"I don't know. That's one thing I never thought to ask her. I guess I'll have to send her an OWL and ask her. I do know that she's got a boyfriend now, so maybe she'll hang out with him in Greece."Alyssa smiled just thinking of that. 'Yes, Kita deserves to be happy,' Alyssa thought to herself.

Janice raised her eyebrows and blinked twice. "Greece? That's awesome! Ancient Greek wizards are really fascinating, with the pathernon and the temples and such..." she mused. "So the boyfriend's Greek?"

"I don't think he is. But I could be wrong." Alyssa told Janice. She wondered where the shopkeeper had gone to. She had been here a minute ago but now she wasn't. Alyssa needed to pay for her supplies and meet her family.

"Oh."
They have been talking for about 5 minuts and th shopkeeper still isn't here. Janice suddenly remembered that Alyssa was from Salmon Salem.
"So, when are you going back to Salem??" she asked her.

"Can i have the 2 twigger 101s, a quaffle, 2 robes, 2 googles, and a broomstick servicing kit please." Smiling oh so cheerfully says Nate, as he points to the stuff.

Lily went up to the counter carrying a shiny, brand-new FIREBOLT 600! Yes- her own broomstick! It wasn't the best model, but it was the one she could afford. The new second-year had also brought a Broomstick Servicing Kit which she put on the counter, along with the broom, waiting for the shopkeeper and putting her hand in her purse for the money.

A firebolt. Gulp. She was actually holding a firebolt on her hands and she would be buying that. She was nervous by just holding its smooth features. Feeling its texture makes her want to ride it right away. Of course, she would need to pay first.

But there were a few number of people lined at the counter so she took a place and marveled at the wonders of her soon to be new broom. Just last term, she wasn't allowed to bring her own broom to Hogwarts because she was still a first year. But now, she's permitted to have one. Oh, how time really flies. The young Ravenclaw certainly hopes she would still be a part of the Quidditch team. Yet if not, that would still be fine as long as she can still fly. That's what's important for her.

As she had those thoughts in her mind, the line on the counter was also moving and a second later, she came face to face with the shopkeeper. "Uhm, I would like to get this Firebolt please." She said politely. That would cost 7 galleons and 14 sickles, correct?

Angelina never really been into the QQS so she thought she would give it a try, and oh boy she was missing out! Her oldest brother Edward's birthday was coming up and her parents gave her a lot of money to by a present. She thought she would go into QQS since he is a Quidditch freak and get him a few little things... but the problem was she got more then she intended...

Walking up to the counter with two snitches, one for her brothers birthday present and another for her younger brother. Three magazines: Quidditch World, Quidditch International and Snitch: The Magazine. She also in her other arm was a Broomstick Servicing Kit and a Locketbreaker. When she thought about it she was buying half for presents and half for school. She didn't really care how much it was either! That showed how young and careless she was...

"Good afternoon," Helena said with a smile as she wrapped and totaled everything. "That's going to come to 2 Galleons, 5 Sickles, and 28 Knuts," she added after a few moments. She slid the bag of goods back across the counter to the girl.

"Hi, there," Helena replied with a smile. She wrapped the broom, kit, and goggles and wrote it all down in her log book. "That's 8 Galleons, 11 Sickles, and 23 Knuts."

Well, this kid was sure exuberant. But definitely not of age. "I'm sorry, sweetie, but you have to be seventeen to buy the Twiggers.You're welcome to still buy the other items, though," she tried to add with a smile.

"Of course, dear," Helena said as she took teh items and wrapped them all up carefully. This was an easy load to handle, luckily. "That'll be 10 Galleons and 12 Sickles," she added after a short minute.

"Hi, hon. That's going to be 8 Galleons and 10 Sickles," Helena said quickly as she began wrapping up the broom and the kit.

"Just the Firebolt?" Helena asked somewhat distractedly as the next girl in line came up to the counter with the broom. "7 Galleons, 14 Sickles," she said as she wrapped it.

Geez, that was quite an armful, but Helena sure wasn't complaining. "If that's all..." Helena helped her unload the items from her arms and began wrapping them up. Theeeeen she got to the Locketbreaker! Yay yay yay yay another one sold! And she didn't even have to recommend it!!! Helena couldn't help from grinning ear to ear. "That's 11 Galleons and 4 Sickles, dear," she said, still grinning. She even knocked off the Knuts for this girl.

Taylor smiled, "Thanks." She took out the money and handed it to the lady.

Angelina smiled at the lady and got the money out she needed. The amount of money the lady said didn't seem to right then what Angelina added up, but then maybe she added it wrong, she wasn't that great at adding...
From her bag pouch for school money she got out half the amount of money and in another bag the amount she need for her brother birthday.

Angelina smiled and looked up at the lady and said, "I believe that is 11 galleons and 4 sickles."

