Teller Window 2: Vault Maintenance Already have an vault set up but just need to add someone to the account? Or perhaps change ownerships of the account? Any and all maintenance regarding your vault should be brought to the attention of the next available goblin at this window. If you're in need of the assistance of one of Gringotts Curse-Breakers, this is also where you'd queue up to arrange for a meeting with one, as well as if you wanted to arrange for a Bank Tour. Please form an orderly line and the goblin will be right with you. Please have your wand and key ready for inspection. Goblins: Gerda - A strict, older female goblin who dislikes children and is very impatient. (JeshieRAWR) Amshel - A young, small male goblin with a squeaky voice and a gullible but nervous mind. (JeshieRAWR) |
"Excuse me? I'm new around here and I was wondering if I could set up a new account, you see I've exchanged quite a good sum of muggle money into magical money and I need somewhere's to store it for both my mother and I to access it, so I came here." He asked one of the goblins behind the counters. |
Sheridan walked into Gringots, seeing someone queing, she waited, tapping her Loubitains heels in impatience, she didn't like waitng, it was boring, she reached into her bag and tried to send a text on her blackberry, damn she muttered, annoyed as she saw the no signal message pop up |

Blinking owlishly, the wizened female goblin looked up at the boy through her thick spectacles. "Fill these out. Hurry. Make it legible." Quote:
"I can help you over here!" the happy goblin squeaked, waving one of his little arms to catch her attention. |
"Okay thank you." He said grabbing the forms and a quill to fill out the forms. Several minutes later he handed back the forms and awaited for more instructions on what to do next. |

Her fist thrust across the counter and clenched open, long nails pointing up to the sky as she waited for the wand. |

He glanced them over quickly, nodding at parts and smiling at others. "Miss Smith," the young goblin spoke up, "may I see your wand, please?" It was probably well-cared for, like her shiny shoes. Quote:
"Finally," Gerda's hand snatched the wand back to her side of the counter quickly and she examined it closely, her long nose barely a centimeter from the stick's handle. Mmm if she inhaled long enough, she could just smell the elm. She ignored the mistrustful expression on the boy's face, for she usually wore a similar look when dealing with children, and continued to examine the wand for few moments more. Satisfied at last that the wand in her hand matched the description on the form, Gerda hopped down from her stool and waddle-walked around the counter. She struck a pose in front of the boy wizard and offered his wand back begrudgingly. "This way, you." Gerda didn't wait long for him to take back his wand before turning on heel to lead the way to his new vault. Slowly but surely, she descended the corridor to the depths, her old joints crackling with arithritis on the walk, until she came to a stop by a old, rusted and mostly functional cart. The goblin turned around, her amber eyes sparkling mischievously from the light of the dim lamp overhead. "Gettin." ooc: Please post in the given thread. |
"Excuse me," Selina whispered trying her hardest to get the attention of the goblin behind the counter. Nervously she tucked a stray piece of bright red hair behind her ear and bit down on her lip waiting for the fast working goblin to notice her. |
Awwww, he ish so cute *luffs on* Quote:

"Uh, hello?" Emily said trying to catch someones attention. "Excuse me?" Goblins and wizards were walking straight past her, some reading papers, others counting gold. "I need to open a new vault. Please, what do I..." Emily stopped talking. She seemed to have lost her voice as a goblin finally looked up from behind a counter. |

"What d'ya want?" Quote:
"13 inches. Blackthorn." He beamed and handed it back to Miss Smith. "Swishy." Right then, on to her vault! Amshel carefully lowered himself down from his stool, little by little and waddled around the counter. "This way please, Miss. Your vault will be 466." He nodded and then turned and slowly started walking down to the vault. ooc: please post in the given thread =) Quote:
"No, excuse me!" the young goblin squeaked, fanning his face with one of the papers he was supposed to be working on. "I can help you open a new account." He smiled gently at the girl and picked up a new stack of forms. "Fill one of these out, please!" |

"Hello, my name is Selina Skylar and I am going to be a first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. My parents have a vault in this bank, actually my family has had a bank account in your capable hands for centuries. Well being that I am starting school my parents told m to open a new account. Being that goblins are magic with money. So, um, can I open an account and transfer some funds from my parents account.. please?" |

Emily smiled nervously back at the goblin and handed back the form. "Th-thanks..." she stuttered "I'm just nervous for finally getting my own account..." She was turning red. Why did everything in the wizarding world make her nervous? |

He had even been terrified to report to work on his first day without any parents. But now that he was a little more established in the field and at Gringott's, he had adjusted even though he still grew timid around the more experienced goblins. "Let's see..." Amshel peeked back over the counter at the little girl. "May I have your wand, please?" |

...... Yeah she skipped, she went there! Coming |

Emily pulled out her new wand "I just got it" Emily said more confidently as she passed it to the goblin and beamed. |
Quote:
"Hawthorne and unicorn tail?" he asked with a little squeak, waiting to hear a confirmation. |
Quote:
"Yeah, that's right!" Emily beamed "Just like my mam's!" she added as the goblin passed it back to her. She was beginning to like this goblin. 'Much more helpful than my sister' she thought putting her wand back in her bag. |

"Your account is down in the first section of vaults, miss!" He clapped his little hands together and turned to lead the way. "On we go!" ooc: Please post in the given thread and we'll work our way to your vault. ;) |
She tucked her hair behind her ear and smiled unsurely. "Uhm, hello." Bonnie said nervously and fidled with the papers she had been mailed. "Uhm, I'm here to visit my new vault, get my wand checked and uh, that kinda stuff." The key! "Oh, and I was mailed this key." Hand over the wand. Blinking ever-so-slightly, Bonnie pulled her wand out of it's holster and placed it on the till. "I think I'mmmm," she consulted her papers. "vault 41." *Nod.* |

With a slight struggle Selina placed the forms in the small hands of the goblin. A thud had her feet back down on the floor and awaiting her authorization she chirped up, "I filled out everything you told me too. Is that all?" |

The elderly goblin snickered a little as she examined the key through her thick spectacles. "Vault 41. Bonnie Campbell." Without looking up from examining the key, Gerda slid her hands over the wand and pulled it across the counter in the same motion. "This 'un yours? 11 and 3/4 inches? Rosewood an' unicorn?" Quote:
"I think you need a wand to open an account," he mused nervously. "Do you have a wand, Miss...." he glanced at her application for reference, "Skylar?" |

Bonnie smiled - a confident smile; she wasn't going to let little creepy goblin freak her out now was she? - "That would be my vault." Okay, that was a little stiff but this goblin was actually freaking her out...even just a little bit. "Yup," she nodded proudly. "That's mine." She LOVED her wand. And it was puuuurrrrrddddddyy. It was a pretty wand. WITH UNICORN HAIR. That part was extra awesome. She loved unicorns. Cutie putie little Unicorns. N'aawwww. But she was getting distracted -so that the |
