Having a birthday party? In need of a meeting room for you and your colleagues? Looking for the perfect spot to host your business' latest meet and greet? Wanting to host a "Back to School" or "End of School" party for you and your friends? Look no further than Florean Fortescue's "Room of Celebration." Located inside the parlor and behind an ordinary looking door located on the left wall, this extraordinarily-decorated room will be just perfect for any of your special occasions!
Similar to the seating arrangements inside the front lobby of the parlor, the seating arrangements in this room also consist of padded, red-leathered booths. The same menus and napkin dispensers can also be found at every table. If you're hosting a birthday party, "Back to School Party," "End of School Party," or anything of the sort, this room will be equipped with a music station and several games for you and your friends to play. If you're hosting a more serious gathering, such as a business meeting or something of that sort, we'll provide tables to accommodate your entire party and decorate accordingly. Any additional requests will have to be discussed with the shopkeeper (there is no shopkeeper at this time) prior to your get-together. The Formaggio's do hope you enjoy your time in the Room of Celebration!

OOC Notes to Remember:
1. In order to rent this room, you must first post in the Ordering Station thread. Only the shopkeeper, (no shopkeeper at this time) will be able to rent out the room. You'll need to tell him who you are (IC) and what you'll need the room for. To allow as many different people as possible to rent out the room, you'll only have five days (real-life days) to use the room. Could be more days if no one else wants to use the room. If you'll need to rent it longer, please PM me (whoever the new shopkeeper will be), and we can possibly work something out. When the shopkeeper approves your request, they'll post an OOC message to you letting you know which (real-life) dates you'll be able to use this room for your occasion.
2. Only one person may rent this room at a given time. If you see that someone is holding a party or gathering in this room, you'll have to wait until their five-day rental time is up before you'll be allowed in.
3. Although the shopkeeper will moderate this room (thread), he or she will not be serving your party-goers in this thread. You may roleplay as if you were served, but please do not roleplay any actions, words, etc. for the shopkeeper.
4. Student characters may only rent this room during the time period when students are allowed to post at Diagon Alley. Ministry characters are free to rent at any time.
Elle tried not to cry. She could not afford making her makeup run. She blinked back tears and looked anywhere but Cass.
"Well, this is embarrassing." She laughed slightly. "You really wanna know?"
"Yes Elle, I really wanna know." Cass insisted. "But you don't have to tell me here." Then she looked around the lively room and said "Why don't we have lunch at the leaky cauldron after the party? You can tell me there."

Cass then turned to all of her guests and said "Hey guys, thank you for coming. It really means a lot to me, Fee and Freya that you all took the time to come to our party." Then she smiled at them and said "So, We'll see you all at Hogwarts?"
That was scary, not being a child. Jake really wanted some deaging potion today, as a gift.
The young man had entered the empty celebration room and looked around with a smile. Perfectly decorated. He waved his wand and almost effortlessly conjured up a banner that read 'Jake's Coming of Age' in his own style and hung it on the wall... now he only had to wait...
Oh, he hoped someone would turn up.

"Oh I'm great thanks." Alex smiled, how could he not be great when he was surrounded by all his friends?
He looked down at the box fighting the urge to eat it all and smiled back up at Heather. "Home made brownies, eh? How can I refuse?" he chuckled. Really though how could he? He took one with a content smile. Mwaha. "Thank you my lady." he said with a small bow of his head.
Alex chuckled and shrugged. "I'm just curious to know who my little sis is hanging out with. Of course you know my cousin." Little social butterfly over there, aw bless her.
"Yes they are, as are you Lil' Redbird." he smiled. Never should she doubt that. Ever.

