:choochoo: All aboard! :choochoo:

If you're aiming to be the first to Hogwarts, board the train at the front. Mind your step and take small children by the hand. Kiss your Ma and your Pa, get the last jab in at your younger siblings, but don't dally!

The Hogwarts Express will be pulling out soon, headed to Hogwarts for another magical year. You may RP your character boarding the train here, saying their goodbyes, and meeting new Hogwarts students.

This would be her last year boarding the Hogwarts Express to head off to school for the year, and Brynn stood on the platform to take it all in. It was maybe a bittersweet moment, happy that it was here but sad to see it just the same. She watched all the younger students, excited to go off to school, smiling softly to herself. Had it been that long ago that she came here with her mother that first time? Now she was of age and didn't need anyone to escort her, having said her goodbyes before she stepped onto the platform.

Pulling her wheeled trunk and cello on top through the platform, the redhead stopped about where she expected the train to pull in, certain it would be here any minute. She glanced around a bit, looking to see if there was anyone she knew while she waited, growing more excited as she stood there. She planned on making this year her best one yet.

Oh the platform. The last time he would be heading to Hogwarts here. Keegan was leaning against his trunk, near the back of the platform, people watching. His aunts were long gone.

Now his eyes traveled over the students as he looked for one in particular. His girlfriend. Brynn. You know, the cute ambitious red head who people may have thought was shy, but really wasn't.

He got stuck watching two firsties bicker though, his attention drawn from looking for Brynn. When they had settled the manner, Keegan laughed to himself. They would definitely be Slytherin. Or maybe Gryffindor.

Okay. Right. Girlfriend.

His eyes searched once more and finally he spotted his favorite red head. A huge smile spread across his face and he left his trunk where it was and headed straight for her. Poking her on one shoulder, he bent to the opposite shoulder and waited for her to see him.

Spencer felt weird after he walked through the wall, he felt like he was going to throw up, was that a normal feeling for when first years? Although he made it, and he didn't crash through the wall or anything, so that was a relief, he seen his brothers go through a million times but he always never went through it until now. The moment his brothers were on the platform, they ran off to leave their girlfriends, Spencer rolled his eyes before looking up at his cousin Savannah who seemed to stay by his side through all of it. He turned to his cousin nervous but excited over everything, he had a weird feeling in his stomach, he seen his cousin chuckling at him. "What's so funny Savy? "Spencer asked his cousin crossing his arms at her.

"I think it's adorable that you're nervous but yet excited, believe me it's normal. "said Savannah hugging her little cousin. Savannah seen his annoyed look on his face and laughed. "Aw...you're just adorable Spence, a little firecracker but adorable! "said Savannah. Savannah smiled at him warmly. "Don't worry Spence, it'll be fine I promise, the sorting is a bit scary but once you're sorted your first year is going to be awesome! "said Savannah.

Spencer rolled his eyes. "What's the deal on people thinking that I'm adorable? Sen asked her annoyed although he already knew the answer. Spencer nodded. 'I just hope that I'm a Gryffindor like you and everyone are! "said Spencer. All he was nervous about was the sorting, he was also scared as well, it was in front of the whole school so it was a bit scary. He was glad that someone understood how he felt, but then again Savannah wasn't the one to lie to him unlike his brothers were.

Spencer rolled his trolley towards a bench and sat down with Savannah beside him, it was weird to see a seventeen year old and a eleven year old together, but Savannah was like a older sister he had never had. Spencer looked around for Hope and Noelle but seen no where in sight, but he was a bit early but Savannah always liked being early for things.

Savannah noticed him looking around and smiled. "Looking for your little girlfriend and friend? "Savannah asked him as Spencer blushed and nodded. "I'm sure they'll be here soon, just hang in there Spence. "said Savannah giving him a soft warm smile. Savannah knew about Hope and Noelle due to him telling them about them, she was glad that he made friends already, more glad that theywweren't going to be backstabbers like his ex muggle friends were.

Away from home, away from chores, away from the younger kids with sticky fingers.

