Looking at the girl next to her Kay giggled a little. "Hi, yes I play beater for Hufflepuff. You should try out for your house team." She said looking at the magazines in front of her. "Well I am not sure. But if you like one I can get for you." She smiled looking at Maggie. "Could I get two more of these, please." She said smiling at her new friend. "No your not blabbeing. Your just excited about Quidditch. I'm the some way."

Still holding Aaron's hand, Iris walked up to the counter. As he spoke to the shop keeper, Iris smiled to herself. She could hear the excitement and nerves in his voice.

Whilst Aaron talked, Iris just let her mind wander. Hopefully the shopkeeper would be able to see that Iris was with Aaron, and that they wouldn't bother asking Iris if she needed anything. Shopkeepers who do that bug Iris; surely she'd say if she wanted to buy something, too, right?

Willow was excited to find another quidditch fan. "I'd love to try out but I'll probably be really bad..."

"Dont think like that. I tried out my first year and made it." Kay said smiling at the first year. "Have you been flying and practicing? I can help you if you'd like. But not to much being your on a different team." Kay said giggling. She hope Willow would at least try to get on the team.

Maggie pulled the robes and bat onto the counter for proper packaging while summing all the purchases in her head. Hmmm, now that last 26 Knuts seemed unnecessary, didn't they? "That'll be 5 Galleons, 1 Sickle, please," she said with a small smile.

Maggie smiled and gave the girl a small nod. "Of course, dear," she said as she set the engraver with a small tap of her wand. As a man appeared neared her whom Maggie could only guess was her father, she answered, "10 Galleons, sir," as she removed the broom from the spindle and repolished the handle before showing it to the girl for inspection and waiting with one raised eyebrow for her response to it.

Maggie looked up as an older-ish boy came up to the counter seeming to be kind of nervous. Hm. That was new. "Sure," Maggie said with a smile as she summoned a broom from the back, but then he added a few other things to the list. "No problem," she added with a chuckle as she grabbed a kit and a magazine and began packaging the broom. "If that's everything it's going to come to 9 Galleons, 5 Sickles," she said finally, mentally smiling at the small price reductions she was giving to people all day.

Sheridan nodded, thanks she grinned at the woman as her dad counted out the money, she watched the woman polish her new broom. She never thought she'd get excited about a broom. Odd. This was what Hogwarts was doing to her. And she was happy about it. Very odd. She inspected the broom, not knowing what she was looking for, it was al clean and shiny and her name was there. Yep thats the one she grinned as her father passed the shop keeper the money

Amethyst entered the shop full of people buzzing and staring around the new Twigger 101. Although she wasnt old enough to buy a broom, the game Quidditch fascinated her. Being brought up in a Muggle family meant she didn't know of all the wizarding games. This one really interested her. She had previously bought the book 'The History of Quidditch' earlier during the day, and found it highly entertaining. She came in here to see if there was anymore information on the game, and sure enought there was. She picked up both books, all five magasines, and a snitch. Although she had no use for the snitch, she thought it would make agreat ornament and reminder of the wizarding world during the holidays when she was away from Hogwarts. She took all the things to the counter. There was no-one there so she pressed a bell.

Pulling her money out Kay counted out the coins. "5 Galleons and 1 Sickle." She said putting them on the counter. "Thank you very much." she said waiting for Maggie to finish.

"Willow here are your magazines." Kay said smiling. "If you'd like to talk some more about Quidditch we could go get Ice cream." She said smiling at the first year.

"Excellent," Maggie said with a smile before taking the alotted money from the girl's father and packaging her broom speedily. She handed it over with yet another smile. "There you go! Have a good day," she added with a small inclination of her head towards the two.

Maggie appeared behind the counter once more at teh sound of the bell, finding a smallish first year waiting with her arms ladened in almost everything she could purchase for her age. "Good morning," she said brightly with a smile, "Will this be all?"

"Yes please," she replied so quiet it could barely be heard. "How much does it cost?"

As Maggie wrapped everything up she summed the total in her head. "It'll be 4 Galleons, 10 Sickles, and 11 Knuts, please," she said as she finally looked up and slid the girl's purchases across the counter to her.

She took out her small purse and the kind woman 4 galleons, 10 sickles and 11 knuts exactly. She took her purchased and with a thanking smile, she said "goodbye" to the woman and briskly left the shop.

Aaron was mentally screaming with excitement as he saw his very own broom getting packaged up in front of him. He pulled out the small jingling bag out of his pocket as he counted out the money. Darn, only galleons. Ah well, he would have to get change. "Here's 10 galleons," he said as he handed the money over to the woman. ALMOST THERE!!!

Maggie smiled and put the money in the till before making the proper change for the over-excited boy. "There you go," she said, handing him the money with another smile. "Have a good day. Enjoy the broom!"

Simon followed her towards the counter, spotting the book in question and taking a copy off the shelf with a smile. "Then I shall certainly take a copy," he replied with a nod walking up to the counter to check out. "How much will that be?"

Aaron reached out and took his change, placing it back in the pouch. He then placed the pouch into his pocket. And then he took his magazine and the repair kit, and held it under his right arm. And then finally, the Quidditch Captain took a hold of his Oakshaft 2010. HIS oakshaft 2010. "Thank you very much!" He said grinning.

He looked at Iris, back at his broom, and back to Iris as he turned on his back foot. He made a B-Line towards the door, hoping Iris was following. He pushed the door open, and walked out...

Awww, this boy was nice. So polite. Sigh. Why couldn't that wretched girl from before be as nice? "8 Sickles," she said with a smile as she wrapped up the book for the nice young man and offered him the plate of cookies next to the package.

Willow felt perked up by Kay's enthusiasm. "Ok. I'll try then.But yeah I'll need LOTS of help!" Kay's giggles then but Willow in a light mood and for the first time in years, Willow giggled.

Adam went up to the front counter holding a Nimbus 7003. If he was going to play Quidditch, he'd have to get serious and buy his own broom. So he stood in line, waiting for someone to attend him. Meanwhile he examined the beauty a little bit longer as he twirled it in his hands a while, touching the crisp twigs from the end part.

"Next!" Maggie said absent-mindly as she rifled through a few things under the counter and then popped back up to help whichever customer had stepped forward. Spotting a little boy next she smiled. "Hello, did you find everything okay?" she asked.

"Yeah.Found everything perfectly fine.Can I pay fo this Nimbus7003,I forgot how much is it?" Adam asked,since the employee seemed really nice and actually cared for the customers

Awwww, nice customers equaled nice shopkeepers! Maggie smiled. "7 Galleons," she said as she took the broom from the boy and began wrapping it, acting as if she'd said and done nothing out of the ordinary.

He rummaged through his pants and found his little flip wallet. Opening it up, he spotted a 7 little galleons and passed it to the shopkeeper.
"Here you go M'am, you will see all 7 galleons in there."He said with a cheerful smile.

Hugo walked up to the counter with his Firebolt 600, kit and clothes.
It really was beautiful.
"That's all, 10 galleons and 5 sickles, right?" he smiled at the shopkeep and grabbed some money out his pocket.