Alex burst out laughing leaning towards a wall, it was just too funny to make fun of people with your best friend. "I almost feel sorry for them." he managed. Didn't people have anything better to do then to run around spreading false rumours about him and Fee? Puh-lease, like that would ever happen. Besides, what if Ellie found out...?! Gaaaah.
"I know, I know. I bow my head in shame." he said, and so he did with a guilty looking expression. But it was fun to be obnoxious. He glanced up at her with a smirk. "I have no idea what you would do, but what would I do without you?" he asked himself with a head shake. Umm, probably depressing over how boring his life was. He felt over dramatic at that moment.
Alex laughed a little following Kurumi's gaze until he reached Fee. Of course his best friend was all wrapped up in conversations with... everyone. "Yes the social butterfly of every party." he chuckled.
"So what house are you in at Hogwarts?" he asked her curiously.
"Okay." She smiled.
Elle led her brother towards the refreshments table and got a piece of muffin. "This one is a Cheesy Corn Muffin." She took a bite, chewed and swallowed before continuing, "And my favorite." She smiled. "Do you want to try some, Alex?" Elle gestured at the rest of the muffins. "They're really delicious, I know for sure." She laughed.
"This one is called the Tropical Muffin Surprises, a delight for the sweet tooths." Pointing at another muffin on the next row, she said, "Banana Bread Muffins, crunchy on the outside, super soft in the inside. That one is Multi grain Bran Muffins, a favorite for those who are dieting. This is Sunburst Bran Muffins that anybody can enjoy because of its delicious aroma of orange-flavored bran muffins. Cheesy Corn Muffins, great for any occasion. Strawberry Honey Muffins, a honey flavoured whole grain muffin with a sampling of strawberries to start your day off right. And last but not the least, Honey Cereal Muffins, healthy and just full of good flavours." She explained.

Which meant of course she HAD to go. The poster did say anyone could attend, whether he liked them or not. And what better way to spend the remaining hours of Summer freedom then to crash his oh so important OLD seventeenth party?
Looking inside the room, the Slytherin smirked before leaning against the door frame, raising a brow to the Hufflepuff. "Well, I guess no one likes you enough. Must be tough."

Ellie walked in, trying her best to make it look like she totally belonged there. She didn't feel this way, honestly, she had just seen a poster. BUT in her defense, the poster said that she could come. So here she is.
Plus it was a birthday. Which meant cake. Or at least food. At least least ice cream. They WERE in Florean's after all.

Ivan let Lexi lead him into some room where a party was being held. With a look around he didn't know anyone there and instead of depressing him any he held his head high and kept Lexi's arm through his.

Smiling brightly she dragged she and Ivan a little ways closer to the borthday boy and giggled as Jakers pointed to Ivan and asked what he was. "Welll... he's a person last I checked... and a wizard... and new to Hogwarts. " Friend. He was her FRIEND. Untucking the gift from under her arm she smiled wider still and held it out to him. It was all wrapped up in Hufflepuff colored wrapping paper and tied with a lovely bow. It was a bit over the top compared to the silly old book that was inside. But it was an awesome book on Magical Creatures. One that made noise and all that. It SCREAMED Jake to her when she saw it.

Focusing on the present, Jake undid the bow and then ripped open the paper. "Sweet! Thanks Lexi," he grinned. He owed her a hug. Jake read the back of the book, taking his time, and then flicked through. He hadn't seen it before so it was good to get as a present. "Oh, party stuff? Nah... But, oh Merlin, Lex! Guess who's coming."
He was essited.

Turning around, the Slytherin adjusted her clothes and hair, putting it up into a messy ponytail after a minute of trying to get it flat again after the blast of air, before her eyes landed on the Gryffindork and that one girl who she vaguely remembered from school. Billy? No wait, that sounded like a guy's name.
Whatever though. She still gave Lexi a glare before making herself comfortable by sitting at the edge of a booth chair, glancing around. She couldn't help but wonder though, if Destiny or Marie knew about this party.
Maybe she should have told them.

Ivan raised an eyebrow at Lexi with a smirk as she tried to explain who/what he was. Note not boyfriend. Oh shove off stupid voice. He watched as the present was handed across and nearly jumped as Lexi tickled his side a grin forming on his face. Damn girl. Moving his arm he gripped her hand. Purely to stop her from tickling him again.... *Cough*
He nodded to Jake, "Pleasure to meet you as well." He watched as the guy opened his present his thumb running along the back of Lexi's hand as he looked around. Birthday party at an ice cream place...wasn't that for little kids? Eh who knew. Miles would probably have had his here if he had been given the option.
Usually Axe Lawson would arrive to a party fashionably late and make some sort of grand entrance but seeing how this was his son's 'coming of age' party, he decided to tone all that down.
So he slipped quietly through the doors and found a wall to lean against. Just because he was prepared to tone down his antics didn't mean he couldn't still look cool. He was impressed with Jake's decorating abilities and he crossed his arms over his chest while he scanned the room.
The first thing he noticed was that there were more girls here than boys. Hehe...his son was a chip off the old block. Second thing he noticed was how confident Jake was around the people assembled in the room.
Jake took his sunglasses by the hinge near the lenses, slid them down slightly and looked over them. He had no idea what who Ivan Vorpatril was.
"Ah yes," the wizard said anyway. "So it is."

