could only see their mouths move, and she could only guess her ears were purposely tuning out big words that she did not understand. Was Jude Second Year Ravenclaw speaking Goblin? Hmmm. Legend commented selling Jude Second Year Ravenclaw the half goblin to Lulu, and Greer made a mental note to tell her friend that they'd need a leash. After all, it'd do them no good to have a half-goblin creature running around without supervision. As the conversation when on, McKensie said LOUDLY enough for the people around her, and perhaps a few more could hear. "How about we go get ICE CREAM? Legend is paying." BEAM. |
"He'll BE here," Neptune whined at her butler. She let him brush off the excess floo powder, then did a full turn to let him clean her off completely. It was clearly a practiced routine between Neptune and Randal. "So just go. I promise, I'll floo right back home if he doesn't show. I'd NEVER lie to you, Randal." Giggle. Neeeevverrrrrrrrrrr. After being forced to take an inactivated portkey and what felt like an unbreakavle vow to Neptune, she was FREE of her butler. She stood facing the rest of what... could only be described by her to be a seedy pub. Maybe making Randal go WASN'T such a good idea after all.... .... where was Finny....? "Eeeep!" |
Quote:
He moved forward, to where she was by the fireplaces, and placed his hand on her waist, so he could direct her to a more secluded part of the pub. "Don't worry. I wouldn't leave you on your own in here." He wasn't that much of a meanie pants. And even if he was going to tell her he couldn't go on a date, he still wanted to be her friend. And friends didn't let friends stay in random pubs.... |
"Finny!!" Relief all but dripped from Neptune. "I knew you'd be here." She would have been more shocked if Finny hadn't shown. No, he'd never not show, Neptune was sure. She happily let him guide her along to wherever he wanted. Now that he was there, she was fully relaxed and able to focus on important things: like the wrinkle in her dress that she hastily tried to flatten. Or how Finny had dressed for their date. It was a BIT warm for a cloak with a hood no? "Are we staying here...?" |
Elnesiel felt like the world was spinning around, slowing, and then stopping as she arrived in the chimney. She had not traveled by Floo powder before; it felt a bit overwhelming to her. |
Damien shook his head once more and chuckled to himself. Yeah. It was funsies to be a bit rude to a man over Hunter Bones... but fighting over her... REALLY fighting, that was just plain stupid. He was an AUROR for Merlin's sake. He had far more pressing matters than throwing punches with some stupid guy over a woman. Reaching into his pocket he dug out the little pouch of FLOO powder and threw some into the grate. Stepping in he called out his destination and spun out of sight moments later. Greatest date ever. Pfffft. |
The Leaky Cauldron is currently closed in honor of Lord Berty Borr's party! |
Ryoma made his way back from the party still feeling a bit dazed and confused about the entire thing. Seeing the sign that his boss had put up, Ryoma took is down. |
In a mess of soot and dust, a tall, lanky man, who was doubled over slightly, appeared in one of the fireplaces of The Leaky Cauldron. In his right hand he carried a suitcase. Once he came to a stop, he looked up, before stepping out of the fireplace and standing straight. He had soft brown eyes and messy, slightly greasy, dirty blonde hair that stuck up slightly in the back, like feathers. Indeed, this man was very bird-like, tall, thin, lanky, and bony. He wore black slacks, a black button-up shirt, a black dress jacket, and black dress shoes. But he, himself, was pale. He coughed twice, dusting off the soot from his shoulders and pants. Shaking the grit off of his shoes, he proceeded through the room and out of the leaky cauldron. Michael Avery had arrived. |
The green flames subsided and revealing the dark busy interior of the leaky cauldron she smiled to herself before brushing a bit of soot of her top and shorts. She fixed her hair slightly before stepping out of the fireplace and into the pub itself. Oh it was good to be back in England. Her only worry was weather she was going to fit in with the people her age being that she was going to be starting the school so late. Put on a happy smile she proceed into the bar. |
The green flame appears in a fireplace. Avery Hawkins, a rookie at the Ministry's Department of Law Enforcement was coughing with her cloak is at filth. It seems like it is her first time travelling through the Floo Network. "That would be my first and last time doing that. I should've apparate right in front of the door," she contamplates. |
Green flames appeared in one of the three fireplaces. Draca quickly hoped out of the fireplace sporting a White shirt, Black and White skull tie, pleated Black skirt, Black leggings, mid calf Black bucket boots and a vintage octagon handbag. Has she waited for her mother appears she took out a brush from her bag and started to dust the soot off. Has just dusted off her Dark chocolate hair another Green flame appeared along with Draca’s mother. Who you would swear is Bellatrix Lastrange except Luna is a rather happy-go-luck person. After taking a moment using her Draca's brush to brush of the soot and try to get much as she can out her mop of a hair, they headed out toward the courtyard. |
Serena yawned, it was 8.30, she shouldn't be tired but she was. Her parents had bought her some orange juice but what she really wanted was to get into her bed and sleep. Her family stood in the fireplace and through the powder in while Serena's older sister shouted 'Plum Terrace' and they were gone into the green fire... |
Draca and her parents headed over to the floo network stations to show her where they are so she can take them home when she was through. “ This is the floo stations”, said her father. “Now off to the courtyard”, he added. Off to the courtyard they went. |
Now that her hair was all sorted and she was content with how short it was, Iris Beaumont climbed into her fireplace at home and Floo'd to the Leaky Cauldron; ready for her day out with Fallon. In the flash of green, the ex-Head Girl appeared in one of the fire places. She stepped out, somewhat surprised by the gust of wind that cleaned up all the ash (Iris had never Floo'd into the Leaky before). After quickly checking that her new hair and her outfit looked okay, she stepped away from the fire places and went off to find Fallon... |
Rufin went over to the floo fireplaces and pointed at different areas with his wand, muttering a few revelation spells. He knew it was unlikely that anything would have settled itself here in the last two weeks but it was his job to check. He finished quickly, satisfied that nothing was out of place and went on to inspect the rest of the pub. |
In a whirl of robes and some sights of different wizarding fireplaces, Charles fell out of the Leaky Cauldron's Fireplace, and then got to his feet instantly. A gush of wind, seemingly from nowhere, caressed his face and all the ashes that he had brought in with him instantly vanished. He moved away from the fireplace hurriedly, remembering that Cherry was due to come any minute. After all, she was the one who had dragged them here at the crack of dawn. Well, not really, it was 9.00 AM but Charles didn't appreciate being awoken early on a summer's day. They were here for a spot of shopping, and their parents had thankfully not joined them because their father had work. He supposed that they will come to Diagon Alley later this summer with their parents, but that would be okay, since he'd gotten his freedom rein. xD |

