A slightly ajar door could possibly be seen behind the rows and rows of wands in the back of the shop; if you ever make it far enough down the aisles that is. Lit only by candles yet bright enough to be like daylight, it was the dirtiest of places in the entire wand shop by far, yet it still well organized and clean enough. Inside the room contains, surprise surprise, more wands! As far up as the eye could see, every shelf and crack was filled with a box that holds a wand for a lucky witch or wizard.
Covered with wood shavings and broken wands, yet neatly stacked with paperwork, was a large desk towards the back of the room. Situated to the side of the desk was play pin, possibly filled with a small child, or possibly not. Depending on the day. Underneath the desk however, lay five fully grown husky dogs and all rather protective of the young child. Whom may or may not be there. If you find yourself wandering back here without a worker accompanying you, you may be playing with your luck. Nevertheless, keep those grabby hands away from the wands!

"Iraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!" No, that girly teenaged voice was not Ira Banner announcing himself, rather it was his muuuuuuuuuuuuuch younger cousin looking for the grumpy wandmaker. And she had her reasons.

Enz? What kind of a name was that. Mike tried to hide his amusement but was sure it still showed. At least he didn't laugh, yeah? That could count for something. And for all they knew he was someone who was generally amused and grinning. Yup, that's him. Grinning and amused.
At least the other one had a normal name and accent as well unlike the other one. Mike nodded at him still smiling. Greetings were over, no? Except Enz needed to introduce himself to the shopkeeper. Maybe he wasn't loud enough and Mike didn't hear properly the first time.

At the sound of the female voice, Mike found himself angling his body towards the source. Whom was, as he figured out a girl, and she apparently knew her way around here. And was familiar with the wandmaker. Which was ironic that someone loud was related to the silent, grouchy-looking man.
She was saying hi to them, right? "Hey, yourself," He gave her a lopsided smile.

A lot of things happened all at once. The shopkeeper came in and asked one of them to introduce himself - he wasn't talking to HIM, right? Tucker had already told him who he was. But maybe he was senile? Oh man had he just gotten himself signed up to work with a senile person?? No they wouldn't let someone loony run a shop like this. He had to be talking to one of the other two - hey, that one guy looked familiar! Did he go to Beauxbatons? HE HAD TO HAVE. Tucker was sure he had seen him before!
And just as he was about to ask the boy if he did, in fact, go to school with him as he expected, someone else barged in. A girl this time. A younger girl, maybe a year or two younger than him...wait, she couldn't be an intern too, could she?
Nope. No way. Not with all the posing and hair flipping that was going on. Oh Merlin.
Tucker chuckled and grinned at the girl. He always liked toying with the emotions of girls like this - girls who were clearly huge FLIRTS. It was fun. His mum would KILL him if she knew, but what she didn't know wouldn't harm her. Hehehe. "Hey there. I'm Tucker, and you are?" he asked with a smile.

Did a thing. A... fluffing thing. Enz honestly didn't know what to do. Was this how British girls acted? Was he supposed to imitate her... like a flamingo or something? He decided on just introduction for now, yeah?
"Enz," he said with his mmhmm french accent ya with a head nod. 'Sup,' he learned in America. Suuuuuup.

Tucker wasn't wondering that for flirty purposes, but more so that it would be fun to get a girl in here. Too many dudes in one place could be destructive. Girls were fun. Fun to look at, fun to talk to - yeah, this could be fun.
"I do, and Enz here does too," he said, nodding his head towards his classmate. "But I'm terrible with names and faces, so I can't speak for you, sorry bud," he added with a friendly chuckle to the other guy. Yeah. Didn't know who he was.

His introduction speech was squished to silence before it even began. A little warning from Ruby's moth before she showed up would've been nice. An owl wasn't so hard to ask for. Or a howler. Either way. He could've hid his interns somewhere if he'd known. "And that one is Mike." he butted in quickly, gesturing to the remaining boy as he stepped between them and Ruby. AHEM. Smiiiiile. "Long time no see, Ruby. Ira should be in the front."

The fifteen-year old boy raised his hands in a defensive way putting on the most innocent look he could muster . "I said nothing." Which was not wrong. He didn't utter a word. He could have totally been amused at anything. And to be honest, he felt some empathy for the guy, it really wasn't his fault. Mike could somehow relate since his name was know to be a nickname and some would find it weird that it wasn't in his case.

She was about to say more when old man Bryce clearly felt all left out. Well she SUPPOSED she couldn't blame him. Must have been horrible seeing other people get all the attention. But out of the goodness of her heart she'd throw him a bone. Dazzling smile for you old man Bryce.
"Oh, I'm sure he is. I'll find him soon." Which was always fun. Her cousin didn't much like visitors and to be honest Ruby liked to bug him even MORE just for that reason because he couldn't say anything about it. Because they were family.
Had she taken the hint? Maybe. But she wasn't quite done yet.

