Hogwarts RPG Name: Violet Cyress Alexandria Snape First Year | After entering the platform without any suspicious muggle eyes that followed her, Violet went inside the train and looked for an empty seat and sat there alone. I wonder, if I mingle with students from other houses would they single me out because I was sorted in Slytherin... Hmmm, I just hope my first year in Hogwarts won't be so bad as I imagine it...

Theodore Dumble approached the wall between platforms nine and ten cautiously, as if afraid that one of the bricks would shoot out and plonk him in the nose, the gut, or anywhere below the belt. This experience was quite different from his first time here: this time before his sixth year, when he had arrived as a student who had been home-schooled in wizardry all of his life, he had been shaking in his trainers and weak at the knees. Had he known what a great time he was going to have during his year at Hogwarts, which included the accrual of many friends, a spot on the quidditch team, the fun that he would have with a cake cannon, the acing of his OWLs, and the arrival of two of his favorite people on earth, the anxiety would not have been necessary.
Theodore, although having grown only slightly taller and elongated facial features a bit more, had matured more than he had ever dreamed or possibly wanted in one years time. It was quite noticeable: nearly all traces of the nervous boy he had been before had been wiped out after a good year of heavy studying and socializing; Mr. and Mrs. Dumble had been overwhelmingly happy at this development with their child. He was lost in thought before he felt a warm hand on his shoulder. "We'll leave you here," His balding father nodded, smiling. Standing on his other side of Theo was his mother, around whose ankles Bree slinked about, impatient to make her way onto the train and to observe other the animal friends of other students. His mother was a short woman and looked the definition of homely. It was from her that Theodore had definitely inherited his curly hair and his gentle demeanor. The rest had come from his dear father, who unlike his wife chose not to display his emotions publicly as his child was about to set off to Hogwarts for the final time.
"Say hello to her for us, will you?" Blinking back tears from her eyes, Mrs. Dumble pulled in her lanky son for a hug and didn't catch the blush that crept up his cheeks. Releasing him from her warm embrace, Theodore nodded and glanced between his parents. Bree's shiny, new collar hadn't gone unnoticed. Jabbering on about everything that had occurred during the school year in late June, Alfie's name had slipped out and his parents had eventually learned everything about her and his circle of friends; they had taken a particular interest in the soon-to-be fifth year and the boy that Theodore affectionately called Brae. His eyes seemed to glaze over adoringly when he mentioned either the wide-eyed blonde or the lion-maned klutz.
Giving him a kiss on the cheek, Mrs. Dumble handed off Theodore to his father, who embraced him tightly before stepping back, taking his wife's hand in his as he stepped back. Hopping on top of the trunk on the steel trolley, Theodore took one glance back at his family before staring the brick wall in his face. Blinking twice, he grit his teeth. The wall was going down; his friends were behind it, and mere nostalgia and a longing for his childhood days would have to be left behind for now. Taking a deep breath, the Ravenclaw quickly checked to see that all muggles seemed to be looking away before he rushed toward the wall, eyes shut tight. After a split second, the seventh year prefect had disappeared, trolley, trunk, cat, and all, behind the barrier. And so began the end of his final year at Hogwarts.

Raven saw a girl who is same age as her. She tried to have a little chit-chat with her. "Feeling nervous?" she asked. By the way, I'm Raven Charlotte." she give her hand and smiled to the nice girl.

Looking between the signs 9 and 10, Dallin nodded. "Yeah, it's the right one." He had to make sure, ya know. Wouldn't want to accidentally tell a complete stranger to run into the wrong wall. "You know how to get there, right? It's easier to run at it, that way you won't have time to chicken out." Because walking into a wall could be kind of nerve-wracking. For some reason. Adam let out a little sigh. "Oh good..." He looked at Dallin as he explained it was better to run. Adam kind of figured that that's what he would do, but then again maybe running would draw more attention than just walking towards it. "Do the muggles usually notice?" Adam asked, looking around at them all. They seemed to busy and concerned with their own problems to notice, much like his own parents, but he was sure there were at least one or two. Adam turned to look at the boy, realizing that it was incredibly rude that he hadn't introduced himself. "I'm Adam by the way," he said, taking his hand off of his luggage and extending it towards the boy. "You're...uh...the only person I've met from our school that sounds like you're from the states too." Oooh...maybe he had found another person from the states.