Insisting on dragging the big trunk herself, Genny was walking next to her dad. Her tabby owl was sitting quietly in his cage, probably sleeping. It was the most boring pet ever. Genny originally wanted something cool like, like... an Augurey, or an Ashwinder! Something challenging. Sigh. She gave the sleeping owl a stinky side-eye.
Tate let Genny drag her trunk, although he magically lifted the far end so that it slid more easily along the floor. He also carried her owl every time Genny got tired of carrying it, and he tugged her hair loose from her collar when it snagged there. Cari thought he was crazy, but it was a legitimate question... how was this child supposed to function at Hogwarts without him? Tate, of all people, knew how unreliable the place could be.

"I see that face you're making, Stink Eye. It's going to stick that way, and then no one will be your friend. They'll always think you're judging them. Or smelling them."

Chloe was working her way up to a fit. It was coming on slowly, but anyone who knew her well would be able to puzzle out the meaning of the little lip stuck out, the fussing and twisting of her dress, and sullen way she stumbled along beside her mother. It was going to be a good one, too, because she HAD to get on that train with Charlotte and Callum, even if she ended up throwing a tantrum right HERE to prove it.

Had. To. Go. They were hers and they belonged together and it was NOT FAIR.

"I want to go on the train, Mummy." She swung her mother's hand lightly, just to see if anything had changed. She wanted to GO WITH. "Please? With Cawwum and Charwotte?"

Cope was glad once they made it through the barrier, and he could stop pretending like it wasn't easier to float the trunks along side his family. He kept a pace back, all the better to keep an eye on Charlotte and to see how Callum was soldiering on. And to watch the sulky little hunch to Chloe that meant she needed some attention all her own. Soon.

"Cela." He wouldn't even chide Chloe for her baby talk, although he wanted to remind her she was a big girl. "Callum, come walk with me for a moment." His Little Man, all grown up.

And she was going to make the most of it, that was for certain. If it was the last thing she did. Sure, she had NEWT exams to do well on, but that didn't mean she was going to have a repeat of her OWL year and lock herself in her room when not in classes.

She was planning to enjoy her final ten months of school, which meant starting now.

With a young girl who looked as if she just lost her favorite teddy bear and was petrified.

"Hello there." Tia smiled warmly at the girl who couldn't be more than eleven or twelve. "Are you alright?" She made it inside the wall, so that was a plus, but if they stood there too long, someone was bound to crash into them. "We should move away from where more incoming students are coming through." She inclined her head slightly for the girl to follow her away from the wall and towards the scarlet train.

How long had she been standing there, Rachel could not tell. All she knew was that she came out of her reverie when the female voice broke into her thoughts. She blinked then looked around. Where was Olivia? It seemed she had lost the other girl.

"Um, hello. I'll be fine.'' The eleven year old smiled slightly. "Thank you for asking.'' She looked back at the wall then at the older girl whom she thought was very pretty. "I think you're right.'' Rachel grasped her trolley's handle firmly to follow.

"Is it okay if I stay with you for a little while? I haven't seen any of my friends as yet and I don't want to be alone.''
Poor Rachel wanted to cry but she refused to let her tears fall. Not now, anyway.

Blame the stupid cart, young girl! It wasn't (really) her fault that Ava bumped on her. But the good news is... she was alive and... fine? Dunno. That girl did say that she was fine. "Oh, Merlin's beard! I thought you were died! Glad to know that you're still alive because I don't wanna get caught and go to Azkaban if you died in this incident." Well, nobody get killed if he (or she, in this case) got hit by the cart with full of trunks.

But wait... She did notice a little of blood coming from the girl's nose! OH NO, DID SHE BREAK HER NOSE???

Soon.

"Cela." He wouldn't even chide Chloe for her baby talk, although he wanted to remind her she was a big girl. "Callum, come walk with me for a moment." His Little Man, all grown up.

His Hogwarts adventure was beginning.