Good good. "Wonderful. Have a great day," Helena said with a smile. She would never admit to being the creator of the broom, hehe.

For Eliza and shopkeeper... ummm and anyone else that needs to talk to Lana?
 

"Can I help you find something?" Helena asked a woman who came in by herself and had been just browsing around for several minutes, or pretending to. Perhaps she was waiting for someone. Either way it was only polite to ask.

Lana looked up well it didn't seem she was coming and it would be awkward for her to be parked there for merlin knows how long "Oh! Sorry,'' she apologized not quite sure what for? "I'm Lana Braxton the Broom shop Liason,'' she began approaching the counter

Minerva went to the front as the shopkeeper had told her to do. She was ready to pay for her cleansweep, service kit, goggles, and robes. She looked around to see if Ella had followed to pay for hers as well. Minerva couldn't help but smile excited to be finally purchasing her own broom.

Jen stood in frount of the counter and waited for Nancy to proceed.

Ella headed to the counter after lagging behind a bit to check out the Quidditch magazines. She stood behind Minerva and the other student who was there, counting and recounting her money. She couldn't help but smile. This was going to be her broom. Hers. And she was paying for it all by herself. She felt pretty grown up at the moment.

Coming back from getting a brand-new Moontrimmer 1500, Nancy smiled at the younger girl already standing at the counter. "Alright, did you need anything else?" She asked while wrapping the broom up so it wouldn't get dirty...or damaged on the way home. That would probably be the worst thing ever in her eyes. The broom getting damaged without ever being used.

-------Different Timeline-------


After having placed all the items one of the girl had requested onto the counter, Nancy went back into the backroom to get two new Cleansweep 39s. With her wand raised the dark-blonde re-emerged with the two brooms levitated in front of her and slowly moved them onto the counter as well. Right. Now that that was taken care of, all that was left to do was for the girls to pay. Right?

Keeping herself occupied with wrapping the individual items and placing them into a bag, Nancy added up the prices in her head. "Right. That will be 10 Galleons and 23 Knuts from you, please." She addressed one of the girls (Minerva), moving the bag with her things and one of the brooms to her side of the counter. The girl didn't look like she would just take them and run off without paying. Plus she still had her wand so.

Her attention now on the other girl as she moved the second broom towards her, Nancy said, "And that'll be 5 Galleons and 3 Sickles from you, please." And she better make the team this term. Heh.

Ella was smiling like crazy and probably looked like a lunatic to others in the shop but she honestly didn't care. The shopkeeper was now putting her broom, hers, on the counter and she just had to pay in order to take it. She rocked back and forth on the balls of her feet while she waited for Minnie to hear her total, holding her own money in her hand tightly.

When the woman moved the Cleansweep 39 towards her, Ella reached out and picked it up eagerly. Then, looking down at her hand, she counted the money she had saved one last time. Yup. She had enough and even a little to spare! Maybe an ice cream after to celebrate?! Yum. Placing the 5 galleons and 3 sickles down on the counter, Ella looked up at the shopkeeper expectantly. Was that it? Could she actually take the broom now? It seemed too good to be true.

Minerva pulled out her money and paid the nice lady 10 Galleons and 23 knuts. She couldn't believe how much money she had been spending this summer. There were perks for living with her cousin. "Thank you again for all your help" she took her things and headed out of the store.

"Nope. Not that I know of. Thankyou for helping me." Jen said with a smile.

Nancy nodded slowly and moved the broom towards the girl. "Okay then. That'll be 8 Galleons and 2 Sickles, please." Her blue eyes were on the girl's face for a moment, trying to figure out whether she would really be able to handle that broom. But sure, she looked err tough.

Running a hand through her hair she shifted her weight from one foot to the other before looking at her again. "And...if you have any problems or anything just owl me." Yup. There. Now everything woud be fine. And it was a pretty awesome broom.

Nancy couldn't quite stop herself from smirking quite broadly at the girl's excitement. That's the spirit! Taking the money off the counter she just watched her for a moment. Was she waiting for something? "It's yours." She offered with a grin while putting the money away. Well, somebody was excited! Heh.

"Take good care of it." Professor Vindictus was still teaching them how to do that properly, right? Yeah, probably. "Oh and good luck for tryouts again." Nancy added with a nod, almost asking the girl to owl her once the roster had been posted. But no, she wasn't that interested, and Nancy would probably not be top on her list of people to tell that she'd made the team anyway. Even though she should be!

Putting the money away, Nancy offered the girl another smile. "You're welcome. And thank you." Because well she had bought something from her. And seemed to be quite content with her assistance too. So, there, she could totally do this. This whole shopkeeping thing. Go her!

No goodbye? That wasn't very nice of the girl. "Yeah, goodbye to you too." Nancy muttered to herself when the girl left the shop without saying another word. She frowned at the closed door for a moment longer before shaking her head a little and moving back to see if anybody else required her assistance.