All he knew was that muggles tended to overlook things they couldn't understand, and people disappearing into a wall was one of those things.
Oh. He laughed a bit when Adam introduced himself; Dal hadn't even thought of that. "Dallin," he said, shaking Adam's hand. His eyebrows raised at his next comment. "Yeah?" He nodded. "I'm from Florida. What about you?" He wasn't too good with accents, so he couldn't guess. Although if he thought about it, he probably could have known that Adam was from the U.S.

Aww Kennedy couldnt shut up about her?Now that was teh sweetest thing ever. The blonde was really happy that she had met him over the summer,he was such an amazing guy."Oh really?",the Slytherin giggled,"i feel honoured. To be honest i talked a lot about him too."Especially after he had visited her at home.Especially her brother wanted to know everything,he wasnt to pleased with his little sister befriending guys. But oh well.
The Slytherin couldnt help but laugh about Kenny's comment. He was too busy noticing it?Now that wasnt really nice."Oh well good that i noticed it for you",she laughed,"girls and woman like to hear they are looking good."Wiink.When the first girl would come to the boy's mind the blonde would teach him a little.Hehe.
Oh come on,he didnt know if he was excited? How was that possible."Glitter i am stoked to get back",the girl nodded,"its amazing there.I have to show you around. The lake is my fave place though."When it came to Hogwarts Fee could ramble on forever. It was just the most amazing place on earth."You will like it there",she nodded," i promise.Hopfully you get into Slytherin too."Now that would be fantastic.
Bianca smirked, "You guessed right, Darling,". She winked at the younger witch and giggled. "It's no wonder we're getting along just fine. I do hope Kennedy gets sorted there. That's where our family belongs." True pride showed in her words. Bianca wasn't against other houses, it was just nice to keep the tradition going.
Although, she REALLY hoped to Merlin that Kenny wouldn't turn out a Hufflepuff.
Bi laughed. The girl did seem like the right friend for her cousin. He would need her through out the school year. She almost wanted to disguise herself as a student to go with him, but unfortunately she didn't look fourteen anymore. Bummer.
Kennedy slightly blushed. Did that mean he had to tell Bianca she looked pretty? Because if he did, that would be awkward. "I guess I should pay more attention then," he said, scratching the back of his neck.
He smiled at Fee's answer. She was really excited. Maybe Hogwarts wasn't as intimidating as he felt it be. "There's a lake there?" Wow, he's old school only had a pool, not a lake. That, though, made his interest spark up more.

Although if he thought about it, he probably could have known that Adam was from the U.S. Adam gave a little smile. That was true...he could only imagine how a person would have felt if they'd have seen it. If they said anything to someone, people would surely think they're crazy, so they probably did just block it out. Adam admitted that that made him feel a little less nervous about the whole situation.
If Adam was a girl he probably would have screamed oh my god. This had to be the Dallin that Louisa was so in love with...how many Dallins could there be, right? Adam shook the boy's hand, not really certain if he should mention anything or just pretend he had no idea who the kid was. In all honesty, Adam didn't: he just knew the Dallin that Louisa told him about, but everyone had their own opinions of someone and it was hard to give an unbiased opinion about someone. "You wouldn't by chance be friends with Louisa Carter would you?" Adam asked. Of course Adam was mad for Louisa that Dallin didn't love her, but at the same time he couldn't fault the kid for feeling how he felt. "I've been all around the states," Adam said with a little shrug of the shoulders. "My parents move a lot for their job, but I did live in Florida for a little while. What part did you live in?"

...Especially when he asked if he and Louisa were friends. Dal started at him for a second before he realized what he was doing and looked away. That was a really bad choice of words on Adam's part. Because Dallin knew Louisa, and he was her friend, but he wasn't sure if she even considered him one anymore. Nor did he know what he felt about their friendship. "I know her," he mumbled.
He nodded, looking back at Adam. "I live in Miami. I was born in Tampa, though." He didn't feel very talkative, suddenly.

... Was it?
Pfft! Like King's Cross would station a man-eating wall. That's just silly. She took a deep breath in, her eyes still on the wall. She had done this six times before so she can do it again. Yes! She can!
The brunette flicked couple strands of her hair back and decided to look around instead. She felt a slight pang in her chest at the sight of all these families seeing their children off. It made her wish someone had come to see her off.
Meh! Kita tightened her grip on the trolley before looking back at the wall. Yes, she was going to take her time with this.