It was strange to finally be setting off toward something he had been looking forward to for a long time and he was a tinge apprehensive about it, but the electricity coursing through the middle child's veins was fueling his legs to carry him forward. Callum Kettleburn was not embarrassed to hold his mother's hand in public; quite the contrary, he liked to be associated with her. She was wonderful in all ways, the perfect mum in the eleven-year-old's eyes, and he liked people to know he was her son. He was proud of her - and both of his parents, actually, so much so that Callum was a little uneasy that his father was trailing behind so much. Not that he had a choice in the matter, as he was their personal carrier, but he wanted to show off the both of them. They were his parents. Respectful, encouraging, endlessly loving - neither of them could have been any better for him, and he knew it quite well.

Not that he would ever say any of this aloud. Surely they knew, however. He let them know how much he loved and appreciated them in other unconventional ways. He supposed he got that from his father, who also was not big on showing outward affection, which suited him just fine. There were hugs when necessary and the occasional ruffle of his sandy, floppy hair, and that was enough for Callum.

His excitement for the day's events was masked by nerves. The thought of being away from home for awhile was exciting and he thought he was more than ready for that kind of adventure. He knew he was capable, and he knew that Hogwarts would be an opportunity for mental stimulation and loads of opportunities to seek out fun activities both with Char and on his own. It would be a refreshing change, but... there was a part of him that knew he would miss the family he was leaving behind. As nice as it would be to have Char around, his parents and little sister were his world, too, and he could not help but wonder how his relationship with each of them would change moving forward.

He was torn from his thoughts at Char's shouting, which brought a pearly smile to the young boy's face, and he simply nodded in reply. Yes, he would go wherever she was going, there was no doubt about that. Callum looked up at his mum at her gentle chiding of Char, then at his pouting not-so-baby sister until his father called for him. Wordlessly and without question, he dropped his mother's hand and swung back to walk with him instead.

"Will you be okay while I'm gone, Dad? Not going to miss me too much?" His bright blue eyes were soft with a hint of good humor shining through at his words, and he gave him an expectant smile. Surely his father would survive just fine as the lone man of the house now, but Callum knew better than to think he would not be missed.

All her stuffs already packed on the trunk and her Russian blue kitten was safely secured on his cage. After saying goodbye to Dima and Zhenny, the young lioness pushed her cart excitedly and crossed the 9 and 3/4 platform.

It seemed like she was a little too much excited. Ava seemed lost control of her cart...... "WATCH OUT!!!!" She screamed to the girl who was in front of her but too late... She already bumped into her. Ouch. OH NO!!! WAS THAT GIRL OKAY? DID SHE BROKE HER BONE??? SHE WAS STILL ALIVE, RIGHT??? "Stupid cart!" She mumbled. "Are you okay?" The young lioness asked to that girl.

After saying goodbye to her family and convincing her sister Isa to stop clinging to her, Penelope made her way through the barrier to platform 9 3/4. Her owl Ophelia and her cat Orion were in cages on top of her trunk. She looked like she did most years when she arrived at the station, with her trunk and animal cages, but this year there was something different. Pinned to her shirt was a shiny new prefect badge. Prefect, Mr. Kitridge had chosen her to be a prefect. The fact that she was now a prefect still seemed somewhat unreal, but now it was starting to feel like this was actually happening.

What was this over here? It looked like there had been a cart collision or something. Penelope walked over to the girls, one who seemed to have fallen over. "Are you alright? What happened?" Penelope extended a hand to help the girl up. "Here, I'll help you. Does it hurt anywhere?" It was't good when people got hurt before getting on the train. The girl had a bloody nose, but it should be okay.... Maybe. There probably wasn't a healer around now, so hopefully the girl didn't have any major injuries. "I'm Penelope, and I'm one of the Ravenclaw prefects. Is this your first year going to Hogwarts?" Maybe this girl would be a Ravenclaw.

Genny couldn't help but give a giggle response to her father with her hand blocking her childish, messy teeth and her shoulders raised a little. He was such a funny dad! "I already have friends, I could use some not-friends," she pointed out with a grin, because she can be funny TOO.

She stopped on the platform when she spotted Charlotte's family. That was a lot of people in one family. Maybe her mum would come next time and they wouldn't be so few? Not that she cared, pft, her dad was the best. She took a step closer to him to make sure people knew she came with a family TOO.

