Selina suddenly felt very out-of-the-loop when Kyle and Simon began to talk. The two seemed very engrossed in one another to even notice the little second year beside them or at least Kyle did. Coughing lightly Selina said, "Well, um I'll just be going." Trying her hardest not to be noticed Selina turned to leave.

Plithsev walked into the store. She was wearing a black t-shirt and short pants. Her t-shirt was the kind of t-shirt that doesn't cover the shoulders,she liked it that way because it meant that people could see her muscles. She had blond hair tied in a ponytail and was very macho. She had her hands on her hips and was staring critically around the store. She approached the front counter. "I want a Oakshast 2010." S he slapped eight galleons and 4 sickles on the table. She would have the very best broom.

Maggie glanced up at the girl who came in looking very... well, snobby. That was the only word. Her manner proved it. Maggie's eyebrow rose slightly before she retrieved a broom from the back and brought it back. "Anything else?"

"Thank you" Serena dug in her bag for 2 Sickles, handed them over and rolled up the poster and put it into her bag (Which looked far too small to hold it? She then proceeded to leave the shop.

Plithsev said shortly "Yes. Do any of your magazines talk about ways to get on a Quiddatch team?"

"Not really," Maggie said with a shrug, "Otherwise everyone would want them. You have to be on a secondary team before they consider drafting you in the big leagues, though." Ugh. Even when she didn't like people Maggie couldn't help helping people.

Louisa, the still-hooded girl, dragged the broom away behind her. If only there was a way to hide such a thing when she got out of the shop. Oh well, she had to depend on the hoody. "So.." Looking up at the price sign. "5 Galleons and 3 Sickles?!" She almost shouted before falling silent at once and looking around terrified. She SO could've been detected by unwanted people (a.k.a nosy friends). "I mean... I'll see what I have."

She leant the tall thing on the desk and sank her hand into her pocket getting all of her money out. She should've brought all the money her mom sent her. "Err...Ma'am? I have like... 5 Galleons and one Sickle." A begging smile drawn on her face. "Like... can I..umm.. get you the rest later?" She officially was having the worst day this year at Diagon Alley. "I need to send this.." Gesture to the broom. ".. to my room today, please." Like before her guardian would come back and find out about her new interest?

My GOSH, why was this girl SHOUTING?? Sigh. "Opening day sale anyway," Maggie said dismissively with a wave of her hand, "So that's fine."

Hannah went up to the counter.She placed a Nimbus 7003,Broomstick Servicing Kit,Quaffle,Snitch,Bludger,Keepers Gloves,Quidditch Goggles,Beater's Bat,Practice Robes.How Much Will that be.

Maggie quickly rang everything up, wrapping, bagging, and totalling it all as she did so. When she had finished, she looked back at the girl and replied, "14 Galleons and 16 Sickles, dear."

Penny arrived at the counter, arms leaden down with the weight of all her selections...
Pleased with her choices:

A Firebolt
Broom Service Kit
Googles
Practice Robes
Snitch

She admired the firebolt, imagining how it feel to fly it when she got home, with wind blowing her long black hair, soaring through the sky.....

Only when she heard the girl in front of her speak, did she come out of her reverie.. Looking at her, Penny thought the girl was maybe a year or two older than herself.. and then paying more attention, realised the girl seemed to have somthing on her mind, the smile she offered the assistant was perfunctual, not reaching her eyes...

Penny waited for the assistant to finish with the girl and serve her...

I guess I'll be absent for a couple of days in RL before annoy you again XD
 

Louisa BEAMED! "Really? Thank you so much! I'll bring the rest tomorrow morning!" She exclaimed slapping her hand with the money on the desk before the shopkeeper. "Have a nice day ma'am" She grinned and darted away dragging the broom with her a liiiittle bit disrespectfully.

Maggie smiled and wrapped the goggles quickly. "11 Sickles, please," she said politely as she put the package into a bag and slid it across the counter.

"NEXT!" Maggie said loudly as she noticed the girl behind the one she had just helped paying attention not to when the line was moving, but to the girl in front of her herself.

Maggie glared once the girl's back was turned, cringing slightly as she drug the broom out of the shop. Please don't come back tomorrow, she thought.

Hannah Payed 14 galloens and 16 sickles.she took off with her bags.

Passing her money over the counter and taking her bag, she offered the shopkeeper one last smile. "Thanks..." she muttered then turned to exit the shop. As she did so she noticed the girl carrying a broom behind her looking at her. Why?
She gave her a rather confused smile and hurried out of the shop. For ice-cream!

Penny had been so intent on the girl in front of her she didn't realise the line had moved and an assistant was waiting to serve her...



Penny almost dropped her selections on the floor when the assistant yelled..
But immediately shook herself out of her day-dream.. Placing her objects on the counter...She gave the assistant a winning smile and said " Good afternoon, sorry for keeping you, I was lost in thoughts for a moment"...."How much for all these please"

Maggie didn't really respond to the apology; she was busy examining all the items the girl had just so carelessly dumped on her spotless counter! AHHHH!!! Maggie glanced back at the girl, about to answer her question when she saw the size of the girl. "Errr, what year are you?"

Not for the first time today, Penny wondered why all the shopkeepers where so cross...She answered the lady a little nervous - not wanting to be scolded (for what, she didn't yet know) "I..i..i'm going to be starting f..first year"
Penny wondered why she would want to know what year she was....
Surely none of her purchases where illegal for her to buy ??....

Ah. As she had suspected. "I see. The thing is, love, I can't sell you this broom," she said with a nod where it might have usually been a sigh.

"Oh.. ok.. well if i'm not allowed to buy the broom..."..Penny was at a loss for words..
"May I buy 'Quidditch Through the Ages' please and 'Quidditch International'....and I still would like to get the snitch aswell..please.."

Jacob moved towards the counter with his new goggles, his new Beaters bat, his new broom. Yup once he paid, Jacob would be ready to bash some more heads... oh those poor Puff, no longer was it going to be the Ravenclaws that needed their own ward in the Hospital Wing. "I believe thats it." he told the Shopkeeper, placing the Goggles, Bat, and Cleansweep on the counter.

Maggie held back a sigh and said, "Of course. That's 2 Galleons and 12 Sickles," as she wrapped up the items the girl had chosen to purpose.

"6 Galleons, 3 Sickles, if you please," Maggie said with a small smile at the boy as she packaged up the broom, goggles, and bat.

Woah! Lot o' Money! Then again, it was going to a good cause. His Professional Quidditch Career. Jacob counted out the money and handed it to the shopkeeper. "Thank you." he said, taking his new broom, bat and goggles, and started to the next most important shop... Ice Cream.

Penny counted out the exact change for the lady and handing it to her..."Thank you"....taking her package off the lady and then with a small smile said "I'll see you in a year"