Right. Through the wall. That's what the girl had told her. Her goodbyes had now been said and all there was to do was walk through the wall. She took a deep breath and stared at the bricks that stood in front of her, gripping the handles of her trolley. There wasn't a lot of time left, she had to do it soon, but she was scared. What if it turned out she wasn't magical after all and it had been some huge mistake? She'd smash into the wall and seriously injure herself!
Another deep breath, she closed her eyes and ran, half expecting a loud crash that never came.

Now that Kaiya went through the wall, she had to find a place to sit on the train. She found an empty compartment and sat down, lonely. She wished she had someone to sit with, but since she doesn't know anybody, she is just sitting by herself.

Suddenly, Dallin felt like it didn't matter. Louisa could tell whoever she wanted whatever she wanted. "It's fine. Things are just complicated." Of course he didn't know how close Louisa and Adam were, so he wasn't going to elaborate on that.
Thankfully, though, they were also talking about Florida. And whether he felt like talking or not, Dallin always had something to say about his home state. He raised his eyebrows, nodding seriously. He could imagine - sorta - the feeling. He would hate to move away. Sure, he went to Hogwarts for ten months of the year, but he always went back. "Did you surf?" He had to ask, of course. "Have you lived anywhere else that you liked?" Dallin had never been to anywhere in America outside of Florida, so he always wondered about other places there.

It was very apparent that he was in fact the Dallin that Louisa had been talking to him about all summer, and really it didn't matter. Adam wanted to base his own opinions about the boy, even if they may not coincide with Louisa's, but he thought they would. After all Louisa obviously thought the guy was great, and from what he knew about Louisa she had a pretty good judge in character.
Adam gave a little smile about the surfing. "I was just starting to really get the hang of it when I had to move again. I did love it though...there's just nothing like riding in the middle of a complete circle of water." Adam's surfing lessons were something that he had really enjoyed during his time in Miami. "I take it you are a surfer since you asked?" Adam asked.
He thought for a moment, trying to think of what his other favorite place was. "I really liked the parts of Virginia that I was in," Adam said with a little nod. "The people there were what made it more than the place...they were just so welcoming and really wanted you to feel like you were a part of the family." Yeah...Virigina was definitely one of Adam's favorite places. "Really, I've been to just about every state in the U.S., and just the amount of time I have stayed there has varied." Adam gave Dallin a little shrug of the shoulders. "How about you? Have you been to other states in the US?"

Which was just fine with Dallin; he was actually really glad that Adam had dropped the subject. Beside, he had just met the guy and he didn't want to get into a complicated conversation with him.
Dallin frowned. That really would have sucked; moving around like that. It was a bummer that he didn't get to surf a lot, too. Because Dal knew exactly what Adam was talking about. Riding through the water. That was Dal's favorite thing about surfing. He loved being surrounded by water, and the feeling of getting through it to the sunlight. Returning to the train station, Dallin nodded. "Yeah. I live real close to the ocean, so I spend a lot of time there. Surfing, usually." Nodnod.
Virginia? Huh. That was unexpected. Dallin nodded as he listened. Every state... that was a lot of moving. Dal was suddenly very glad that he had only moved once in his life, almost ten years ago. "Where've you gone to school, then?" Clearly he hadn't been at Hogwarts. Dal shook his head. "Nope, never been outside of Florida. Been to other countries, though." Obviously. He was in England right now.

He was in England right now. Adam could tell that Dallin was glad that they had changed the subject; at least he had seemed to relax a bit in Adam's mind. He gave a little nod of the head as Dallin said that he too went surfing. "Living on the water is the best. Sometimes you don't realize how much you like the ocean until you move to somewhere where there are none." Like Adam had: moved from being two minutes from water to being no where near water...unless you didn't mind swimming in swamps. "I've got to several different wizarding schools in the states," Adam said, letting out a little sigh. "I tried to stay at the same ones, but sometimes it just wasn't possible." Well...it would have been possible he supposed if he told his parents he was a wizard and that he wasn't going to be a boarding school, but a wizard school. "Thankfully there are a lot of wizarding schools around the states, so even when I did move and couldn't go to one, there was always another one that was close by." Adam didn't really have a favorite school, but that was probably because he hadn't really ever stayed at one long enough to get comfortable there. "Have you gone to Hogwarts every year?" Adam asked, wondering if Dallin had gone to a wizarding school in the states before here.