"Are you going to take care of my treehouse while I'm gone?" Genny looked up at daddy, realizing that nine months was a lot of time away from home. Away from daddy, too. And mummy but mummy gave her chores and made her eat green things with weird shapes so she was a teeeeeeeensy bit sadder to leave Papa.

It was just so loud here. Daxton and his mother had barely been on the platform for two minutes, and already the noise of the place felt like it was caving in his skull and crushing his brain and bursting his ear drums and a whole manner of other unpleasant sensations. He had his ear muffs hanging around his neck, but had been avoiding wearing them so soon because it was still summer after all, and the heat of the day and the platform made wearing the earmuffs just as unbearable as all the noise. So Daxton had taken to standing quite still on the platform, his hands pressed over his ears while his mum stood right beside him, going through his school supply list and making a late minute mental check to make sure he had everything.

Really, that was pointless, because if he did not have everything, there was nothing to be done about it at this point, and in any case, they both knew that there were plenty on that list that they had been unable to obtain. Daxton did not point any of this out to his mum, because his hands were still busy trying to block all the sound from his ears.

The platform was getting busier and busier, and Daxton had every intentions of getting right on the train just as soon as his mum handed the list back to him. While he waited, the Ravenclaw scanned those nearest him on the platform. Mainly he was looking for one face in particular, but the sheer number of people made searching for too long quite difficult. He did, however, recognise not one, but two familiar faces a little further down the platform. Charlotte Kettleburn, and Genny Tate.

Of course, Daxton made no move to approach either of them. He watched each girl from where he stood, though, eyes flicking back and forth between the parties, particularly intrigued by the company they had brought to Kings Cross Station.

“Where are they?” She chirped as the short girl jumped up in order to get a better vantage point. These people were too tall for her, seriously. She was going to have to fix that. With careful footing she pressed her trolly against a wall and began to climb up the wobbly moving contraption. She was going to see her friends. Even if she had to traverse the mountain of things to do so.

“SAMMY? ACE?” She called loudly as she continued to climb onto the trolly.
Having learned how to get to Platform 9 3/4 from a kind old wizard, Carl pushed his trolley through the barrier, his eyes shut tight, and soon found himself blinking at the Hogwarts Express. Hey, he just ran through a wall! And he was about to take a train to a school of magic! It was all so awesome.

Looking around for friends he had made during the summer, he wheeled the trolley down the platform. He planned to have a chat with his friends before grabbing a good seat. However, a loud voice nearby caught his attention. Carl wandered over to the girl climbing onto her trolley and said, "Hello! Are you looking for somebody? I could help you if you want." He was not much taller than her, but if he also climbed onto his trolley, he might be able to see above all the others.

Tory hurried around the Platform. He got lost in the crowd briefly after he and his family went through the Wall. He got distracted easily by the magnificence of the train. So yeah, now Torrance was seperated from his Cousins, Uncle, and Aunt. He should probably stop looking at the train now to realize this!....

Ah there we go!

Tory looked around frantically. OOPS he shouldn't have lost track of his Family. He began hurrying down the platform when something else suddenly caught his attention. YET AGAIN.

There was a Girl standing on her luggage yelling out names. Now one name he recognized. Ace. For all he knew this girl was referring to some lost Owl who flew out of it's cage and ran away from her, but she didn't seem desperate and sad. He stopped at the bottom of her luggage and looked up at her. "Oi! Hey! Hey! You!" He yelled up at her. "Are you talking about Tenacious Salander!?" Because if she was Tory would hop right on up next to her and start yelling out his Best Mates Name with her.

SPOILER!!: Mr. Poppy
Haddie stopped when got through the barrier, taking in the sight of Platform 9 3/4 for the first time. Except for the old steam engine, it looked like a regular platform for the most part.

The platform was packed with families saying their good-byes, find their friends, etc. She scanned the crowds for Rachel, Mason or Hope, but it was too crowded to spot anyone. "I can't see them," Haddie complained as soon as her parents were next to her.

"They'll be here, don't worry. If worse comes to worse, you'll find them on the train, okay?" The girl looked up at her mother, a face full of nerves, and nodded. Her eyes glistened with tears she was trying to hold back, which she turned away to wipe, least someone see her eyes watering. When Haddie turned back around Amanda kissed her forehead gently. "It will be fine. You'll be fine and have fun."