Lexi beamed at him and bounced a little bit as he ripped open the wrapping. "Oh, it's so awesome, Jake! It makes all kinds of fun noises and the book kind of shakes and moves and stuff.. Yeah, it's awesome," she said feeling her cheeks flush a little bit. Okay... she was bored a lot... she read the book a few times. Sue her!
"You're welcome, Jakers. Ooooh... WHO?" she said with a grin and another bounce. Jake's excitement was making her excited and yay!
Lexi kind of FELT the girl staring at her and looked over her shoulder to glare... the effect was lost to the fact that she was wearing sunglasses that covered half of her face. Using her Ivan free hand she pushed them up on her head and frowned at her.
Take that.

Lexi made it a point not to lok at Jake or Ivan when Jake asked that question... that uncomfortable question. She just pretended not to hear it and cleared her throat slightly. "Glad you like it! Oh..." she trailed off as Jake pointed toward the door.
Following his finger she saw him. HIM. THE Hot Lawson. It caused her to giggle slightly and she felt her cheeks flush. "Oh him. That's great, Jake," she said as she ran her Ivan free hand over the front of her dress to smooth out the wrinkles and then she ran it through her hair. Hmm... was her makeup alright? Oh! Nevermind! Lawson was hot, but old. She kicked herself mentally for getting all giggly over Lawson... STILL.
She would wait for them to finish catching up and then she would go say hello to her former professor. As Jake walked away she looked at Ivan. "Did I tell you I dated Jake before Finlay? Sorry... oh and did I tell you Finlay and I are like... done?" she whispered as she stood on tip toe to be closer to his ear. No one needed to hear all of this. Nope.
Ivan watched as Lexi looked behind her and glared at someone. His eyes followed and with a raised eyebrow turned back around. Interesting. Maybe he'll ask about that later. The giggle he drew out from her though made him smile and he glanced at her with a smirk.
Then came the question from Jake and he cleared his throat suddenly feeling uncomfortable. Could he make an escape? He looked at Lexi and sighed before looking back at Jake, "No." He let go of Lexi's hand and pulled down his suit jacket sleeves. "I need a drink," he said stiffly fully planning on walking off so he could go...brood...or whatever it was called.
Then Jake had walked off before he could and he worked his jaw irritably. His eyes went to Lexi as she spoke and widened slightly ignoring the Jake part. What did he care if she'd dated him? Then he heard what he did care about... What did that mean though? "I see..." he said distractedly as he tried to process the information. He met her eyes the puzzlement clear there.

Reese had kinda, sorta lost Jake's party invitation but thankfully she remembered the date. Actually, her mum called her to reminded her it was today but she would not let anybody know that!. Quickly, she had to wrap her brother's present in a nice little red box with a blue ribbon and head down to Diagon Alley. The only bad thing about all this was she wasn't too sure if she was running late or not.
Hopefully she was NOT running late!
Upon arriving at Florean's, she click-clacked her way to the celebration room, not even taking the time to make sure her hair wasn't messed up! By the amount of people in the room, she assumed she wasn't running late which was G O O D! She took a few minutes to catch her breath before scanning to room to get a good look at the people that were there, and then her eyes landed on Jake who was talking to...
Right then and there, she made her way over to her brother.
She made her presence known to the both of them in the most common way possible, "Hey!" It had been such a long time since she talked to Professor Lawson! Or did she have to call him Mr. Lawson now?

Wait but...NO he wanted to talk about it now!!! What did that mean? Did that mean she wanted to actually be his girlfriend now or what....WHAT. DID. IT. MEAAAAAAAAAAAAN???? Retrieving her hand again he held it tighter and looked at the person she was yelling at this Reese person.