| ♥Live Well, Love Much, Laugh Often♥
Ira came along a lil nervous, a lil scared but a lot more excited.
Anyways now she had to get to platform 9 3/4... Her parents still had their doubts about all these things...Taking a deep breath she walked on. The man in Diagon Alley had said that she must go into the wall between the platforms 9 and 10. How can she enter a wall? What if she just got bumped and fell down and others laughed at her? "No No No Ira you can't be so nervous, there must obviously be some special entry for wizards and witches.." saying so to herself she calmed down a bit and moved onwards
She looked back at her parents. There were tears in her mother's eyes and joy in her father's. She would now be meeting them after a whole term. She would miss them too much, she wondered if she would be homesick. No ways, she isn't that weak, she told herself. She hugged her parents, said her goodbyes and taking a deep breath, she walked through the wall into platform 9 3/4...

Fee smiled at Bianca sweetly. She was really nice and the blonde had no idea why Kenny had said she was weird.Boys...Tsk." Well i sure hope Kennedy gets sorted into Slytherin too",she nodded," he would do good in any house though.Hopefully the sorting head makes the right decision."the rigth decision for Kennedy of course.Every house had its own advantages. But there was a little hope that he became a Snake, seeing Bianca was one too.
The Slytherin chuckled a little as Bianca started too laugh. She was more than pleased with the fact that Kenny's cousin seemed to like her. That meant they could spend a lot time together. The girl would make sure that Kennedy had a good time at Hogwarts.Yes.
The fourth year smiled brightly as the boy blushed again.Ohhh glitter how she looved that.Seriously." Awww you are sooo adorable, really",the girl giggled, "yees you should.I'll train you."what for did you have a femal friend?! That would be soooooo coool. The blonde couldnt wait to make Kennedy more comfy around girls and people in general.
Grinning Fee nodded excitedely. "There are maaaany cool places",she said ,"Hogwarts and its grounds are huuuge."Maybe the treehouse would be open. That would be sooo amazing, really.Fee had her fave tree there, hehe. "Dont worry about it tough",she smiled, "i'll show you around."It would take them a few hours but it would be soooo much fun.

Aaron stretched and let out a long yawn, that three hour drive to Kings Cross hadn't done him much good. He reluctantly let his mother give him a hug and place a kiss on his cheek. 'Yes, mum, I will write,' he said and added when his mother gave him a stern look; 'no, mum, I won't get in trouble. You know I'm an angel.'
His father held in a laugh at those words and gave him an awkward pat on the shoulder. 'Well, bye then.'
Aaron took hold of his trolley and turned towards the wall. He eagerly ran for the wall, excited for another year at Hogwarts and ran onto Platform 9 and 3/4.