James grumbled slightly at that. He still wasn't thrilled about sending his daughter to Hogwarts, but that was a battle he had lost. "I'm going to go find out where we're supposed to be." He headed off into the crowd, still grumbling.

Haddie watched her father disappear in noise and bustle of Platform 9 3/4 and turned to her twin. "I'll miss you," she said, hopeful and gave Natalie a hug.

"Whatever," Natalie said after the hug was over. She spun and marched back through the barrier.

"Natalie Lynn Denaker, you get ---" It was too late, Natalie had vanished through the barrier. Amanda sighed, and gave Hadley a sympathetic look. "I have to go after her. Mark watch your sister until your father or I get back, please." She gave Haddie another sympathetic look. "I put a special birthday present in trunk." Then Amanda rushed off after her other daughter, back through the barrier.

Haddie didn't try to hide the fact she was wiping away tears this time. "I didn't even get a chance to give her my present."

"Give it to me," her brother said, "I'll see she gets it." He paused and shifted awkwardly. "Natalie is just... She's... She'll get over it, you'll see."

"Yeah, just like Dad and Uncle David did?" Mark shifted uncomfortably. There was nothing to say to that. Dad twin brother that he never spoke to or saw. None of the kids knew what caused their falling out, but it was clear it wasn't going to be patched anytime soon, if ever. Haddie had been seven the last time she'd even seen Uncle David and his family, for the second time in her life, and even that visit had been cut short.

"It's not like that," Mark insisted, but even then he looked uncertain. Haddie fetched out the birthday present she'd gotten for Natalie and handed it to Mark. "Oh, I almost forgot." He set down his backpack and opened it. "I got you one last present. Thought he might help keep you company while you get settled. Mom helped me stitch him back up." "He pulled out a stuffed rabbit, with a large, obvious stitching job running up the side of it's face, like a horrible scar.

"Mr. Poppy!" Haddie threw her arms around the rabbit and pulled him into a tight hug. "Thank you! Where did you find him?"

"He was in one of the boxes from the move last year," He shrugged and then ruffled Haddie's hair. "Let's go see if we can find your friends."

Mason skidded to a halt as she hurtled through the Wall, the wheels of the trolley screaming in protest as she reached the other side.

Platform 9 3/4 waited in full flourish beyond the Wall, greeting her with a roar of hooting outs, friends calling out to one another and families biding heartfelt goodbyes.

The air was filled with excitement and the steam billowing from the old-fashioned train. Glee filled her again after the tearful goodbye with her parents. Without even so much as looking where she was going, Mason pushed the cart again, her legs working frantically, trying to support the weight of the gigantic trunk and the Marsh Owl.

That was until she ran smackdab into someone else's trolley. With a loud screech, Shadow was sent clattering to the ground. Mason turned towards the someone whom she had hit, apologizing profusely before she recognized her mischievous American friend, Haddie.

"Haddie, oh my Merlin,"
she said as she looked at the girl and her male companion, "I'm sorry. I wasn't looking where I was going. Oh, are you hurt?"

Smooth, Mason. Real smooth.

"Well at least I found you . . ." she added with a nervous giggle and a face as red as the steam-train, "Erm . . . Hello, I'm Mason." she said with a wave to Haddie's male companion, whom she guessed was her elder brother since he was almost the spitting image of her father.

No, he’s not going to be sad. No, he’s not going to cry. He’s a big boy now, and everything will be a-okay. Jace assured himself as he looked up from his dad who was pushing his trolley for him...and then back to the floor. Will his papa be really okay alone? He will be fine, he was sure of it because he was going to his papa’s old magic school. He was assured time and again that he will be fine...and that he will do well whatever house he gets after Sorting.