The place was full with people , all coming to make thier shopping especially that school was almost there , that's why Cheryl has suggested to come with Charles early . Cheryl looked at Charles and said " Move .. move Charles ... we promised our parents that we won't be late , you know how much it took for us to convince them to come here alone and I don't want to disappoint them " and she started to walk looking while checking her list . |

"I do appreciate that we're here alone though, so credits to you." He grinned, thinking that they had a whole day at Diagon Alley all alone. Oh, he'd never miss this opportunity to roam around Knockturn Alley. He could always give Cherry the slip and do whatever he liked. Mischevious grin. "Wait though, " He said holding her shoulder. He was so much taller than her now and he didn't miss an opportunity to brag about it. "Let's grab a bite here at the Leaky, won't we?" He said as his stomach grumbled. "Shorty." He added grining. |

Cheryl stopped , " Oh well " she said.. " we didn't eat at home so let's have a quick drink or something to eat but remember we've promised our parents we won't be late , so we shouldn't spend the whole day hanging and having fun " she pointed out and started to walk again towards the cafe . |
Quote:
"Sure, sure, " He nodded, he knew that he couldn't really waste the whole day since Cheryl was with him, and she way bossy alright. But he was good at convincing her to do other stuff too. "But wait, how about you go sit at a table and I go order?" He said, thinking that this would save time and effort. "I'll get you a sandwich, " He offered, nodding. |