Her name WAS cool and this MIKE boy was winking at her. She winked back. "Thanks!" She said this in a gushing manner that suggested she really so DID appreciate her name being complimented.
"Oooh Durmstrang. How mysterious. You must be so strong." And yes, Ruby reached out and gave Mike's bicep a squeeze, then gasped. She was RIGHT! SO STRONG!
She looked around at the three boys. "I wonder who is the strongest?" Then she made a show of wondering, one hand on her hip as it jut out, and the other stroking her chin. He honestly wasn't all that people thought he was cut out for, and he was being honest, not modest. Really, a couple of awards meant nothing if Enz was regular old Enz. Which he was.
And so Ruby was being hinted to leave. Enz frowned. He didn't know why, but he wanted this energetic girl to stay... it was probably because that meant less attention on him. Except her attention, but that was nice.

So Tucker was a year older, was Enz, too? Though, they only mentioned that they went to the same school and said nothing about the year. But generally their ages were close to each other's. Even Ruby. Who was just squeezed his bicep. He gave her an all-teeth grin. "I am actually co-captain of the combat team," And maybe captain since Tyler recommended him before leaving. So, hopefully everyone heard that. Ahem. So maybe the answer to her question was obvious.
And homeschooled? Might explain the spoiled nature. Though, if she'd went to a school he'd thought it'd be Durmstrang. She'd fit there and survive brilliantly. "Shame," he commented on that piece on info.

Enz immediately refocused himself on the shopkeeper. He was here for a job. Wondering if he should be taking notes, he inched his hand to his pocket and pulled out a pen. Just in case.
At the end of the shopkeeper's speech/spiel, he cleared his throat. "Yes, sir." He had learned that calling someone sir was usually a good thing. At this point, he wasn't even aware of his peers around him. He just wanted to work.

So she was impressed? Cool. That is exactly what he might have been aiming for. Out of habit, he crossed his arms and pushing his shoulder back in a almost a warrior pose. And Ruby was now leaving, nice encounter they had there, yeah? He flashed a smile as she waved goodbye.
Then attention was on Bryce again. So jobs they were to do. Cash register didn't sound boring to him really, who didn't like the sight of money. And the guessing part sounded challenging and fun. The cleaning and stacking was bearable. Annoying the wandmaker sounded really risky but might be fun, he thought. This was turning out to be fun as he thought it would.
"Me? Anything, sir." He wondered what kind of job he was going to be assigned.

He was wondering whether his job was going to be boring or hard, since he pretty much rubbed it in their faces that he was strong and all. Well, not really, he was almost sure that he said it subtly. So that wasn't the case.
Daily Prophet, he sure knew where that was. Not because he'd been there before but he passed by it all the time and his sister, who was a talker, recited all the shops' names showing off all of what she knew and making a big show of her being the older sister who was taking her lil brother to his first internship. He wasn't amused. She received a lot of looks. But thanks to her, he now could stand all confidently and tell say to his boss, "Of course. I know exactly where it is," See? He should get the intern of the month if such thing existed.

Of COURSE he had nothing to worry about. He had magnificent interns after all. "MAKE ME PROUD!" he called after the kid, taking a deep PROUD breath and posed in a manly manner with his hands on his hips...before it left him in a SQUEAK AND RUSH TO THE DOOR.
"OI! DON'T TELL HIM...I...sent you..." Bleh, whether the kid heard him or not, cause the little dude was faaaast, Bryce still had the grin on his face.

Wait, why did that Mike kid get a super important job? Frown. But still, working the floor would be kind of fun AND hopefully informative as he said. You know, learning about all the different woods and cores and such.

Mike got a cool if not slightly suspicious job, Ruby was gone, they were ready to work. Well at least Enz was. He murmured a thank you and "I will get right to work, sir," to his boss, then turned and followed Tucker out. Work time!

He supposed it could be worse? Again, he kept telling himself that it wasn't that bad. For all he knew Bryce did him a favor and this was the beginning of a friendship with Skeeter. lol! Sounded funny even in his head. But he didn't mind entertaining himself as he walked to Ollivander's in total and complete silence which was really awkward. Not to mention their state. Mike kept his eyes on the ground as he walked avoided eye contact with pretty much anyone. He didn't even want to look at people's facial expressions.
PHEW!
This was the longest walk in his entire life. But finally, they were in the shop. Mike walked back towards the Storage room not checking if Mr.Skeeter was behind him now. He probably was?
"Errm...Mr.McLaughli?" Did the man see them enter? Hopefully, he didn't want to have to go to the counter and fetch him. Nope, thanks.