As soon as they reached the North End of the platform, Ryden stopped and looked over his son. He smiled, knowing exactly what he’s thinking. Parking the trolley behind, the diplomat turned and crouched in front of his 11 year old. “Merlin, he was just nine yesterday...” he thought proudly. “That’s not the face of an eager learner.” He cocked his head to the right and grinned at his worried child. “If you think that I will be lonely...well, I will. I am not going to deny that, BUT,” he paused as he rested both of his hands on his son’s shoulders, “I will be more sad if you’re going to leave like this.” He said as he gently stroked his son’s pinkish cheek. “You will be learning so many things in Hogwarts, I promise you. It won’t be long until we see each other again for the Holidays...and Summer.” He said, waiting for Jace to speak up.

It broke Ryden’s heart to see his youngest child on the platform, ready to board the train, but he must. Every parent in that station has to let go eventually. Merlin, where is the needed pep-talk when he needed it?

Now he wanted to cry. See, he was right all along! His papa will be sad once he’s gone! Jace bit his lip, and nodded, trying his very best not to shed a tear. But he did. He quickly wiped his tears ang quickly flung himself to his papa and hugged him tightly. “I don’t want to go...but I want to learn new things, papa.” He said in Japanese, sniffing his snot in the process. “We will write each other letters okay? I know you’re very busy...but...but I will write to you even if you don’t have the time to read it.” Jace buried his face on his papa’s shoulder and wished the tears would go away. He was ruining his papa’s suit!

Ryden sighed. He knew his son to be that observant, but speaking his mind out ever so bluntly had hit him hard. He must make time for him even if he’s away for school. Ryden hugged back the tiny form and whispered back his reply in Japanese. “I will read your letters, and I will write back. I promise.” And Ryden never breaks a promise. Ryden gently pulled away his son and wiped his tears. “Promise me that you will do well in Hogwarts. Doesn’t matter what house you will be in, just do your very best, okay?” he said rubbing his son’s arms to make his sobbing go away. “And listen to your teachers well. Follow instructions and rules. Rules are important, remember that.” He added with a grin. “Make sure you do get some fun in between. Make friends, okay?” Words of wisdom right there, yes?

Mel just blinked when she heard a voice and then looked at the voice’s owner….his hair was the color of ice. “Yes I’m looking for my friends Ace and Sam” she nodded and grinned. “Your hair looks like ice.” She added definitively before she heard another voice calling.

“My name is Mel not hey you” she started to inform and then she heard his next statement and practically squealed. “YOU KNOW TENACIUS SALANDER?” She grinned. “I’m his next-door neighbor Melon…I mean Melbourne he’s my partner in crime” she added definitively because really, he was. They had destroyed a few things together and the houseleves had always acted like that was a crime before running to find Sal.

Nosy house elves. “You guys wants to join me to find him? I’m also looking for Sammy…do you know Sam too?” He had to right? Sam was like Ace’s family.

SHE DID IT. S H E D I D I T ! ! !

She stepped aside quickly to leave space for her family and looked around. The Express was there with all its glory. She wanted to touch it, but it was probably forbidden or something. She heard her family coming through, but she was too engrossed in examining the platform to look at them. There were kids and families everywhere. Her eyes were back at the red train, The Hogwarts Express. She barely heard her mum gasp and mutter that it was true, after all. Of course it was! She felt so HAPPY just being there, being among all these students, on this Platform. She belonged to somewhere at last. She wanted to meet more people... but she also wanted to make most of her last moments with her family, so she finally turned towards them once her initial inspection was over.

"You be a good girl," her mum said, "and you know what you need to do. Study, listen to your teachers, follow the rules - you have memorised them, right?"

"Yes, mum."

"That's my girl! Yes, obey, stay away from the troublemakers, stay away from trouble... be the best as you always have been."

Katherine nodded obediently and smiled. She WOULD be the best, no doubt about that. As for the troublemakers, she could sniff them from a kilometer. "Of course, mum." She needn't worry. She got this.

It wasn't time yet, so she decided to stay with them for a little while longer as her mother went on about what she should do and shouldn't do.

To say he was relieved his parents had wandered off to get Julie a snack was an understatement. There had been nothing but lectures after lectures on how much they expected him to try this term and how he needed to actually learn how to use his wand instead of complaining. As if it was his fault. Like he'd been the one to tell his wand not to listen to a word he was saying. It wasn't his fault she hated him.