Because she was confused, potato was a food and food was good therefore potatoes are good. Obviously. "Potatoes are good." she said with a nod. She liked potatoes, almost as much as Italian food because you could do anything with potatoes, like chips.
Sammy couldn't help but roll her eyes at her friend. "But that's set after Wicked and they're normal sized in Wicked" she said before grabbing Amy's shoulders and adding "so basically you're going to shrink when you're an old fart" it was completely obvious, no?
Sammy sighed a "Fine." then started her commanding of the universe in a deep voice "By the power invested me I hereby command Amy to grow taller" she said as dramatically as possible then pointing at Amy. After a few moments she stopped pointing and said "might take a while to work" BECAUSE IT WOULD WORK.
Her Summer? Well I guess a shortie could know about Sammy's BOOOORING summer. "I grace you with the brilliant tales of my summer" she said. Wait, what did she do? "I ate, slept, watched Doctor Who, watched a lot of movies mainly Indiana Jones, read a few books, met some guy called Everett that's apparently going to be in our year aaannnddd" she said in one breath trying to think of that big thing she did that was being extremely rude and not coming to mind. Oh wait. There it is. "I went to France for a week" she said then taking a MASSIVE breath, she needed to get into to talking-shape again. Amy would help with that whether she liked it or not. "What about you?" Real smooth. Because I'm a purple dinosaur Amy said with a shrug as though it was the most normal thing in the world. They may be good, but only as a jacket she nodded, feeling important. Potato's were all bumpy and a minging colour. At least from the skin. Although chips were good. Just very fatty, and that would imply Amy had got podgy. She took a look at herself. Nope. She didn't seemed to of gain any weight, she still ate insane amounts of food. Which she was very lucky with. 'Spose, Amy shrugged, she'd never actually seen Wicked. It had never intrigued her. That said, she'd seen nearly every other thing in the world. even a few broadway bits. She was, a...theatre snob. In her mother's words at least. But if she was a snob, what did that make her mother. Intriguing, where she finds these moments of inspo.
SHE WUT? Surprisingly, that doesn't fill me with joy, Amy said, pouting slightly. She couldn't shrink. If she shrunk anymore, she'd fit in a pocket. Sammy's pocket. But at least Sammy had tried. Amy couldn't ask for anymore. Well, she could but there would be no point... Oh. Typical summer for you then? Amy asked with a grin but France? That was exciting. Yep. HANGON. Met a guy called Everett? As in short guy, black curly hair, small feet and big attitude? Amy asked with a grin. Cuz if yes, then I met him too. OOOOH EXCITING. What did you think of him? She asked excitingly. Oh her summer? Meh, my summer, she shrugged, went to Yorkshire, shopped, watched a lot of telly, re read Narnia, re watched Narnia. YEP. Pretty normal really, for Sammy at least. AND I WENT TO THE AWESOME CARNIVAL Amy added with a grin.
And yet she hadn't gone on the coaster once..

And yet she hadn't gone on the coaster once.. Oh yes, Sammy should have remembered that. Had it really been that long since they saw each other that Sammy forgot that Amy was a purple dinosaur. They were only good as a jacket? WUT. Potato jackets existed? SAMMMY WANTED ONE! "Potatoes can't be jackets" she said a little LOT confused. "Don't worry, it won't happen til you're ancient. Like 30" she assured her. Because Sammy was an expert on these things. And 30 was ancient, well at least to 15 year old. That was exactly twice her age. ANCIENT. Super dooper old. "or 40" she added, because 15 years went really quickly, give it 25. Just to be safe. Yep. Even though anyone who was older than Sammy was an old fart in her eyes, SO AMY WOULD NEVER SHRINK BECAUSE SHE'S YOUNGER THAN SAMMY!
She nodded, it was fairly typical. Apart from the France thing, that was because she turned 15 and begged for like .... a week. "Yeah that sounds like him" she said. OH AMY HAD MET HIM TOO. Maybe that would be fun. "Well fit, obviously. He seems alright personality wise though, like he was fairly nice to me, laid the Hufflepuff stereotype right down but apart from that" she said. Of course the Hufflepuff type stereotype had been that she was a good finder, not that she was dumb. But he'd probably implied that somewhere if he knew enough about Hogwarts. "What was he like to you?" MAYBE HE HAD MULTIPLE PERSONALITY DISORDER "niace" she said with a distinct nod. It did sound nice. "Oo! I went too, IT WAS SOOOOO COOL!" she said, because it was AMAZING. "That's where I met Everett, and I saw Nessie there" she said, Nessie had stolen some of her food. Well, not stolen. Sammy had offered it because she wanted to go on the ride and she couldn't with her food.

"The Sorting Hat does always make the right decision," Bianca mused, tapping her index finger on her chin. So far, she hasn't met anyone that has been sorted in the wrong house. "What if you're a mightly Gryffindor...Rawwrrr." She playfully clawed at Kennedy's shoulder with her perfectly red polished nails. She after all had a thing for lions. "Oh yeah," Bi beamed. "Show him all of Hogwarts, but do stay away from the Forbidden Forest," she said, slightly grimacing. "You never know what you might find there...or what might find you." The thought of Kenny and Fee going there made her shudder, almost making her want to shrink the kids and put them in her purse to protect them.
BAM!
He just couldn't help it. His face was the color of a tomato. He acted as if he was readjusting his glasses to try to hide it. "Y-you'll train me?" He really wondered how that would turn out.
Kennedy nodded, he really did want to explore Hogwarts. It was his first time going to a castle. "That would be cool," he said. Then, Bianca's words kind of scared him. What was in the Forbidden Forest? Was there something evil out there or something?
