In the front right of the store you will find Madame Primpernelle's newly extended makeup section. When Milton took over the store he dedicated a whole counter to makeup. Here you can try different looks. There are plenty of stools, mirrors, and samples. Have a seat and give yourself a new look!

Once you find what you are looking for head on over to the transaction counter to pay or go back to the aisles and pickup the rest of your beauty essentials.

Milton tried his hardest to hide a chuckle. This ~~girl~~ ~~lady~~ woman was persistent. Milton didn't mind though, it was all part of the ~~first day on the job~~ job.

"Well... I do offer a deal where you get 2 eyeshadows, 1 blush, 1 lipstick or lipgloss, and 1 mascara/eyeliner combo for 1 galleon." he said pointing to each of the things as he mentioned it. "Or, if you get three of those deals, you can get them for 2 galleons and 20 sickles." he said.

"But if you're only interested in... say... lipgloss..." he said noticing the lipgloss she was twirling. "You could get the whole set for..." he began. He made 6 colors each at 5 sickles, 7 knuts. That would be 30 sickles and 42 knuts, or 1 galleon 14 sickles and 13 knuts. "say... a galleon and 2 sickles?" He could manage that, right? It's not it cost him a lot for the product. He did make everything himself. ~~Which he was kind of ashamed to say. What guy would know how to make lipgloss?~~

"I'm... er... Milton. Milton... er... Bradley" he said shaking Alysson's hand. He hoped that Alysson was a pureblood. He'd hate to get mocked in his own store on his first day.

"I developed the three combo kits mainly for the Hogwart's students so they have a 3 month supply." Milton explained. "So with 2 of those three combo kits I guess I would expect to see you in 6 months." he said. Yup. That was completely logical. Of course, less than 6 months would be lovely too. He was running a business after all.

"Yeah..." he said a little nervously. Merlin. She got excited over that didn't she? Eeeep. And now he was being dragged off. He looked around quickly. He wasn't sure whether or not he wanted to show her, but he hated confrontation. And she was his first customer.

He decided that it would be okay. After all, even if he did show her, what were the chances that she'd know what was going on anyway? It was pretty advanced potioneering.

"It's actually this way." he said tugging on her hand gently toward a door labeled 'Private'.

Once they arrived he opened the door. "After you." he said before looking around again. Yeah. The store would be fine for a few minutes. Plus there was a bell above the door. He'd hear if anyone else came in.

It does sound like it might be just fruity enough for a change," she replied as she reached for a bottle. Popping the lid, she took a sniffle. It wasn’t as sweet as she expected, but that was probably a good thing. She didn’t want to smell too sweet and all. Smelling sweet would make people think she might be sweet too. She wasn’t not sweet or anything but she didn’t want others to get a wrong impression of her without knowing her.

Looking at the potion, she tilted her head slightly. "I just want it to look normal and healthy. I could always go back and get it touched up, but I was thinking magic would be so much easier." A potion would be so much less time consuming and that was just what she was looking for at the moment.

I already have my fair share of babies thinking my hair is food." she replied. Her baby sister, Nia, already tried to eat her hair enough as is and she didn't want the scent to confuse the little one anymore.

"Very great choice." Milton said with a little nod. Then again, he only sold good choices. It was one of the benefits of selling one's own products.

"Oh no, it doesn't look bad... I'm sorry if I said anything to make you think that..." he said quickly. He was a bit socially awkward at times and he didn't have the best choice in words. "But it's nothing that isn't a quick... well, quick-ish... fix."

And there he went sticking his foot in his mouth again.

He tapped his head thoughtfully as he listened. Yet again he couldn't recall an instance when that would have occurred to him. Perhaps it was because he hadn't been near many babies.

"Oh, no not at all." he said. "I'm muggleborn, so I guess I have an eye for things..." he said. Great. He wasn't very good at not offending his customers.

"That sounds great. Let me know if you need any help." he said nodding. "We do have a newly expanded make-up section. It's all muggle style... if you like make-up that is..." And in his experience, it seemed like a very popular aisle.

She entered the beauty shop looking very flushed. Scarlet had spent the last hour walking around the Alley looking for Primpernells. She had even asked for directions but the instructions had just left her walking all over the streets up and down without finding her destination. Scarlet was 100% certain that some people had given her the wrong directions out of cruelty or the satisfaction of leading her astray.

Scarlet sighed. Heading towards the makeup counter she stopped briefly to take in the sight of all the pretty products. Her eyes glittered and her mood spiked upwards. Nobody could be moody with all the pretties around you could for yourself. It was sadly clear that Scarlet needed help if she wanted to shop efficiently. Without help there would be too much dreaming. Assistance was NEEDED! "Excuse me? Hello? Can I get some help?"

Eh? First Scarlet thought that the shopkeeper had said fantastic to her house being flooded. But unfortunately that wasn't what he had meant at all. If he had then she would have turned and left. Leaving the topic of her house Scarlet asked curiously "Do you have any special lotions and shampoos on sale? I've got fairly dry skin and easily damaged hair."

Taking up the blue gloss she painted it on her lips with an experts hand. Walking over ot the nearest mirror she studied her reflection. Oh dear, blue didn't suit her at all. Grimacing she took up a napkin from her purse and wiped away the gloss. Turning to the shopkeeper she said in explanation "Blue wasn't really me."

"Let's see..." Milton said tapping his chin thoughtfully. "We've got our usual shampoos and lotions." he said pointing out the various scents. "Apple seems to be a popular scent with those..." he said flipping the top to the apple lotion so the customer could get a whiff.

"But if you are concerned about damage I would recommend some potions as well." he said. With his free hand he motioned to a potion bottle. "This is a hair potion that works to repair hair from the inside out." he explained. "Just a bottle of this stuff will get even the most damaged hair into great condition." he said. "As for dry skin - a beautifying potion is good for improving the body's condition overall. It's pretty good on improving skin condition giving people a nice healthy glow."

"Tooooooooooorin....." The 18 year old whined, pulling her boyfriend by his hand over towards the make up counter. Ah yes, Savannah's favorite store in ALL of Diagon Alley, the place actually smelled GOOD and had awesome things. Savannah had quite literally FORCED Torin to come with her while they were here considering she had bought the BEST mascara in possibly the whole wide world at this place.

And after 5 containers of it...she had ran out.

The model's hair swung as she pulled her boyfriend over to exactly where she remembered the make up being. She took a halt and then looked at him, smiling. "Doesn't it smell like MEGA good here?"

If only she had told him that she needed hair potion. That was something that he could enjoy. Not like he'd be walking around with makeup on anytime soon. Not that Tammy wouldn't try later on.

"It smells okay?" He looked around bored. "So like... you don't really need me, right?" As in he wanted to get the hell out of here and get some ice cream.

Her eyes wandered to a tube of lipgloss, pulling the brush out to eye the color. Ahhhh make up, she certainly loved it. Savannah Conrad WAS a total girly girl, a known fact to the world. Switching back into reality, the blonde looked up from the tube of lipgloss to her tall boyfriend who seemed rather bored with the store already.

Silly boy.