The Gryffindor held firmly to his little sisters hand and made a run for the barrier, coming to a stop on the other side; the north end of the platform. Suffice to say, he didn't miss it one bit and had seen enough.

In the distance he could see at least some kids that he knew and it kinda made him feel not so bad about the fact he was being forced back against his will but largely the boy was still put off by the whole thing.

"Can I go sit in the train Blaise? Til it's ready to leave? Can I? Please?" She'd never been in there before. Last year they only got here in time for a final hug before her brother had to bolt into the train. She hadn't even gotten to give him a proper goodbye. "I won't touch anything, honest and I won't talk to anyon--hello!" The nine year old turned to a girl (Katherine) who'd been standing just a little ways off from them. "Are you my brother's friend?"

Blaise was only half paying attention to Julie...'least until she started asking questions and talking to...strangers? Huh. Blaise's gaze spun to meet the girl his sister was talking to. He didn't know her. "First year?" No Julie, they were not friends.

She helped Mason pick up her cart and put her owl securely back on the cart. "We were just about to check the other end of the platform."

Mason chuckled at the over exaggerating Haddie as she elbowed her brother. "I don't think that that would be a good idea," she said and gestured towards hiss elbowed side, "I don't want that to happen to me."

"Yeah I know her, we were going to meet up in the train though." she told Haddie, "Maybe she hasn't arrived yet . . . but knowing her, she'd be the first one here. Lets go find her then, shall we?"

Once she had made sure that her that the owl was alright and that her path was free of hittable people, she, Haddie and Mark set off towards the other end of the platform.

Matt had been running around since he jumped out of bed. All of his stuff was already nice and packed so he didn't have much to do except have breakfast and run around some more. HOGWAAAAAAAAARTS, HE WAS GOING TO HOGWARTS, FINALLY!!!

He was much faster than any of his family and he was through the wall and on the other side of the Platform in NO time. He would probably have to wait a good couple of minutes before his family caught up with him, but he was most definitely NOT waiting there. Nope, nope, nope. He wanted to see and talk to ALL of his friends AND make new ones. NEW SCHOOL FRIENDS, HOW EXCITING WAS THAT???

The 11 year-old ran through some adults there, his fists raised high in VICTORYYY and he would SCREEEAM every now and then. Especially when he ran past a few people who seemed busy.

Azura slowly shook her head.."I am very much alive." She said with a warm smile as she looked at the girl, though her nose hurt pretty badly! Was that normal? Ugh she had smashed right into her suitcase.. at least she had missed her owl cage!

Azura turned wide purple eyes up to the older girl who had come over to her rescue and she took her hand and stood up slowly as she got her bearings. "Umm, a cart hit me in my legs and I went crashing into my cart." She explained as she looked at the younger girl.. "I was probably just in the way though! She said softly, she didn't want anyone to get into trouble because of her!

"Umm, just my nose hurts.. but I should be fine." Azura put her hand up to her nose and she brought away bloody fingers! EEKK!! She was fine though.. Even if it WAS broken.. she wasn't going to say anything.. Nope!

Ohhh a prefect!! "I'm Azura Kennedy and yes.. this is my first year." She said with a warm smile.. as she looked down and tried to fish a handkerchief out of her pocket and put it gently to her nose..

OUCHHHHHHHHHHH

Okay.. She pulled it down a bit.. Making a mental note not to touch her nose!

SPOILER!!: Matthew
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES!!!!!!

HOGWARTS TIME!!! YEEEEEEEEEEEES YES YES YES!!!!

HOGWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARTS!!!!!

Rocking lightly back and forth on her heels Hady glanced from left to right looking for a people specific people she knew. How she hadn't seen ANY of them she didn't know. Sure she wasn't the tallest of people but she HAD grown a whole two and a half inches this past summer. Probably not all that much to most people but to her it was something. A lot in fact. The only problem with this was the fact that she was still shorter then others which made spotting people in a crowd this large all the more harder.

Choosing to just chill where she was now might be of some help. Her friends would spot her and if they didn't she'd see them all on the train or at the very least the feast.

