The summer of 2111 marks the Grand Opening of Nesting Occamy Rentals. In celebration of this momentous occasion the Proprietor, Ece Arslan, has planned an open house meant to excite and educate any and all prospective tenants.

Balloons a-plenty can be noticed outside of the wide opened double doors, leading into the storefront. Upon entrance, if you look to the right hand side, the large interactive map is can be spotted - a flourish of activity seen from the tiny figurines as families do their shopping together, or children are just spending time together while they're on break from their respective schools. If you're feeling lost or separated, feel free to take a peak at this map to find your companions. Or better yet, see who is in the Alley and if there's anyone you'd like to catch up with for the moment.

In the middle of the room sits a large pedestal, a beautifully painted Occamy dancing along the bottom edge of it. The pedestal is usually home to a multitude of cubicles for the rental agents, but for the event is instead sectioned off into 4 separate spaces - each harboring a model of the different layouts available above the shops.

If you are interested in viewing any of the layouts, simply step up to the pedestal and state aloud which you are interested in viewing - studio, 1 bed/1 bath, 2 bed/2 bath, 3 bed/2 bath or 4 bed/2bath - and the pedestal will rotate to the corresponding model. And for those already viewing and worried about motion sickness - don't worry, Ece has taken precautions to ensure any rotation is not felt.

If you're not ready to look at any of the models but still want to check out the event, there is refreshments located on the left hand side of the entrance - including a reappearance of a lemonade stand Hogwarts students might recognize from the job fair held at the British Wizarding School. If you'd like to speak to the Proprietor herself, Ece can be found milling about the room with a stack of applications in hand for anyone interested.