As if the platform wasn't loud enough with all the people crowding around to see their children off a young boy who she assumed to be yet another firstie was running back and forth shouting. The kid had to be excited. If he wasn't then she didn't know what excitement was. Hady laughed quietly as the boy ran near her once more, "Hey! A bit excited there, are ya?" she called out to him with a wave of her hand. Maybe if she spoke to him he'd settle down a notch or at least stop running before he fell and hurt himself, or someone else.

SPOILER!!: JACE

Teddy had left Ava and Henric to catch up, and he was going to see if he could spot Henry somewhere, but spotted someone else he knew. Was it? Yes! It was! Teddy slowly headed up to Jace, not wanting to disrupt any goodbyes or anything. He put his hands in the pocket of his hoody, and walked closer to the man and Jace. It must be his father, he thought. But Teddy didn't want to interrupt. Jace looked a bit sad, and in need for some extra time with his father. Teddy understood that feeling. He was the one who had to send his parents away, because he knew a prolongued goodbye would only make things worse.

But he felt an urge to say hello, near his father, so that he knew his son had already made friends. "Hi Jace," he said, approaching in a way that meant he could turn around and walk off if they needed more time together. He was good at picking up vibes. Sometimes.

SPOILER!!: Callum

Cope didn't slow down as Callum joined him, but he did give Cela the space she needed to deal with the Sulky Child as she saw fit. It had been difficult to see Charlotte go to school last term, especially for Copernicus Kettleburn, a man of settled routines. He didn't like the way the world felt without her in it, even if he knew that she was happy and learning and needed to be gone. And it would be worse to have Callum gone. Chloe was going to be a handful, for sure, but more than that... Charlotte was outgoing and gregarious. She made friends easily and didn't care if she didn't. Callum was the Little Man. He would deal with all the things Cope had dealt with, all the struggles and doubts and worries. It was a lot to imagine carried on those bird wing shoulders.

"We might move to Egypt while you're gone. Take up with the mummies properly and bring so much sand into the house every day that your mother throws a fit." He placed a broad, callused hand on the top of Callum's head and shook him gently. "I'll owl you in a few days and let you know if we miss you, though. I haven't decided yet." Jokes. Jokes meant Cope was uncomfortable with what he was feeling. He should have left Callum to Cela.

"You don't need not-friends. There's no reason you have to go off and meet everyone and categorize them into one group or the other. There can also be a group called 'people I don't know, and that's just fine.'" Because people in general were awful, and Tate would just rather that she stop meeting so many of them. It was a doozy of a thing running background checks on all the friends she already had.

And Merlin help the boy who wanted to date Genny when she was 30 AND NO EARLIER, because that boy was going to have to complete some Triwizard-esque trials to prove his worth. Tate stared at the tip of her button nose, at those big eyes that were his but not, and he kinda wanted to punch someone. "I'll live in it every other day to make sure that no pirates try to take it over. Does that suit you, or am I too big?"

And then somebody came toward both of them... Prefect? OH NO! Ava smelled trouble and she didn't want to get into trouble! Come on, the school term had barely started. Ugh, why on earth this bloody cart had put her into this incident? Was she fine? "Well uh... I am fine, but I lost control of my cart and suddenly hit her... And now she has bleeding nose.." The young lioness said. "I swear to Merlin that I didn't mean to do that!" She was just an innocent victim (?) here. The culprit was the cart.

And the younger girl (who apparently her name was Azura) said that her nose hurt. She was 200% sure that it's broken. NOOOOOOOO..... "I'm so sorryyyyyy..... Well uh... it's not broken, is it? Your nose?" What should she do to fix it? The young lioness knew nothing about healing spells though her beloved father was a healer. Well, she was still young and hadn't learned anything about that. "Can you do something, Penelope?"

Jasper had been lost in thought when he caught sight of a boy literally running around the platform. His green eyes widened as he noticed the other boy heading towards him. He almost yelped as he moved as quickly as he could to move out of the boy's path.

This was not how he expected waiting for the train to go.

Though he couldn't blame the boy for being excited. In some ways Jasper was also excited, though his nerves seemed to be balancing that out.
